02/02/2026: We went there on Sunday with the family. The place is quaint and very welcoming. The appetizers were good and plentiful. The first courses were fantastic. The fettuccine with wild boar ragù and the gnocchi with mutton sauce were plentiful and excellent. The pork shank was very good, just the right amount of tender and moist. The side dishes were top-notch. The desserts were homemade. We had a great time and will be back. The final price isn't exactly like an agritourism restaurant, but given the quality of the products offered, it's fair. The staff was friendly and helpful.

18/03/2026: Beef Minimal Restaurant is "our" place, where we meet with friends to have a good time, in good company, eating great food and drinking just as well. In fact, Beef has made conviviality its hallmark. This starts with the always generous menus, where you can share pizza slices (what the heck, delicious and so light!!) and the meat menus (the one is also special, always perfectly aged and grilled to perfection). The desserts are mouth-watering! And, not to be underestimated, all this without spending a fortune! Beef Minimal Restaurant has focused on the quality of its ingredients, on a super-efficient and friendly staff, and on the desire to be together... and we love that!

we had pizza and meat, everything was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. I recommend it.

We sat down at the table and weren't even asked if we wanted anything to drink...nothing.
An hour later, we finally managed to order. Waiting is fine, it's normal, but not that long without even a drink.

23/09/2025: The rude blonde girl. Casual customers aren't considered and have to wait hours, while regulars get through before the previous ones and are served everything perfectly, with every attention.
09/09/2025: For those coming from Rome... ......stop for breakfast at the Hilton on Via Veneto........it will cost you less.
