CRUNCH Pizza al taglio In Valmontone

I happened to be in Valmontone for their "cantine" despite the large influx of people (there was a line right outside) I went to this pizzeria and I have to say it was excellent... magnificent, courteous and helpful staff especially the lady who works at the counter, the pizza was exquisite, digestible and excellent value for money... the owner is a very kind and courteous person... clean, rustic and welcoming environment but their pizza is the best thing, you can taste as much as you want, one better than the other... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

There are a few places to sit where you can have a nice conversation with the staff, or you can take the food to go. I ate a lot because it was so delicious, yet I didn’t feel heavy afterwards. If it is already there, it is possible to do so with your personal friend, if you can take any of the sports equipment. The pizza is of unparalleled quality! We tried different flavors, including potatoes and mushrooms, stracciata with truffle and porcini mushrooms, mortadella, burrata and pistachio, potatoes and Colonnata lard, spicy salami, mozzarella, olives and feta, mushrooms and sausage, and more. They use only seasonal ingredients and vegetables from local farmers. The quality is exceptional. The pizza is fragrant and crispy to perfection. The dough is incredibly light and easy to digest. They have managed to combine tradition with innovation. The staff is truly courteous, friendly, and helpful. We highly recommend it. This pizza is definitely worth stopping by.
