22/08/2026: We visited this park on a weekday, and it wasn't very crowded. I don't recommend it if it's very hot, because the kids, in their harnesses and helmets, come out soaked in sweat, or rather, dripping wet. There are few instructors, at least in August, and so assistance is limited; you have to seek them out if needed. However, the trails are beautiful, and both kids and teens have fun.
22/08/2026: I went with my son. He's autistic, and I'd read about an orange/easy route. The website says it's for adults, but once we got there, we had to start with the yellow/medium route because we weren't the best height. I'm 5'11" and he's 5'11". I'm sure this wouldn't have been a problem for many, but it was a challenge for us. When we left, I complained, and they told us we could go back if we wanted, but that wasn't the case anymore. Also, the zip route is considered easy, but you can't do it before you've completed the medium routes, so let's just say certain definitions need to be better explained.

15/03/2026: The place is beautiful and very quaint, especially for children. There's a playground, adventure trails, and an area with various animals.
Regarding the food, there's great potential, but the main limitation is the lack of available seating and the inability of the kitchen and staff to keep up with orders.
07/03/2026: Spend a family day at this restaurant inside the Monte Porzio Adventure Park. Welcoming, with good-quality home-cooked food, and friendly and helpful staff. The daily menu costs €30, which includes an appetizer, a first course, a grilled meat with potatoes, water, cola, and a small bottle of wine. Afterward, let the kids run wild in the adventure park to help you digest. Recommended.

19/08/2026: Every time I go to Rome, I stop by Romoletto restaurant in Monteporzio Catone. It's a rustic and welcoming place, with friendly and helpful staff.
I ordered the Romoletto appetizer and a trio of first courses. The appetizer is generous and perfect for sharing, while the first courses are all homemade and authentic: you can taste the traditional cuisine.
The atmosphere is simple, no-frills, ideal for lunch or dinner with friends or family. The quality/price ratio is fair.
The grilled meat is also excellent.
A favorite for those seeking authentic flavors. Recommended!

07/03/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to San Benedetta winery. The wines are excellent and the vineyards are beautiful. Luca is a fantastic host and very knowledgeable about their wine. The charcuterie was very good also. Highly recommend a visit!
06/03/2025: The highlight of our trip to Rome.... don't limit yourself to the hustle and bustle of Rome. This was really simple to get to with public transit and a taxi. We grabbed a train out to Frascati, then a very short Uber.
This was OUT OF THIS WORLD an amazing place to visit. We were greated by the son of the winery owner, Luca, he gave us a quick little tour and told us about the winery (the oldest in the Castelli Romani). And then we entered this enchanting 300 year old winery and were greeted with the most picturesque dining area.
For 75 euros we had the most incredible chef's tasting menu with wine pairings that allowed us to sample each of the four wines of the estate. All delicious. Another highlight was their olive oil, the best I've ever tasted.
Honestly just the best time, and I want to come back in the Fall with my husband to try the new olive oil harvest.
