19/03/2026: Lovely little restaurant with great food, friendly service and reasonable prices. This is not some swanky place with fancy food but an authentic Italian restaurant serving traditional dishes of excellent quality. We do not speak Italian but the person who served us was very kind and we managed with hands & Google translate :-) Definitely the best pasta of this holiday! Spent 35 euros on 2 pastas (deer & truffle/porcini) a large beer (660ml) and a coke.

01/03/2026: When I walked through the doors of Trattoria dei Cacciatori da Tiberio, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I already had the feeling of being in an authentic place, far from the overly touristy and standardized eateries. The atmosphere is small, simple, and familiar, with outdoor tables overlooking the square: the perfect rustic charm of a village like Nemi. As soon as I sat down, I was struck by the clarity of the menu and the passion with which the dishes were explained to me, many based on traditional game—a true celebration of local flavors. I started with a mixed antipasto of carefully selected cured meats and cold cuts, followed by boldly flavored pappardelle with wild boar and flavorful tonnarelli with venison: each course had that genuine flavor of authentic Italian cuisine that makes you say, "This is truly well done." The service? For the most part, it was friendly and personal, almost like being a guest in the home of loved friends. There were also some less-than-satisfied reviews from customers regarding brusque responses or inflexibility regarding certain requests, but my personal experience was positive. Indeed, I appreciated the care taken in describing each dish and the helpfulness in recommending wines to accompany it. The price-quality ratio is very fair for the area and the attention to quality ingredients: you spend mid-range, but you leave feeling like you've eaten truly well. A traditional dessert and a perfect coffee were the perfect finishing touch. In short, if you love home-style Italian cuisine with a touch of tradition and want to try authentic meat dishes in a simple yet welcoming atmosphere, this trattoria is worth a visit. Reservations are definitely recommended, especially on busy days.

17/02/2026: Son of a hunter, accustomed to eating game, I can tell you that this place knows what it's made of, and how it works. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes. The hare pappardelle are supreme, and the venison stew is truly delicious. Congratulations!

31/03/2026: Unfortunately, it was an experience to forget. The food wasn't bad, at least not what they forgot to bring. The kitchen was completely out of sorts, with dishes forgotten and never brought, and the waiter who served us had inappropriate attitudes and jokes. No comments.

29/03/2026: The waiter was incredibly rude. They didn't bring us part of the food we ordered. Avoid.

19/03/2026: This is one of the few places open (in the morning) while exploring Nemi Village. You can enjoy a strawberry tart and coffee at the tables in front of it while strolling around. The strawberry tart costs 2.5 euros. The only thing I deducted a point for is that they don't accept credit cards for amounts under ten euros.
