23/01/2025: I went for the second time last Sunday for lunch with my partner in this incredible restaurant...
And the whole world outside... To steal Vasco's words!
We wanted to continue with the second of the tasting menus proposed by Chef Giuliano, (I take the liberty of calling him by name because, despite being the head of a starred team, he is a really nice and helpful person). Unlike the first experience, where we were "kidnapped" by the spectacle of innovative and "crazy" dishes, even if they were VERY GOOD, this time we focused on the ingredients of the creations that were proposed to us... And we were really impressed by both the taste and the research that we discovered behind each course... All the staff, very young but at the same time truly professional, pampered us and accompanied us on this journey of tastes, flavours, colours, in a unique atmosphere that only in Aqua Crua we experience... The greeting from the Chef, surrounded by gods sweet colorful parrots, guided us to the end of this kaleidoscopic lunch.. We can't wait to return with the third stage!! 02/01/2025: Refined restaurant, with pop furnishing accessories that create a refined and particular environment. High expectations on the food, given the Michelin star, totally satisfied. The level of service is not to be taken for granted (excellent!), guys attentive to every detail and need. Also interesting was the open kitchen which showed the team at work, super organized and in harmony.

09/12/2024: Cozy place. Interesting culinary offerings. Some very interesting. Excellent choice of wines. The owner and staff are very friendly, approachable and courteous. One of the places where you immediately feel at ease, which deserves a stop. Too bad we don't have it close to home. I have a company that would appreciate it very much.

23/11/2024: I went to dinner last night with friends, which was special starting from the welcome bruschetta and the pappardelle with wild boar.
The flavors conveyed by the goulash accompanied by polenta and vegetables cannot be described.
They pampered us all evening with care and kindness and at the end a rustic dessert!

26/01/2025: I spent New Year's Eve here. The price was very affordable: 50 euros for the kitchen menu and 40 for the pizza menu. Positive aspects: fast service, friendly staff, orchestra with room to dance. Negative aspects: environment not adequately valorised. It is a very large venue, which is used to make people dance, but the feeling of being in a warehouse remains. The idea of the orchestra is beautiful. All in all, I recommend it.

13/10/2024: Tutto perfetto, rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Da consigliare e da ritornare. Servizio ineccepibile. Da provare.
14/09/2024: Sui colli Berici si trova questa trattoria dall’ambiente elegante. Il menù rispecchia la tradizione con qualche elemento ricercato e innovativo. Nella nostra visita abbiamo iniziato con un discreto tagliere di salumi e formaggi; a seguire un buon risotto al tartufo il cui sapore era però scevro del sapore dello scorzone; per secondo la carne alla griglia che è stata tuttavia una delusione in quanto era piena di nervi e colma di sale. Il dolce, un semifreddo, è stato invece apprezzato. A conclusione evidenziamo che i prezzi sono leggermente sopra la media della zona.

18/09/2024: In questo posto si viene per stare al fresco nella bellissima terrazza e per mangiare dei piatti semplici della tradizione veneta fatti con cura. Tutto buono, prezzi in linea. Servizio veloce e attento. Vini locali buoni. Ci si torna !

09/09/2024: Pizzeria “storica”, aperta dagli anni ’80 e che sembra rimasta ferma a quell’epoca, sia nell’arredamento che nella pizza, che è quella sottile, friabile e molto farcita che andava di moda una volta. Dei sapori e un’atmosfera anche piacevolmente “vintage” sennonché il listino prezzi è stato ritoccato verso l’alto in modo francamente non consono al luogo. 2,30 € di coperto, 6,50 € una margherita e 6 € una coca media me li aspetto in altri locali, non qui. Mi spiace, ma per me depennata.

Vasto assortimento di panini e bruschette, molto buone tra l'altro, prezzi non altissimi.
Servizio un pochino lento.
