29/08/2024: Already rated several times...stars are no longer enough. The meals of the day are always stratospheric. Excellent cuisine and top service. What else to ask? Optimisms

29/08/2024: We arrive at this place which was recommended to me among other things, there are 8 of us, we take 1 children's menu, 1 pizza (1 plate of pop cicken with chips and barbecue sauce and 5 carbonare. The waiter insists on bringing us an appetizer of supplì but we decide for two plates of chips at the center of the table in waiting for the carbonara which he said would be cooked in 5m. We wait 15 minutes and ask where our dishes were and we are told that the chips are about to arrive together with the main courses, we obviously dispute this because you can't bring me fried food and spaghetti together and we are told that they have now been included on the menu even with arrogance, the wine is served hot to us at our request we are told that they actually didn't realize that the machine was broken and so we ask for ice to be brought. The carbonara was edible but the spaghetti were stuck and the cream was too dry, the bacon was non-existent because it was replaced by bacon let's say. The BBQ sauce in my niece's dish didn't exist because according to them it was separate and even if they had wanted it it wasn't there, but I don't understand why you don't write it in the menu. Moral of the story, total disgusting, I would never go back there again. Too bad I can't give 0 stars

21/07/2024: Excellent and local food, friendly staff. Excellent mushroom dumplings, delicious meat. Their homemade liqueurs, one better than the other, the chocolate one the best. A fixed stop every time we pass through Genazzano.

24/07/2024: So excited to find gluten free snitzel until it came out on a paper plate in a plastic bag which felt microwaved. Chicken was dry and bland. A bit of salad would have been nice with it. No knives on the table. Pollo poke bowl was missing avocado and beans and lacked flavour. Dissapointing food. The staff are lovely and nice looking cafe but real shame about the food.

08/08/2024: Il kebab che ho mangiato è stato un’esperienza assolutamente disgustosa. Il pane, secco e sbriciolato, era più simile a un pezzo di cartone vecchio che a qualcosa di commestibile. La carne era talmente dura e gommosa che sembrava un esperimento fallito di qualche laboratorio di scarti alimentari, con un sapore che oscillava tra il rancido e il bruciato. Le verdure, mollicce e dall'aspetto appassito, sembravano essere state raccolte direttamente dal bidone dell'umido. E la salsa? Un intruglio insapore che lasciava in bocca un retrogusto artificiale e disgustoso. E come se non bastasse, il bagno del locale era il peggiore che abbia mai visto: sporco, maleodorante e assolutamente insalubre, quasi peggio del kebab stesso. Una vera e propria trappola per chiunque osi varcarne la soglia.

25/04/2024: The place is well structured and can accommodate many people, compared to other kebab shops the space is huge and you can enjoy a kebab with peace of mind, the modest price, 7.50 kebab + chips + drink of your choice, the staff is in the chilling area and they are always present, excellent

21/08/2024: Based on past reviews and what I've seen, I'm afraid there has been a slight deterioration in the gluten-free options. I must say that, however, the staff is always very kind and available to lend a hand, very scrupulous and careful to check for intolerances and even in the kitchen I had the impression that they go out of their way to minimize contamination despite there not being a separate kitchen , contamination which however (unfortunately) cannot be excluded starting from the raw materials used. The rice currently used, for example, may contain traces of gluten. For celiacs the options available are: - nachos with avocado sauce - hamburger (without bread) - gluten-free burritos or fajitas Nachos and burgers looked ok, I tried a gluten-free burrito and the outside "piadina" seemed particularly hard and dry. However, I had no problems after having dinner here, a sign that they were really attentive to the preparation of gluten-free dishes, this is certainly to be appreciated.

21/08/2024: Pleasant discovery! Excellent service, friendly and always attentive staff! Excellent food, with peculiarities that I have only found here. The sashimi served with fantastic scenic effect! Truly a place that I would recommend!

12/08/2024: (2018) I went there more than once and luckily without any problems, but it is not uncommon for people to feel sick after eating there, a sign that the quality is probably not good. Furthermore, the place is gloomy, very large but often empty, not very well organised, and sometimes pervaded by an unpleasant smell. I don't recommend it, and I myself go there very rarely. Edit (2023): 5 years after the first review and perhaps a couple of management changes, the situation has improved although it remains slightly inferior to the competitors in the area. The environment has also been renovated and is more atmospheric, partially improving the experience. Edit 2 (2024): after another year I must say that with the latest change in management the level has risen considerably, tested 2 or 3 times and we have always been very satisfied!

20/08/2024: Very busy, slow service. I often go to the Alice point in Sa Calisto in Trastevere. Same crowd, same staff (only 1 sales employee) but much shorter waiting times, roughly half.

14/08/2024: Alice Pizza is always a guarantee. The pizza was delicious and excellent value for money. If you are at the Valmontone Outlet, taste a piece of this delicacy Friendly staff I'll be back soon!

31/08/2024: Terrible place, not recommended. Images on booking misleading, not real, perhaps old from the opening. I stayed in this structure that has now been abandoned and not looked after as it deserves, with my wife for our anniversary. Dirty room, towels for just one person, no minibar or coffee maker as described on the Booking site, no shower gel kit, everything dated, ruined, decadent I would say, terrible food. Breakfast does not vary, 3 choices. We have only now read the other reviews, unfortunately. Children's play area not looked after, these too are ruined and not safe, what can I say to an experience not to be repeated and don't trust the photos, they do not represent the current situation. Clean pool. Really a shame. Ruined weekend.

27/08/2024: If you want, look for paradise, you have found it. Enchanting place, in a strategic position where there is always a fantastic breeze even with high temperatures, it's wonderful here. We stopped with our caravan for one night, but if we could we would have done at least 2 or 3 days. The guys who take care of the customers are fantastic and they are like family to each other, it's wonderful to see them. The owner is also a nice person. There is a swimming pool, cost 5 euros, with an adjacent bar, which is perfect for unplugging after a trip. There are horses running around freely, it seems to be in an unreal place. The cuisine is like the service, excellent. Special thanks to the boy who let us access the pool and made us cocktails and to the girl who prepared breakfast for us the next morning, I don't remember their names unfortunately. We will definitely be back, it was an unforgettable experience.
