03/11/2025: A truly unique, almost magical experience, enjoyed in the heart of a tuff cave that seems suspended in time. The menu was a constant discovery: sophisticated yet authentic dishes, where each ingredient is clearly perceived, like a symphony of local flavors presented with passion and respect. The soft egg with truffle and the tagliolini with cabbage definitely exceeded all expectations.
Rarely do you taste cuisine so creative yet so deeply rooted in the land and memory. The Tellus wine, expertly served, completed a perfect sensory journey.
It's just a shame the restaurant closed shortly afterward—we were lucky enough to arrive in time for an experience that will remain etched in our memory.
A place that spoke to the heart and the palate.

The owner, who keeps staring at diners from the front door while they're eating, is a bit creepy.

The truffle pasta suited Taiwanese tastes.
The beef steak that was served had too much gristle and was inedible; the restaurant replaced it with a new one, and the service was excellent.
They offered their own homemade wine (low alcohol content).
05/01/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant and had a divine meal. Generous portions and quality food. We had the house wine, which was delicious! I highly recommend the truffle carbonara and the sweet and sour wild boar.

31/12/2025: A lovely restaurant with private dining areas where you can eat in peace, even with large groups.
We ordered appetizers, first courses, and second courses, and everything was truly delicious and generous portions!
The first courses, both the pappardelle with wild boar and the other first courses, were delicious and flavorful!
The duck breast was very tender (I would have preferred it a little pinker) and served with a delicious sauce.
The lamb was also very well cooked and tender, as was the tagliata, which was also very tender (although the dressing was too oily, which, if strong, might not be to everyone's taste).
Recommended ++
11/12/2025: Quality, local food. The location is also excellent and strategic. The service was professional and they were able to take care of our orders even though the restaurant was full. We'll definitely be back.

20/03/2026: We bought 5 slices of pizza. We paid €14.40 for it?! How did this happen when the most expensive slice on the menu is €2? Scam! I don't recommend it!

08/12/2025: I ordered a pizza (to choose from 5 flavors, two of which with tuna), they brought me a pre-packaged 20x30cm pinsa, at the price of a gourmet pizza; the dessert, passed off as fresh, was clearly industrial, awful!
18/11/2025: A focaccia with two pieces of mozzarella and three slices of prosciutto cost the same as sitting down at a restaurant. Nice atmosphere and clean bathrooms. Convenient for getting to Civita, but otherwise, it's best to skip it.

16/11/2025: Too bad, I consumed food, but they don't have a bathroom. I believe that by law, all establishments in Italy that offer drink-and-drink service must have one. When I asked, they told me that there are bathrooms next door, outside the establishment. It's a shame, though, that they charge a fee.
I understand allowing only customers to use the bathroom, but at least that should be guaranteed. It's a shame, especially because it's a very welcoming place. Let's hope for improvement.
