21/03/2026: Everything was truly excellent! We ate wonderfully, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the waitress was very kind and knowledgeable! The fried artichokes were delicious, as were the polenta with porcini mushrooms and chicory meatballs (a surprise!), and then the pappardelle with wild boar... what can I say, I'd gladly return.

16/03/2026: The risotto was delicious, and the tiramisu had a completely different texture from what I've had in Taiwan—it was very smooth and flavorful. If I ever come to Italy again, I'll definitely visit again.

10/01/2026: A small butcher shop with a few tables inside, offering a meat menu (mainly beef). Hamburgers and classic cuts of meat are also available. Good knowledge of gluten-free options.

03/11/2025: A truly unique, almost magical experience, enjoyed in the heart of a tuff cave that seems suspended in time. The menu was a constant discovery: sophisticated yet authentic dishes, where each ingredient is clearly perceived, like a symphony of local flavors presented with passion and respect. The soft egg with truffle and the tagliolini with cabbage definitely exceeded all expectations. Rarely do you taste cuisine so creative yet so deeply rooted in the land and memory. The Tellus wine, expertly served, completed a perfect sensory journey. It's just a shame the restaurant closed shortly afterward—we were lucky enough to arrive in time for an experience that will remain etched in our memory. A place that spoke to the heart and the palate.

06/03/2026: Excellent dinner and a wonderful experience. We stayed in Civita di Bagnoregio and our host helped us reserve a table at Osteria al Forno di Agnese. When we arrived in the evening there were only a few other tables, which made the experience feel relaxed and personal. The food was outstanding—fresh, authentic, and beautifully prepared. The service was also fantastic: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It was the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful dinner in Civita after the crowds leave for the day. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the village.

28/02/2026: A delightful discovery in the heart of Bagno Regio! We stumbled upon Forno di Agnese by chance, wandering through the narrow streets. It's a typical restaurant serving homemade cuisine since 1968... a dream! We had lunch outside on this veranda where the trees adorned with fairy lights literally embrace a lovely canopy: welcoming and quaint. Lunch? A journey through homemade flavors: the Roman-style artichoke was fantastic, not to mention the tagliatelle with white Chianina beef ragù and the pappardelle with ragù. The sweet ending was the mandarin tiramisu, unexpected and delicious! The lady who served us, Rosanna, was super kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

09/02/2026: Authentic Italian home-style cooking – a first step into understanding Italy. The appetizer was pasta, with its springy texture and fragrant red sauce. There were no excessive toppings or garnishes; simplicity allowed the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through. The main course was pan-fried pork chops with olive oil and lettuce salad. The pork chops were crispy and flavorful with each chew, though they might be a bit tough for those with sensitive teeth. The lettuce was sprinkled with salt and drizzled with olive oil, making it refreshing and delicious. Don't waste the remaining oil; Tuscan olive oil is a gift from the earth, perfect for pairing with European bread for a smooth and delicious experience. Dessert was tiramisu, with a hint of liqueur but a bit sweet, so I only sampled a small amount.

18/02/2026: Meal only, no overnight stay. The truffle pasta suited Taiwanese tastes. The beef steak that was served had too much gristle and was inedible; the restaurant replaced it with a new one, and the service was excellent. They offered their own homemade wine (low alcohol content).

05/01/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant and had a divine meal. Generous portions and quality food. We had the house wine, which was delicious! I highly recommend the truffle carbonara and the sweet and sour wild boar.
