03/03/2026: Very good, I recommend it. Polite and precise staff, impeccable even with home deliveries. The dough is good and light, and it stays fresh even after the pizza cools. The toppings are also good. I recommend the baking trays. They're happy to solve any problems you may have. Try it and believe it. Many people in Ciampino don't know about it, meaning they've only heard about it, so give it a try, even for a house party. On-time delivery and hot pizza, delivered in the right container.

The place is very clean and the staff is kind and welcoming. Every time we asked for something, it was brought to us immediately, without any waiting. 04/01/2026: Good pizzeria, but there are some significant service issues that I think can't be ignored and that ended the evening prematurely. First of all, regarding the pizzas and fried foods (and desserts too!), there's nothing to complain about, they're very good. The prices are also very reasonable, so the quality-price ratio is perfect. As for the service, it's a little lacking; there weren't enough people in the dining room to manage the customers + the people ordering takeout, and it was a bit chaotic. It took us about 20 minutes to ask for water, which we'd run out of, obviously, we couldn't eat in the meantime. Another slightly unpleasant thing happened: the place closes at 11:30 PM, and at 11 PM they started taking the garbage out to the gate, which is close to the tables, so it smelled bad... we ran out. I understand everything, but the place should have stayed open for another half hour... that doesn't seem very fair to me. As for the wait for pizzas, as other reviews say, we didn't have many problems, and the dining room was busy. Perhaps when it's very busy and there are many takeout pizzas, things get more chaotic. In any case, it's a good pizzeria despite the disorganization.

22/11/2025: Finding myself in the unpleasant situation of leaving this review is never nice, but this time I have to. On a Friday evening (quiet, with no events or games), I ordered four pizzas and four fried foods at 7:30 PM. They gave me a time slot of 9:00 PM/9:30 PM, which means (I know because I've ordered before) that the pizzas would arrive at 9:30 PM or later. The pizzeria called me to tell me that due to the rain, the delivery would be delayed by about a quarter of an hour from 9:30 PM. A silly excuse, because the rain has nothing to do with when you bake the pizzas (it doesn't rain inside the oven), at most it might affect the poor guy who delivers them to me. At 9:50, I called, complained, and discovered that they had just made the pizzas. I complained firmly and resolutely. Now, a good restaurant, to apologize for the poor impression, would surely have at least put a Coke (which, de facto, costs them nothing) or offered a discount, or even fried food. It would have been a welcome gesture. Nothing here. Nothing, zero, just my apologies on the phone. Result: we eat at 10:15, and one of the pizzas was also the wrong one, and obviously cold. Exceptional pizzas, no complaints there, but after years I'll never order again because being treated like that isn't pleasant.

14/12/2025: We ordered pizzas and fried foods for both celiacs and non-celiacs. Everything was good, including the price and service. I highly recommend it...

12/10/2025: First time visiting this place. We booked a table on a Saturday night, which was actually waiting for us outside, but alas, ours and the ones next to it weren't ready yet: leftover food, breadcrumbs and ashtrays on the tables, and more. Since no one came to take my order, I got up and went into the nice restaurant where there were many people waiting for takeout pizzas. I asked to order, and they accepted my order. After about 30 minutes, the two pizzas arrived, already sliced, and brought not on plates but in large plastic containers. Why plastic? Wouldn't plates or the usual cardboard boxes be better? Could we avoid plastic to be better for the planet? Anyway, as I said, we waited a long time for our table, with so many people waiting and delivery drivers, for a barely adequate pizza. The prices were reasonable for the poor service, the lack of plates, cutlery, and glassware. I won't be going to this place again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

13/03/2026: A very spacious place for dinner with friends and family. The meat quality is average, nothing exceptional, but the portions are generous. The service is quick and accurate. The prices are also average. Without high expectations, you'll have a good time and the food is decent.

28/12/2025: Where to begin? We enter and only after they've seated us are they informed us that we can't order pizza even though it was on the menu they brought us. We order meat for two people, and we get a portion that one person barely eats, but the worst thing is that the meat arrives first, with no drinks or appetizer. When I ask the waiters about it, they don't seem to work there, and no one knows anything. To top it all off, the drinks arrive after we've already finished our meal, and even the appetizer arrives as if it were dessert. In the end, the bill was steep, but that wouldn't have been a problem if only they'd treated us well, but the service was so terrible that I didn't even have time to realize I was eating. The waiter was very nice and tried to make up for it, but unfortunately, chaos reigned supreme.

14/12/2025: An experience to forget. Five of us were seated at a table for four, and to get cutlery, a placemat, and the rest of the essentials, we had to ask. After ordering, scarparielli arrived without bread or cheese: we asked for them several times, five times, to no avail. Only on the sixth request were we brought four slices of bread for five diners, and still without the cheese. To get extra napkins, we were forced to get them ourselves, otherwise they would never have arrived. The place wasn't crowded: three waiters for five tables. Despite this, the service was terrible. Disappointing in every way.
