Sara is very kind, Enrico is passionate about his work (and you can feel it), everyone is nice! And now the food...WHAT I TELL YOU TO DO! One of the places where we ate best (and we visited). 19/01/2025: We were guests of an 18th party last evening, and I couldn't help but review the place, the restaurant is really very beautiful, it has various rooms, especially outdoors for the arrival of summer, where you can certainly enjoy a beautiful view, the staff who work there are friendly, polite but above all well prepared, and what can I say about the food? The food is really good! The only thing that I must say that I liked least was the gnocchi which "in my personal opinion" were a little chewy but this does not take anything away from the fact that the food is fantastic, and I would happily go back to eat there on other occasions.

The restaurant offers typical cuisine of the highest level, excelling in both meat and fish dishes. Each course was prepared with fresh ingredients and served with great care. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the professionalism of the staff, made the day unforgettable. Perfect for those looking for tradition and quality for a special occasion or a dinner to remember. Super recommended!

25/01/2025: Locale da non perdere. Il luogo perfetto per trascorrere una piacevole serata nel cuore del centro storico di Palestrina, a pochi chilometri da Roma. Il menu si caratterizza per una ricerca in bilico tra tradizione e innovazione dove i sapori della tradizione romana vengono sapientemente proposti con leggere variazioni di accento. Assolutamente da non sottovalutare la ricca selezione di vini della cantina del locale in grado di soddisfare anche i palati più raffinati. Se è vero che Ostetia numero cinque è a tutti gli effetti un ristorante ricercato e di assoluta qualità è vero allo stesso tempo che l'ambiente famigliare è in grado di diventare il protagonista assoluto della serata. Consigliatissimo, anche perché la trippa... non potete capi!
