31/08/2023: During a business trip, we happened to pass by this restaurant with colleagues. Antonio, the owner and chef, is an exquisite and fantastic person! He welcomed us with great care and satisfied our requests. Exquisite, local food as per the manual. We tasted the flagship dish, the cacio e pepe, unrivaled! Congratulations to Antonio and his family! Highly recommended!!!

15/08/2023: €30 for mid-August (and I also want to pay €100) could be ok for the holidays but for a menu like this..... I come in at 1pm to leave at 3.40pm Starter three slices of bread and (5g per slice) a slice of capocollo, a slice of bacon, a slice of eurospin mortadella, 10g of pecorino, a 15g cherry mozzarella 5 olives in brine 1 bruschetta with unseasoned tomato, 1 ladle of beans all'uccelletto, a ladle of stewed beans. After 40 minutes The first first course that I didn't eat because of my tastes, After another 40 minutes the second first meat cannelloni desolately empty. After another 40 minutes a plate with a piece of chicken, a piece of lamb and a luganica sausage from the supermarket and a spoonful of peeled potatoes soaked in broth at the same time After another 40 minutes last but not least (as written on the menu) a melted sorbet with more alcohol than ice cream..... Being full does not mean having eaten good food, if I have eaten everything it is only out of politeness, satiety comes from the two and a half hours of waiting for the food and the liter of water drunk.

03/05/2025: Dopo quasi 2 anni torno a scrivere su Tripadvisor e lo faccio per un motivo validissimo: il Seminario. Eravamo stati al mercato settimanale di Sezze e volevamo cercare un posto per un pasto veloce. Lette le recensioni, abbiamo scelto il Seminario. Scelta azzeccatissima: ristorante a conduzione familiare, cordialità da parte dei proprietari nonostante non fosse prestissimo...... Eravamo in 3 e abbiamo preso due primi e un secondo. I primi entrambi buonissimi, ma il top è stata la tagliata scelta da nostra figlia. Da fare i complimenti alla cuoca, che mi sembra di aver capito che sia la madre del proprietario. Anche i contorni hanno rispettato le attese, con una menzione particolare con il carciofo alla Romana che era una squisitezza. Abbiamo terminato con creme caramel e millefoglie. So che mi sto ripetendo, ma secondo me ne vale la pena: fare qualche km in più ma mangiare bene, con porzioni abbondanti e prezzi onesti per quello che viene offerto. Bravissimi.....

06/08/2023: The environment is not very refined but it is still beautiful and typical of the place. The place was not crowded and the pizza arrived quickly so we were happy with the service. As for the pizza, I ordered the typical pizza that bears the name of the place which also has the edge filled with ricotta. I found it really very good 🤤💚

08/05/2024: Restaurant with excellent local Italian cuisine, the rooms are comfortable and clean. They also offer the possibility of wakeboarding.

22/07/2024: The food is good but I didn't like the owner's attitude... too familiar as if he had known me for who knows how long! It's fine that working at the bar involves contact with the public, but there is a limit to everything! So I don't think I will go back

19/04/2025: The coffee is terrible, besides being very expensive for the size they sell and the sandwich is super dry and without any flavor!

16/10/2024: What can I say!!! If you want to drink well and taste specialties, this is the right place. Daniele is an impeccable host, who loves what he does and all his passion can be seen in what he offers.

24/06/2024: Recensione per il solo bar , sporco , mal gestito, prezzi da capogiro (una brioche al gotnetto, cappuccino e bottiglietta di acqua 3, 90 e nessuno scontrino) . Per essre un bar di passaggio in zona di campagna , uno stop per gonzi (e io lo sono stato) e ludopatici. Evitate
