Unfortunately every time we went it always rained but I have to say that the place and the welcome we received were fantastic. the pinsa is delicious and plentiful and the very kind girls also take care of the children. 20/03/2025: Truly a great experience, very quiet location and ideal during a beautiful sunny day. Staff really super welcoming and courteous. Very good food, we tried a fish soup (arzilla) with broccoli and pecorino cheese really exquisite, in addition to tasty appetizers and gnocci sausage and pecorino. We will definitely return to try the other equally inviting dishes.

20/03/2025: Ambiente molto accogliete e personale molto cortese. Eravamo in 5, abbiamo mangiato un mix di antipasti caldi, le bruschette, la carne alla brace, una gricia e vari contorni. Tutto ottimo e di buona qualità. Consigliatissimo!

16/03/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante di cui avevo sentito parlare. Devo dire che le aspettative sono state altamente soddisfatte, il cibo é tutto fantastico ma le vere chicche sono state, a mio parere l’amatriciana (veramente stellare) e il filetto, forse il migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Il servizio é stato abbastanza veloce nonostante fosse sabato sera e il locale era veramente strapieno. Comunque tutti molto cortesi, ci tornerò presto.

17/02/2025: This is a wonderful authentic neighborhood restaurant. It's really off the beaten track. You won't find it if you don't go there. We went there on Sunday. There were about 12 tables. The place is small and intimate in a somewhat old-fashioned way. There was a guy sitting at the next table reading the newspaper. People greeted each other and said goodbye. It was very pleasant There was one person who did it all. Cooking, serving, cleaning and hosting. He did it well. We ate a delicious pappardella with wild boar sauce, with fresh local bread and half a liter of local red wine. We paid 30 euros. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

19/01/2025: Surreal restaurant, hidden, not even a sign, the kind you wouldn't give a penny to. Spartan like few others and very small with only six-seven tables... but it is during service that the magic happens; incredibly managed by the sole owner who acts as both cook and waiter, (spoiler: hygiene standards that are at times questionable), serves delicious dishes respecting the correct timing between one course and another. Clean, large and fragrant bathroom. Honest prices. Rating 8 and a half. Well done👏

07/03/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to San Benedetta winery. The wines are excellent and the vineyards are beautiful. Luca is a fantastic host and very knowledgeable about their wine. The charcuterie was very good also. Highly recommend a visit!

06/03/2025: The highlight of our trip to Rome.... don't limit yourself to the hustle and bustle of Rome. This was really simple to get to with public transit and a taxi. We grabbed a train out to Frascati, then a very short Uber. This was OUT OF THIS WORLD an amazing place to visit. We were greated by the son of the winery owner, Luca, he gave us a quick little tour and told us about the winery (the oldest in the Castelli Romani). And then we entered this enchanting 300 year old winery and were greeted with the most picturesque dining area. For 75 euros we had the most incredible chef's tasting menu with wine pairings that allowed us to sample each of the four wines of the estate. All delicious. Another highlight was their olive oil, the best I've ever tasted. Honestly just the best time, and I want to come back in the Fall with my husband to try the new olive oil harvest.

09/03/2025: Sono stato la settimana scorsa in questo ristorante con degli amici(già clienti),e mi è piaciuto molto.Abbiamo mangiato nella sala barrique, veramente bella ed arredata con eleganza,le portate del menù interessanti e,quelle da noi scelte veramente buone,il vino che ci è stato proposto e anche scelto è stato di mio gradimento.Lo staff di sala accogliente e gentile,prezzo in linea con le portate proposte.Tornero' sicuramente anche per provare la carne, data la proposta molto interessante.

16/03/2025: Che dire posto bello e particolare neanche troppo lontano da Roma per trascorrere una giornata fuori porta, peccato il cibo mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, personale cortese e attento ma non so se ci tornerei.

23/02/2025: Prenotato per caso per un pranzo tra amici abbiamo trovato un posto davvero accogliente e con una mise en place curata nei minimi dettagli (davvero complimenti). I piatti tutti veramente buoni e altrettanto buono il vino di loro produzione.
