I work in the industry and I've noticed great organization, lots of smiles, and conversation among colleagues and for us customers! CONGRATULATIONS! THE KITCHEN IS OPEN (which not everyone does), and I have to compliment the chef on the dishes he brings out—FABULOUS! Then they offer samples of their EXQUISITE dishes. I ordered truffle frittata and pasta with oxtail sauce… DELICIOUS! Thank you for this Roman culinary experience. It was a 30-minute walk from my hotel, but it was worth it!!! I'll definitely be back! 19/04/2026: I have to say the quality of the fish is top, you can immediately tell that the fish is all fresh.. shame about the service, the waitresses were really rude. We were about to finish our bottle of wine and they even came to ask if they could take away the glasses, to make us understand that they were about to close. Too bad it wasn't even 11pm yet and they told us that closing time is 11:30pm. They were really rude and disrespectful, they made us understand that we had to leave at all costs, especially by staring at us.. shame because the food was really good but I won't be back. You should be ashamed WAITER

12/10/2025: First time visiting this place. We booked a table on a Saturday night, which was actually waiting for us outside, but alas, ours and the ones next to it weren't ready yet: leftover food, breadcrumbs and ashtrays on the tables, and more. Since no one came to take my order, I got up and went into the nice restaurant where there were many people waiting for takeout pizzas. I asked to order, and they accepted my order. After about 30 minutes, the two pizzas arrived, already sliced, and brought not on plates but in large plastic containers. Why plastic? Wouldn't plates or the usual cardboard boxes be better? Could we avoid plastic to be better for the planet? Anyway, as I said, we waited a long time for our table, with so many people waiting and delivery drivers, for a barely adequate pizza. The prices were reasonable for the poor service, the lack of plates, cutlery, and glassware. I won't be going to this place again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
