03/08/2025: We came across this lovely restaurant through Google Maps. The appetizer platter recommended by the waitress was very good, as were the pasta dishes and desserts. We were able to communicate very well in English with the aforementioned waitress, and she even offered to help us translate the Italian menu. The wait for our pasta dishes was a bit long from a German perspective, but that's our only criticism.
This small restaurant with down-to-earth Italian cuisine is highly recommended.

15/07/2025: A stunning setting amidst lush greenery and magical fairytale views. Excellent food and impeccable service, courtesy and attentiveness. In summer, the location is stunning; on rainy days, it's a warm and welcoming space, with soft lighting and magical references to witches that appear in a thousand ways wherever you look. Casale delle Streghe is one of the prettiest and most intriguing places in Lazio. The citrus rice is mouth-watering, along with the meats masterfully prepared by a great chef. We'll be returning again and again, delighting both adults and children alike.
14/07/2025: The atmosphere is intimate and comfortable, the staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs, and the parking inside the Casale is truly convenient.
In my case, with plenty of advance notice, I was able to organize a private evening for a birthday party with complete peace of mind. Chef Antonello recommended a menu suitable for all attendees, catering to a variety of dietary needs. For the dining room/garden, I spoke with Mrs. Simona, whom I thank for her availability, for managing the space, and for her highly professional event management. The food was truly delicious, with attention to detail in the presentation.
I will definitely be happy to return and spend a relaxing evening.

17/07/2025: I went there for dinner with friends. The location was enchanting, the food delicious and authentic, and the service impeccable. Even though we were outside, I wasn't bitten by mosquitoes. And last but not least, the cooler temperatures are a great escape during the scorching Roman evenings.
11/07/2025: Rustic atmosphere with free-roaming animals and folk-style decor. Outdoor seating or indoor seating without any panoramic views, but still very pleasant. Medium-volume music featuring '60s-'70s pop-rock classics. Fixed menu with few variations. Appetizers include excellent crostini, cured meats, cooked vegetables (peppers, zucchini, etc.), frittata, primosale cheese, and timbale. Everything is very good and carefully prepared. Medium-quality red wine on tap. The first course is fettuccine with chanterelle mushrooms, very flavorful but still well-made. The tarts with various jams and ricotta are also delicious. Price: €35 for an appetizer, first course, and dessert. This family-friendly atmosphere with a distinctive feel attracts a loyal clientele.

We had lunch today for the first time.
We were welcomed with courtesy, kindness and professionalism.
Seafood dishes prepared with quality raw materials.
Seafood appetizer, tagliolini allo scoglio and risotto with scampi cream, fried calamari and prawns cooked with skill.
To finish a dessert of the house the fragolosa all accompanied by a good wine of Frascati Donnaluce Poggio Volpi recommended by the legendary Elvezio to whom we extend our special thanks for having welcomed us with professionalism and followed in all the choices
Highly recommended 10 and praise

14/06/2025: We celebrated our son's first birthday at Enjoy today and I wanted to thank all the staff because we couldn't have imagined a more beautiful party than this. We received compliments from all the guests for the organization, for the location and for the excellent buffet. A special thanks to Mrs. Germana with whom I defined all the details of the party and who proved to be very kind and professional from the first meeting. 07/08/2025: The carbonara pizza was too salty and very spicy. The spiciness wasn't specified on the menu. I ordered two dishes of wild boar parpadella, one was okay, but the other was too salty. The meat was delicious and very tender, but it's a shame about the pizza. Recommended for casual dinners.

27/04/2025: Quando faccio un giro per i Castelli Romani in moto, mi fermo sempre a questo bar/pasticceria. Il barista sempre gentile. La qualità dei prodotti a partire dal caffè per arrivare alla pasticceria è elevata. Ottimi i prezzi e ci sono tavolini all'aperto. Si trova sulla passeggiata e quindi si vede lo "struscio"

08/06/2025: Suggested by a passerby in the historic center of Monte Compatri, “Lo Sperone” is the family-run trattoria we were looking for during our excursion to the Castelli Romani. Located in the alleys of the village, it offers a wide and rich menu of traditional dishes, all prepared with simple and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and genuine like the owners.
The real beating heart is the kitchen of Mrs. Rina, who with her expert hands makes fettuccine and homemade desserts, as they once did. You can clearly perceive the passion and love for home cooking in every course.
Friendly, attentive but never intrusive service. The environment is tidy, well-kept and clean, without frills but with that authenticity that is increasingly rare today. The quality-price ratio is excellent.
Only note: you have to take into account a few extra minutes to find parking, but with a little patience you can do it, and it is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for those looking for a real gastronomic experience, far from touristy and standardized places.

19/10/2024: Having dinner on a Saturday evening, with the new management, it was an excellent experience: tender and tasty steak, delicious rabbit, the starter was also very good, quite fast service, honest prices, very kind restaurateur: he offered us donuts. We will definitely be back!

Cibo buono e personale molto cortese.
Eravamo in 12 ed i tempi di attesa sono stati brevi nonostante abbiamo scelto tanti piatti diversi. Nessuno ha dovuto attendere. Non capendo il motivo delle recensioni negative ho chiesto al titolare.
Mi ha spiegato che è cambiata la gestione e che ha rilevato l’attività da poco più di 10 giorni.
Consiglio pertanto di non prendere in considerazione le vecchie recensioni in quanto non hanno nulla a che vedere con la nuova gestione.

11/09/2024: Davvero un bel posto a Monte Compatri. Menù doppio tra terra e mare, io ho scelto la terra e sono rimasto completamente soddisfatto, buon servizio e personale cortese. Il cibo era molto buono ed i prezzi sono nella norma, ho passato una bella serata.

05/01/2025: Cercando un ristorante di pesce sulla Casilina est , abbiamo scoperto questo ottimo ristorante . Parcheggio ampio e comodo . Sala accogliente come i camerieri . Servizio veloce e gentile . Menu' fisso a 20 euro straordinario per qualita' e prezzo <: tagliolini allo scoglio o risotto crema di granchio , frittura di calamari e gamberi con contorno di patatine o insalata , acqua compresa nel prezzo . Vini e dolci a parte .
Tutto veramente fresco, gustoso e in buona quantita' . Ho scelto una bottiglia di vino bianco Frascati di ottima qualita' a soli 12 euro .
Atmosfera gioviale , cortese , simpatica , in compagnia , ma non rumorosa all'eccesso .
Ci tornero' molto volentieri . Grazie per il servizio .
