16/09/2025: September 16, 8:15 PM, found it closed even though it said open online. Great disappointment, especially since we didn't find anything open in Bagnoregio. Two DaBue sandwiches and a huge disappointment for a missed dinner. I will definitely never return to this town.

04/11/2025: Given that everyone has their own tastes, bad days can happen, etc. I'm giving 3 stars because it's the average between 1-star food and 5-star service. The staff is excellent and behaved in an exemplary manner that many restaurateurs wouldn't. As for the meal, I personally and my companions didn't enjoy it. In those areas, perhaps wrongly, I always expect to eat top-notch wild boar ragù and always have unique food. Perhaps I had high expectations. We were coming from a weekend where this happened, and comparing it, it turned out to be a disappointing lunch for us. We were perplexed; it was a bit dry, the flavor wasn't the best, and we didn't eat well. However, I think the attached photos speak for themselves. The cacio e pepe with butter is just plain pointless. Perhaps the constant flow of tourists contributed to this? I don't know. However, the owner, when sending the dishes back, insisted on not making us pay for lunch, but we still left 20 euros because there is work behind things and it is right that a minimum amount be paid.

27/10/2025: We went to this restaurant yesterday. The atmosphere seemed pleasant, and the first courses we ordered were really good. However, my experience changed drastically with the second course: a chicken dish, in which I found bones that didn't look like chicken at all. I politely pointed this out to the waiter, who was courteous and reported the observation to the kitchen. He then returned, telling me that "the chef confirmed it was chicken." At that point, faced with a response that denied the evidence without any verification, I decided to put the bones in my glass to concretely demonstrate the situation. Shortly afterward, a man dressed in a manner not reminiscent of a chef came out, very aggressive and rude, and arrogantly reiterated that "it was all chicken," without even bothering to check. The most unpleasant aspect was not so much the mistake or the inconvenience in the dish (it can happen), but the complete lack of respect and management of the dialogue with the customer. A simple clarifying conversation would have been enough to avoid any tension, but instead the situation was handled with arrogance and nervousness, turning a constructive complaint into a pointless and unpleasant confrontation. A good restaurant professional, however, should train through awareness and empathy, that is, the ability to treat a customer's complaint as useful information, not as a threat to one's ego or competence. In the restaurant world, the quality of food is important, but the human quality in dealing with customers is even more so. Thank you.

29/10/2025: It's an EXCELLENT pizzeria. We've been coming here for a long time, and I've tried almost every flavor: they're all delicious because it's the raw ingredients transformed into specialties that make the difference. The service is impeccable, truly welcoming and professional. My compliments, truly. Highly recommended.

13/07/2025: If you're looking for a place nearby to eat excellent meat, Bistecchiera Ponziani is definitely a good choice. It's a shame about the rest: the dessert (millefoglie) wasn't up to par with the other dishes, and the atmosphere wasn't exactly the best. Friendly and courteous service.

19/10/2025: The best chicken and potatoes I've ever had. The peach wood grilling created a flavor I'll never forget. The aroma of the chicken thighs is simply mouth-watering. It's incredibly rich and full of peach wood, followed by a vanilla flavor. As you chew, the rock salt and gravy blend beautifully, creating a delicious, can you believe it? The peach wood flavor lingers in your mouth. I don't eat potatoes, but the potatoes here are so delicious, they melt in your mouth. I even eat the skins because they have such a rich peach wood flavor, and the roasted caramel flavor is just heavenly. The chef's skill with the herbs is incredible, and the combination is incredibly delicious. I had beef last night, and it was so delicious that I kept coming back, postponing my afternoon schedule. 😁 The toast is also a must-try. That crispy, woody flavor is something you can't get anywhere else.

18/10/2025: We ordered two first courses (exquisite pappardella with white ragù and a slightly loose pacchero with mushrooms and sausage), the pork skewer (so tender it almost melted in the mouth), a bottle of water, and a half liter of house wine. Total cost was €66, a tad higher than I expected, but I can understand the price given the location. The waiters were very kind (the girl at the cashier was a bit distracted, charging us without even a smile and looking at her phone... a little more attention would have been appreciated, but it was Saturday, so tiredness can be a factor). The atmosphere was welcoming, and the bathroom was very clean. I recommend it for a treat after the climb up to Bagnoreggio.

13/09/2025: Super friendly owners, very delicious pizza 🍕 😋 Coffe & sweet buns/croissants are also great 👌 The place has a typical Italian décor: simple yet welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere. They also offer food to go.

26/08/2025: I just want to review the restaurant. The food was too salty for us, and then they ran out of potatoes. The service was friendly. The food was poorly prepared, tasted poorly, and presented ugly.

21/08/2025: We found this restaurant by chance, but mostly by luck! Lunch was excellent; the dishes we chose (garlic pici and truffle steak) were expertly prepared. The quality/price ratio was also excellent.
