08/01/2025: We have just spent 4 days at this farmhouse celebrating New Year's Eve with an excellent dinner and music. I would say it was a perfect stay, the place is very beautiful in a strategic position to visit the whole Tuscia area, the rooms
welcoming, well heated, daily cleaning service and many outdoor spaces including a swimming pool, certainly much appreciated in the summer.
The family that runs it is always present and solicitous for any need or information. Special thanks to Arianna for her kindness and to Francesca who takes excellent care of the cuisine.

06/01/2025: I stayed in this wonderful La Befana property with my partner and our 7 year old son, we booked the night before for the next day and the owners were immediately available to welcome us even before the check-in time. The farmhouse is an enchanting place, starting from the structure equipped with every comfort and attention to detail. The passion of the owners, Stella and Stefano and their daughters, can be seen in everything they do. Their welcome and friendliness can be felt right from the moment you arrive. The room we had booked was not yet ready, as we had arrived well in advance, but Stella immediately proposed an alternative solution by offering us to stay in a delightful two-room apartment. Furnished with great taste and very clean, warm and equipped with every comfort. Both beds very comfortable, choice of double pillow much appreciated.
In the evening we were given the opportunity to have a generous aperitif prepared by the chef, with platters of delicious local cured meats and cheeses, mozzarella, omelette, ricotta, chickpeas, gratin fennel, taralli, homemade jam, grapes, hazelnuts and walnuts. They let us find all these specialties inside the Club House fridge, a large room with tables and chairs, lounge, TV, board games. We accompanied everything with an excellent wine chosen from the menu offered by the farmhouse.
Truly a special evening spent as if we were at home, but pampered by the attention of Stella and her wonderful family. The icing on the cake was the breakfast, plentiful and full of home made products such as cakes, tarts and donuts, jams, honey and fruit, as well as cold cuts, cheeses and eggs. The view that can be seen from the window of the breakfast room contributes to the relaxation that the place offers. The structure is very large, there is a lot of care and passion on the part of the people who work inside it. They are the ones who make the difference, the farmhouse is precisely the reflection of the family that manages it. It was a real pleasure to meet them and listen to their experience. We will definitely come back to visit them, great for unplugging. Fantastic experience!

15/02/2025: Immersed in a fairytale village, an enchanted place that seems suspended in time, this place deserves top marks for its location alone. The context is perfect for those looking for a relaxing experience, away from the chaos and immersed in a dream atmosphere.
The menu is full of interesting proposals, with a variety of choices to satisfy every palate. We opted for the six-course tasting menu, at a cost of €50 per person, and we were pampered from first to last course. Each course was a small journey into taste, with balanced flavors and quality ingredients.
A special compliment also goes to the staff, professional and attentive, capable of making our lunch even more pleasant. The attention to detail and care of the service made the experience even more special.
13/02/2025: Had the best lunch. Still dreaming about the melanzane parmigiana and the red cabbage pasta. Very special place, great atmosphere, great service and not touristy at all. Would come back anytime.

25/01/2025: Dopo una giro a Civita avevamo voglia di mangiare qualcosa del posto, e cosa se non un pò di carne a km 0! Materia prima pregiata tagliata sul momento e cotta benissimo, che sia media cottura, sangue o ben cotta. Patatine buonissime fatte palesemente in casa e maionese leggerissima quasi spumosa. Dolci ottimi. Se dovessi ripassare per Bagnoregio mangerei di nuovo qui senza ombra di dubbio!
Ben fatto ai proprietari, continuate cosí.

Il menù propone un'ampia scelta di piatti. Le pietanze sono deliziose e le pozioni abbondanti.
Il personale è molto gentile.
Consigliato al 100%.

The dining space is relatively small but cozy, and the desserts are delicious

16/02/2025: Siamo stati a Civita per San Valentino. Il primo giorno non avevamo prenotato. Sono stati gentilissimi, essendo tutto pieno, hanno preparato una fantastica cena da asporto personale cordiale e disponibile. Mentre il giorno dopo abbiamo cenato il loco. Cucina ottima. Torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Location molto carina, intima, calda.

16/11/2024: A special Sunday, visiting the dying city, but we arrive late and the pangs of hunger are felt
Quick look on social media, mmmmh, “Il Bocconcino”, in the name of omen?
a quick phone call and we manage to book, we will arrive at 2.00 pm, no problem, we are waiting for you
having arrived in Bagnoregio, after a quick reconnaissance tour I find a corner and park
the place is very nice, sober in its furnishings with tavern tables and chairs, the white tablecloths set crookedly, small but captivating
the menu is not the usual 10 pages, which means that attention is paid to seasonality, 4 first and 4 second courses, 2 vegetarian options, as well as 3 side vegetables, 4 also the choices of desserts
it's already late, so we speed up the order and taste the Cappuccino with truffle, egg, potatoes and crumbs together, in the meantime two croutons arrive as the house entrée, with sausage and livers, very nice and tasty
Then comes the cappuccino, beautifully presented, it looks like a real cappuccino, served in a large cup, very good with the egg that binds and amalgamates the flavors of the potatoes, the truffle and the crumbs give it that crunch that doesn't hurt
We also chose the first courses, I will take an off-menu first course which is intriguingly proposed to me by the waiter, fettuccine with ancient chicken giblets sauce and my wife ricotta and spinach gnocchi with roasted datterini tomatoes and crunchy chopped bacon
The pasta is strictly handmade and I discover with pleasure, finding the colurgionis and seadas on the menu that the eclectic Chef is Sardinian
The first courses are excellent, the fettuccine rich in grandmother's ancient flavours, full of rich meat sauce, fragrant and tasty with fifth quarter, my favorite
The soft and tasty gnocchi embellished with roasted datterini tomatoes and made precious in taste by the crunchy bacon made into grains
Even for the wine we refer to the flavors of Sardinia for which a pure white Vermentino Terre Fenicie, served cold in its glassette
The second courses arrive: a beautiful Angus enrecote with caramelized red Tropea onion, naturally rare, cooked to perfection, very tender and flattering with its caramelized onions and aubergine meatballs with roasted cherry tomato sauce and flavored with aromatic herbs, soft and tasty
Finally, how can you miss the Seadas in a Sardinian restaurant; mine with strawberry tree honey and my wife's with wildflower, both delicious, but the strawberry tree that I love gives it that extra boost
Big compliments to the Chef with whom we spoke at the time of the bill, very kind and nice
