11/10/2025: Tagliatelle with mushrooms: good, but not quite 70g (€22) Puff pastry with chocolate chips: not bad, but too much cream (€10). 2 starters, 2 desserts, 1 water, €74.... I wish it were a real trattoria. It pretends to be something special, but it's expensive, and the starters are nothing special.

03/11/2025: We've eaten Brustolà several times at the historic "La Villa" in San Quirico di Valdagno, and we wanted to try this second restaurant owned by the Orsato family. Brustolà, a focaccia made with a dough they invented, is served with a variety of top-quality ingredients to create exceptional dishes, with wonderful and truly interesting pairings. The Brustolà Tour is a great option, allowing you to sample multiple variations. The beer is excellent, especially the red one. The service is fast and compatible with the busy schedule and the restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and the place is very nice and clean. Prices are in line with the quality of the product. Reservations are recommended. Well done!

26/10/2025: We stopped for dinner and it was a lovely discovery. The pizza was excellent, and the menu offered something different than other places (you won't find the usual options here). It was generous and made with top-quality ingredients. The Cimbrian ice cream was also very good; I expected something more from the beer I chose.
