Very rude cashier, unprofessional staff. Raw bacon, cold sandwich. Luckily there was a guy cleaning. Very kind and smiling. —— After a while, I returned to this place and I can say that the staff has changed, they're less frustrated, and the products are well-cooked. Good, at this point it's right to remove the negative review.

I have been to KFC several times and the experience has been different every time. Sometimes the chicken has been very well done, fresh and tasty, just the way I like it. Other times it has not been as well prepared, as if not of the same quality. I like KFC and their products, that is why I come back, but I think it would be good to have more consistency in the preparation and serving. I hope that in the future the experience will always be of the same good standard.

Excellent service. I was served by Antonio, a polite, kind, dry guy with glasses. He served us right away and didn't make us wait long! We need more people like him in fast food restaurants! Thanks again.

I was with a friend; we were five cents short and couldn't buy anything. However, otherwise, the experience was very positive, especially the schmaltzy atmosphere of the post-Bombolone gatherings, although I must add that eating half a kilo of fried chicken and then walking 2 km isn't great.

The fried chicken was good, but the fries, both cheese and bacon and cheese, weren't very crispy. The atmosphere is nice, with modern paintings of chickens.

10/12/2025: Very kind and friendly people with a warm welcome. The place has been renovated and is much more welcoming, with really nice spaces for customers.
