27/10/2025: A surprise I'd like to be a surprise even for those who are going there for the first time. Reservations are highly recommended. If you're sophisticated, forget it. If you're on a diet, forget it. Mrs. Viola is a true sweetheart 💕, as are her daughter and husband in the kitchen. I'll be back.

12/11/2025: Very nice place... a corner on Lake Turano... truly awful food... good Italian appetizer... steak sold for 400g, an overcooked shoe sole ordered rare... tagliolini with river shrimp, pasta with pachini... 70 euros total which would be fair with adequate food. The location alone is worth it....

12/10/2025: This is a lovely place on top of the hill with an amazing view and excellent food. It has an inside and outside seating space. Unfortunately, we were seating inside because we didn’t book in advance. I think the staff forgot about us for a while because it was very busy. But they were very apologetic and friendly. My suggestion is to book in advance, especially on weekends. Also perfect for a romantic sunset aperitivo!

09/10/2025: A pearl on the lake: simplicity and authentic flavor We discovered this lakeside inn almost by chance, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The view is breathtaking, perfect for a relaxing lunch or a sunset dinner. The dishes are simple, authentic, and prepared with the freshest ingredients. You can sense the attention to quality and respect for tradition, without unnecessary frills. Each dish tastes "homemade," but with that extra touch that wins you over. The pasta made with water and flour is flavorful and spicy just right. The staff is courteous and welcoming, the atmosphere warm and familiar. A place where you immediately feel at ease.

03/11/2025: We ate at this very intimate restaurant, which is also special because its "home restaurant" nature makes everything more informal and exclusive at the same time. For starters, we opted for an egg with truffle and a scamorza, arugula, walnuts, and honey dish—really good! We continued with two portions of tonnarelli alla gricia with truffle, which were our favorite dish, because they were light yet tasty! Definitely recommended! We paired everything with Nebbiolo, which was perfect with the truffle! We finished with homemade tozzetti and passito, and an excellent tiramisu! The food was extraordinary, even for its quality and price. The only small complaint is the service, which perhaps could be a little more attentive at the tables.

16/11/2025: Once upon a time there was a family-run trattoria, a simple menu but with the flavors of the past... now there is so much, so much to do to become like that!

10/11/2025: Very limited menu, trattoria-like atmosphere, generous portions of food, but only adequate in quality and flavor. The only thing that lowers the review to one star is the excessively high price for these dishes. Really, way too high. In my humble opinion, you should spend 25% less.
