A Beginning of Pleasure and Tradition The gastronomic journey began with a trio of appetizers that immediately prepared the palate: Beef Tartare: A preparation of hand-chopped beef, astonishingly fresh and with an enveloping flavor, which enhanced the quality of the raw material with a skillfully balanced seasoning.
