07/01/2026: I've been going to this pizzeria practically since I was born. It goes without saying that the pizza they serve is sublime; every time I go, it's like a return to my childhood. My favorite pizza is salami and sliced cheese, and I recommend it to everyone. The caveat is that they only serve red pizza, which can be topped with a variety of ingredients. Angelo's friendliness alone is worth the trip; it brightens up your day, as is his friendly and helpful service. The place is typical of Sora; you can really feel the tradition, and it serves traditional Sora pizza that's always piping hot. I highly recommend it.

03/12/2025: I've been to Caffè Esedra in Sora more than once, mostly for breakfast or a break during a stroll along Corso Volsci. Every time I go, I find that pleasant, uncluttered feeling of normality, which is sometimes exactly what I'm looking for.
The coffee is good, the cappuccino is often really well-made, and the croissants are fresh and tasty. The staff, at least in my experience, has always been kind and welcoming: they greet you naturally, without being overbearing, and this makes the place feel calm and familiar.
The location is one of its strong points: being right on the Corso, it's perfect for stopping for a moment, resting, or people-watching. I've also had a few aperitivos there and found it simple but pleasant.
To be honest, the atmosphere isn't always the liveliest: sometimes upon entering, I've felt the atmosphere is a bit dull, as some online reviews also point out. There are also small maintenance details that could use some attention, especially in the outdoor areas.
Overall, however, Caffè Esedra remains an honest place for me, where I know what to expect: good coffee, friendly service, and a hassle-free break in the city center. A simple, genuine café that gets the job done without trying to impress.

07/09/2025: Top pizzeria! Think twice about ordering a whole pizza. It was only years of practise and a deep desire not to look soft that got me through the whole thing. Lovely people, very popular with the locals which has to mean a lot here!
22/08/2025: I've been going to Pizzeria IZZI for 15 years now, and the pizza is always better! Nadia, the daughter of the legendary Agostino, is now in charge. Even though she's retired, she can't stay away from her beloved pizzeria! Alessandro, at the counter, is the new added value! Always kind and polite to everyone! The menu is varied, the dough is light, and the ingredients are quality! Highly recommended!

The food, delivered to the table, expertly cooked by the chef,,, and finally, the friendliness of the owner.... A place to recommend and, obviously, to visit in any situation where quality is required.

04/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance after a lovely hike in the mountains above Sora. We were greeted by a scent that wafted all the way down the street, and by the exquisite taste of the young sales assistant who, with care and passion, guided us through a delectable array of delicacies. The tasting confirmed what our eyes and instinct had already discerned!! Splendid, fresh products, flavors that are rare to find.
We'll be back soon!!! Bravo!
18/09/2025: I loved the traditional anise bread; it costs €1.30 for a small one. And today I tried a small pie with authentic, homemade apricot jam. Nicoleta is very kind and helpful. If you have room in your suitcase, there are also souvenirs to take home.

05/11/2025: Finally, a place that offers a unique alternative to the usual flavors! Here you can taste excellent cocktails and other top-quality products, prepared with care and attention to detail. The young man who served me was very kind and, what's more, a native American speaker, an added bonus for those who want to chat in English. Highly recommended, even for tourists!

29/10/2025: Alas, 1 bottle of wine, a briganti appetizer and a tagliatelle with porcini and cardoncelli mushrooms, which were pitiful. The mushrooms were taken out of the freezer and cooked so they tasted of frozen, not good. I never went back there again, then very expensive and grumpy.

12/10/2025: We arrived in Sora from Livorno and decided to try this place for the first time, having heard great things about it—and our expectations were not only confirmed, but exceeded!
From the very first moment, we were struck by the hospitality and courtesy of the entire staff, with a special mention for Michela, who truly pampered us and made us feel at home.
On Friday evening, we decided to try their meat—truly excellent—accompanied by crispy and tasty fried foods and an excellent local wine, all completely gluten-free! It's rare to find such quality and attention to detail for those, like us, with special dietary needs.
We were so won over that we returned a second evening with our family to try the pizza as well: both the classic and gluten-free versions were simply amazing, fragrant, easy to digest, and full of flavor.
What really made the difference, beyond the cuisine, was the warm and welcoming atmosphere and impeccable 5-star service.
Congratulations to the entire Granaio team: you are a guarantee of quality, passion, and authenticity. And thank you for the AIC gluten-free guarantee.
