Each dish is carefully presented. ​The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a family evening. The staff is exquisitely kind, attentive, and never intrusive.

19/11/2025: I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that takes such great care of every detail as Ristorante Gasbarri. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Gasbarri, the owner, who escorted us to our table. He's a truly delightful person who, in addition to making us feel at home right away, also shared many anecdotes about Castel San Pietro Romano, a charming village with breathtaking views and a remarkable history! The food is truly high-quality, with a focus on traditional cuisine and a truly refined wine selection. All this was accompanied by soft background music that transformed an excellent lunch into an unforgettable one! Congratulations, Mr. Gasbarri, it was an experience that touched our hearts and palates...we'll see you again soon!

08/12/2025: Good food, but going on a public holiday (December 8th) wasn't a good idea; lots of customers, lots of chaos. Try again on a quieter day!

07/12/2025: Good food, friendly service, and a set menu at an unbeatable price, from appetizers to dessert, plus coffee and after-dinner drinks. I highly recommend it.
