09/11/2025: A fantastic experience. This small but cozy restaurant offers excellent traditional Roman dishes. The owner is exceptional, and the service is impeccable, with polite and professional waiters. The dishes are generous and reasonably priced. We ate a bit of everything, including the fantastic carbonara and rigatoni alla pajata, a specialty. Homemade desserts, and a truly excellent tiramisu! I highly recommend it.

29/09/2025: A magical place at the foot of Mount Gennaro: spend a relaxing evening enjoying delicious dishes in a friendly and informal atmosphere. Michela's kindness and attentiveness are appreciated, never intrusive but always attentive, as is chef Gianluca's expertise in selecting ingredients and cooking meats over the fireplace. The views of the Tiber Valley and the capital in the distance frame the tables. A highly recommended destination both for a day trip and for grabbing a fabulous gourmet sandwich on the go.

15/11/2025: As with the rest of the chain, the meat is very good. Here in Guidonia, the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly. I'm not adding photos because I don't usually take pictures of dishes; I prefer to spend time with those around me. 😉😁 I ordered the lunch menu, a very generous salad with chicken, hard-boiled egg, green beans, and cherry tomatoes. Excellent!

21/02/2026: We arrived to a place that was already packed. It's a Saturday night, and luckily we had reservations. They seated us right away and gave us time to look at the menu, which was concise and clear—and appetizing, I might add. The food was delicious, the service a little slow, but considering the place had a bar counter and there was a game on... understandable. Honorable mention goes to the waiters. I only saw three of them running around non-stop all evening, and one barmaid, who was also fantastic, worked with them to make the bar run smoothly. Aside from a few mix-ups during dessert, everything was fine. I'll definitely be back!

The food was good, but the table linens were nonexistent, the drinks were limited, and the birthday cake was incredibly small for the number of guests we'd booked. The price was also ridiculous. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it!

08/01/2026: First time here, family dinner, attracted by the pinsa, which we love, and the numerous positive reviews. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We ordered a mix of fried foods, all kinds of supplì, delicious, onion rings, and fried chicken, truly delicious. We then ordered different pinsas because we wanted to try different flavors. I must say that the toppings were generous and flavorful, and the dough was delicious, very well leavened and worked. The only flaw, which in my opinion detracts 40% from the quality, is that the pizza base was pre-cooked, which didn't enhance the quality of the product, and in some cases it came out cold and undercooked. The prices were very fair. If I could give one piece of advice, try to work with fresh, cooked, and eaten ingredients—then you'll definitely win! Overall, a positive experience, we'll be back!

02/12/2025: Very good pizza, perhaps slightly smaller than the traditional one as it is rectangular, but this does not matter because the quality is high anyway, obviously these are subjective opinions, as are the very crispy fried foods, fast service and comfortable environment, good value for money.

Gianni is a truly special person, Matteo is a formidable pizza chef, and all the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Pizzeria da Nonna Concetta is now a true institution in La Botte and a guarantee of a truly wonderful experience.
