06/09/2025: Great soul food. The liver & coratella great flavor. The zugo in each plate was different rich and tasty. Not to mention the pastas. We got ravioli cacio e peppwr and tagliolini alla crema di tartufo, delicious 😋
01/09/2025: Excellent food, typical family-run restaurant. Strategic location near the highway exit. Excellent service, certainly not that of a grand hotel...but courteous. I recommend it.

30/08/2025: A very beautiful and welcoming place, three stars is a bit too much considering what you'll find in Italy. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Our room was delivered an hour early. The rooms were clean, the bathroom and bedroom (very beautiful and welcoming) were tidy, and nothing was missing (even disposable slippers, something I've never seen in many other horrible three-star properties). The grounds are beautiful, with a garden and pool. The restaurant (beautiful both inside and out) offers excellent food, and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh, unpackaged products; perhaps the savory options could be improved. Ample parking is available on site. I will definitely return.

Excellent music selection, carefully prepared and presented dishes, friendly and welcoming staff. We had a wonderful time!
10/08/2025: Extremely promising restaurant, with a few things that could be improved. The passion is there, and so is the location; the courtyard is extremely charming. There's also a certain flair in the kitchen, although the menu has some things that aren't entirely convincing. The prices are a bit high. I'd also recommend improving the wine selection, both in terms of selection and service.

26/03/2025: Miglior Bar del Reatino. Personale disponibile, accogliente e qualificato, vasta gamma di prodotti e servizi disponibili, difatti, "bar" è riduttivo per questa struttura.
Tramezzini con ingredienti sempre freschi e aperitivi completi a prezzi veramente mai visti.
Facile accesso sia al locale che ai servizi anche per persone con disabilità.

Il ristorante nell'arredamento è semplice e di buon gusto.
Il cibo è ottimo, con un altrettanto ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.

29/06/2025: Agriturismo vero, in cui si mangia molto bene, buon prezzo qualità, vini fatti da loro molto buoni, bella location anche x cerimonie. Personale cortese, nel complesso una bella struttura. Unica pecca ...... i locali non sono ben condizionati, ma si può migliorare.

12/05/2025: We came here on a Monday lunchtime so it was very quiet. When you arrive, you think this place is closed. Don’t give up. It’s OPEN. When we came, a car was parked to block the main entrance. This restaurant is a part of a hotel.
The food was brilliant throughout. Pasta with asparagus and speck was very simple and tasty. No fat, no butter. Very light but great depth with good brode. Steak on the bone is spotless. Crispy fat was really sweet. Good quality meat. The lunch was very good and reasonable.

14/08/2025: 100% spartan, it's more than unexpected, it's a surreal location. Assuming you've easily located the entrance, you'll feel like you've crossed the threshold of another dimension. Twenty-somethings and up won't understand and will be disgusted, but true fifty-somethings will appreciate it, finding themselves catapulted into a bygone era that no longer exists. Run by just two people, a cook and a handyman, both owners, you sit at the table and the magic begins; so-called local ingredients, mostly produced by them. Exquisite food, masterfully cooked; unique flavors closely tied to their territory. Fast and impeccable service. Anti-crisis prices. Well done 👏

04/07/2025: On 28/6/2025 we had lunch at your restaurant with a group of versus (tourist Maria). We paid with a Pireus Bank card and you claimed that it did not take the amount of 20.1 euros so we contacted the card again. However, we saw that the bank had kept this amount twice. I do not know if it was done intentionally or by mistake, but we feel cheated.

22/08/2024: Ristorante dell’omonimo hotel 4 stelle. Ambiente curato, servizio cortese, menù tipico locale con rivisitazioni in chiave contemporanea. Cibo buono ma dai sapori un po’ troppo decisi, per i miei gusti. Prezzi nella media.

23/09/2024: Consigliato da amici, siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura una domenica si settembre. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato in anticipo degustazione più pranzo. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato un giovane ragazzo che timidamente ci ha indicato come e dove parcheggiare l'auto: bravo! Posto molto bello e suggestivo, immerso nel silenzio dei colli sabini. Giornata fortunata perché c'è Slow Is Better: quindi degustazione e soprattutto Concerto acustico! Assaggio di specialità come formaggi locali, yogurt e miele con possibilità di acquisto. Pranzo che prevede la somministrazione di specialità della casa. Dolci a parte e non compresi nel prezzo pagato ma che la padrona di casa, signora Patrizia, complice la figlia Germana, ci offre gratuitamente. Complimenti ancora per un gesto di assoluta cortesia e che ci ha fatto concludere questa felice esperienza! Bravi!

23/06/2024: Location molto semplice ed essenziale, personale di servizio efficiente ed educato, menù abbastanza limitato ma ben fatto e porzioni abbondanti.
Gnocchi al castrato buonissimi, parmigiana di melanzane ottima, polpette fritte, supplì e frittelle di fiori di zucca eccezionali.
Un grande neo è il vino della casa , noi abbiamo preso 1/4 di rosso, purtroppo IMBEVIBILE.
23/06/2024: 5 persone, 3 antipasti COLLE ELMO, 1 primo, 4 tagliate, 1,5 lt di vino, 1 acqua, 2 coca cola in lattina, 3 contorni totale 140 euro.
Abbiamo cenato all aperto, era bello fresco, personale gentile, servizio un po lento, tutto sommato nella media, antipasto Abbondante, primo buono, tagliate (ai ferri e non alla brace) buone...

28/10/2023: Abbiamo solo pernottato una camera tripla piccola, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare nn c'è personale, nn ci sono servizi nn puoi prendere neanche una bottiglia d'acqua.... molto trascurato.... peccato gestito bene poteva essere una bella realtà.....
