07/04/2026: Easter Monday rushed, Formula 1 style. 6 adult menus and 6 children's menus. The plating was improvised. The wild boar fettuccine was all broken or clumps together, placed on the plate without any attention. The appetizer was neither good nor bad. The rib-eye steak was overcooked even though we'd asked for it to be medium rare...all served quickly. We sat down at around 1:00 PM and by 2:15 PM we were finished (dessert included). The complex has great potential, although the outdoor spaces could use some more attention. Horse manure everywhere, dirty chairs...what a shame.

21/12/2025: A small bakery in Castel San Pietro Romano. The bakery is small but well-stocked. The bread and pizza are excellent. Recommended by the lady at the counter, we ordered the giglietti, delicious local biscuits.
01/11/2025: I just bought some ciambelle e gigli cookies. They're excellent, but it's a shame that one of the two ladies has the courtesy to use gloves when handling the money, while the other doesn't. I emphasize that this is no small detail, because money is dirty not only in a moral sense, but in a real sense, and to think that they're buying cookies for children is sobering. The flavor is very good, but I can no longer say they're clean. And if this is done in front of your eyes, what can you do behind your back? Obviously, I paid.
