11/09/2025: Found via Google Maps and chosen because of the good reviews, which are well-deserved. We had fried food and three different pizzas, but each of us tried all three, and they were all delicious, with excellent dough and perfectly cooked.

19/11/2025: A lovely setting surrounded by greenery next to the airstrip. Access is quite difficult, as you have to travel a fair bit on a dirt road. Although the hostess was very kind, the staff is minimal, and I don't know if it was a coincidence, but everyone at the table complained about the slow delivery of the dishes. I personally waited almost two hours for my second course, which I then gave up because I left and had to wait to pay. The fried anchovies were excellent, but the spaghetti with clams didn't contain a drop of oil, but it was sand. I won't be returning.

15/08/2025: Free-range farms, top-quality meats, and locally sourced organic produce. The only downside is that it's addictive, but it's not easy to get to from Rome. However, there are several delivery points, and I believe they also deliver to your home. You might want to get a subscription.

23/12/2025: ...I wanted to stop here for lunch, but I was forced to change plans...
...after 15 minutes in line and waiting, having noticed who was behind the counter...I realized I'd have to wait a long time...too long for a plate of pasta or a hamburger...
...the staff assigned to managing first courses, second courses, and side dishes is absolutely inadequate...
...only one person at peak hours and without the "dynamism" of someone experienced in the restaurant industry...I consider it a failure...
...for me, it's a clear sign that Autogrill has no interest in this area and is focusing on sandwiches, which have also reached crazy prices, and nothing more...
To be deleted as a stopover option for the future...
...oh, for the record, I stopped here just a month ago and was forced to change plans for similar reasons...so today I have confirmation that it wasn't a coincidence the previous time...
...obviously, I don't rate the ambiance and food quality because I wasn't able to consume...
Never more!

17/11/2025: My experience wasn't particularly positive. I ordered the Scottona steak with a side of roasted cardoncelli mushrooms: they had to cook the steak twice because the first time was overcooked and therefore very tough (the second time was better), and the mushrooms were quite bland and, above all, very few. Three measly pieces on a small plate seemed too little for a side dish to me... not to mention the bread, a few very thin slices for five people.
16/11/2025: Well, dear friends, if you've never tried veal cheek, you absolutely must try it here. Top-notch!!! The braised beef and white ragù from "Ale lo chef" are equally delicious...and don't forget that all the ingredients are organic and from their own production...highly recommended...

16/11/2025: If you want to eat well and not have to wait three hours staring at each other for food, avoid this place.
We waited an hour for a plate of pasta with wild boar ragù, which was incredibly salty, with very little choice of dishes, and the bathrooms were extremely dirty... despite there being very few people there.
For what we waited and ate, we paid a lot:
Never again.
19/08/2025: I've been going there since I was a kid, and you can't eat there anymore. I'm really sorry about this review.
Change your approach because I don't know if you're aware of it, but it's truly a shame to run your restaurant this way.
And I don't think you even realize it.
Aren't you interested in numbers?
But at least keep your longtime customers close.

Pizzeria Dall'Adriana

13/10/2025: A true institution for those who know Tolfa. I was lucky enough to see Adriana at work, and certain images are unforgettable: she would place the pan in the wood-fired oven, then, halfway through cooking, she would take it out with a confident gesture and place it on the counter. Then, with her plate piled high with mozzarella, she would top it with her unmistakable gesture. A gesture that has remained in the hearts of those lucky enough to watch her work.
Today, the baton has been passed to Rosella and Raffaella, who continue to carry on this beautiful tradition with love and simplicity. The shop is still there, on the Tolfa avenue, tiny, but rich in history and flavor.
The pizza? Just one, as always: mozzarella. It's not thin, it's not thick: it's unique. Every 10-15 minutes, a steaming pan comes out. Watch your taste buds! It's piping hot... and impossible to wait.
For those who go there today, it's a corner of the true Tolfa, still intact.
You have to try it at least once in your life. But trust me: it will be the first of many.
