11/05/2025: We went to this place for the first time yesterday, arriving on the lake by motorbike, we saw this place and... inspired we entered.
We love lake fish dishes and this is one of the best places we have eaten.... I took tagliolini with the scent of the lake, wonderful... fabulous fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, excellent river prawns... Sublime trout skewers... The homemade Tiramisu... it was truly homemade and it was world class... fantastic atmosphere and very kind staff.
Beautiful view of the lake.
The bill?..... Right!...in line with the quality of the dishes.
In short, lucky to have found a place like this (there are fewer and fewer)..... Excellent restaurant..... Highly recommended.... we will definitely be back.

20/04/2025: During our trip in Puglia, we had the pleasure of dining at Il Grifone, a true hidden gem that offers an authentic Italian experience. From the moment we stepped in, we felt the warmth of a family-run place where passion and tradition are at the heart of everything.
We started with their homemade Arancini – crispy on the outside, perfectly creamy on the inside – the kind that instantly tells you it’s made with love. Then came the pizzas: the spicy Vesuvio, bursting with bold flavors; the mortadella and stracciatella combo, rich and indulgent; and the bresaola pizza, a delicate balance of savory and fresh. Each dough was light and airy, with just the right crunch – clearly made in-house and with care.
What sets Il Grifone apart is the soul they put into every dish. All ingredients are homemade or locally sourced, and you can taste the difference in every bite. 25/08/2024: A very pleasant trip to Lake Salto with an equally pleasant lunch in this restaurant where we were welcomed by a family atmosphere and excellent food. Truly compliments. We had a great time. For tripe lovers...it was super!!!!

02/04/2025: Sono stata varie volte in questo Ristorante splendido.
La vista è incantevole e il personale gentile disponibile che rende l'esperienza veramente piacevole.
Domenica sono tornata dopo un po di mesi che mancavo e con mia sorpresa ho trovato dei piatti di terra sul menù!
Ho provato dei ravioli fatti in casa meravigliosi che mi hanno ricordato tanto quelli che faceva la mia adorata nonna con la ricotta di quei luoghi, e un brasato con patate e agretti davvero buonissimi.
Tutto cotto alla perfezione, materie prime locali freschissime.
Per concludere Coppa di fragole.
Per me la Terrazza è sra consigliato sia pe menu di pesce per cui ormai è un punto di riferimento ma ormai anche per i piatti di terra!! Domenica ne è stata la riconferma !

L’inserimento della carne nel menù abbiamo fatto due menù pesce e due carne entrambi fantastici
(Non avevamo dubbi)
Ho provato l’antipasto pancia di maiale cotta per tante ore a bassa temperatura accompagnata con una salsa a base di maionese e verza rossa con cipolla e scalogno top
Fettuccine ai funghi porcini ottimi e un gran brasato il tutto cotto perfettamente, grandi materie prime . Quindi ora abbiamo la doppia scelta carne e pesce

05/11/2024: Ambiente spartano, ma la vista del lago fa la differenza. Antipasto ottimo con delle lumache super, primi abbondanti, ma con delle spezie non a tutti gradite. L'arrosto misto con arrosticini riscaldati e non cotti al momento che hanno un po deluso le aspettative.
08/09/2024: Scendi dalla moto e ti accoglie profumo. vista lago e scelta musicale. La pasta di loro produzione ha una consistenza "ciccosa" fenomenale. Sapori semplici e puliti di qualità. Scelta e qualità della carne ottima, che ti accoglie nel frigo a vista assieme al fuoco vivo della brace. Rustico e wild il capannone...ma questa è non un difetto ma un pregio.
