12/10/2025: Thanks to a traffic jam on the highway, we exited at Guidonia-Montecelio.
Googling, we found Erik, who welcomed us even though it was almost 2:00 PM.
What can I say?
Super!!!
Super carbonara, super gricia, super tripe, super beans with pork rinds, super saltinbocca...
And everyone was incredibly kind...
We didn't manage to eat the desserts, but they really stuck with us...
We'll be back!!

28/08/2025: A very family-friendly atmosphere. We dined as a couple and had a great time: the cacio e pepe was fabulous, the tagliata was equally good. Very generous portions.
You immediately feel at ease.
17/08/2025: A lovely evening at this authentic Roman restaurant. Delicious and flavorful appetizers, a truly perfect start. The carbonara was exceptional: creamy, authentic, and perfectly prepared. An experience I highly recommend.

They are very kind and attentive girls with customers

12/09/2025: As with the rest of the chain, the meat is very good. Here in Guidonia, the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly. I'm not adding photos because I don't usually take pictures of dishes; I prefer to spend time with those around me. 😉😁 I ordered the lunch menu, a very generous salad with chicken, hard-boiled egg, green beans, and cherry tomatoes. Excellent!
09/09/2025: Everything was perfect, even the gluten-free menus, as we have celiacs in the family.

02/10/2025: A welcoming and well-stocked bar. Tastefully decorated interiors and a spacious outdoor area. Unfortunately, the children's area is poorly maintained and partially closed to the public.

17/09/2025: It's always a real pleasure to visit this historic bar in Villanova. Their slightly retro setting has a historic atmosphere, the coffee and cappuccino are excellent, and the croissants are delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves coffee and history. And Francesco is a wonderful host.

25/09/2025: The strong point of this place is definitely the staff: kind, cheerful, and extremely friendly. Friends had told me about it, and I expected to find bolder flavors. Instead, everything was average, which is no small thing, but nothing that would make it worth returning for more. Recommended for those who like generous portions.
