17/10/2025: The restaurant is located in the historic center, where you can experience a classic "slow life" atmosphere. The staff is polite and friendly, and as for the food, the pinsa with its classic Roman flavors is truly exquisite. For years now, it's been my go-to stop on every trip; I highly recommend it!

17/10/2025: On our way to Pisa, at the suggestion of friends, we decided to stop in Orte, where they recommended we try their magnificent pinsa. We sat outside, surrounded by a family-friendly and authentic atmosphere. We ordered three pinsa to share among four: one Gricia, one Bufalina, and one half Carbonara and half Provola and Pancetta. Flavorful, to say the least!! The pinsa dough was crispy and flaky, the sauce was creamy and rich. Highly recommended! We'll be back whenever we're in the area.

21/11/2025: We just had lunch here during a trip, and in addition to the beautiful location surrounded by greenery and the well-kept facility, the food was truly excellent. The pork fillet cooked in Sangiovese was sublime! The ravioli with fresh walnuts were excellent. The portions aren't large because this is a place where you enjoy yourself. Not suitable for those looking for a budget-friendly price and generous dishes. The large fireplace in the dining room is welcoming and inviting. Everything was truly perfect.

08/10/2025: We were looking for a McDonald's branch on the way from Tuscany to Rome, we arrived at this branch just 2 minutes from the road, convenient to get out and back for the trip. Very polite and fast service, you order at the machines and it is served to your table. There is also a small area for children, and tables outside to be out of the sun. A good experience

I ate a practically cold and flavorless amatriciana and a medium-rare beef steak that was hard to cut due to its toughness, with 1/2 liter of house red wine. Total cost was €25, which I thought was excessive for a restaurant offering a workers' menu.

The prosciutto is superior quality, freshly sliced, and has a delicate yet bold flavor. The tomatoes don't disappoint either: ripe, sweet, and fragrant, the perfect accompaniment. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and ready to offer advice with a smile. The real star? The saltimbocca, their sandwich: a delicious crispy on the outside, with prosciutto and melted mozzarella on the inside. A simple yet irresistible explosion of flavor.
