27/11/2025: A Sunday lunch with a fixed menu: three first courses, three second courses (including one of cured meats and cheese), sbrisolona, ​​grappa, water, wine, and coffee. No appetizers, bread, or cheese at the table. The service and staff were friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful and the food is good, with the option of seconds for some dishes. However, I encountered several communication difficulties and a misunderstanding, which fortunately was later resolved, which prevented me from fully enjoying the experience. At this time, I wouldn't return.

20/10/2025: Honestly, it used to be better. Table service was slow; the pizzas arrived before the drinks, and there was another long wait for dessert. Decent pizza. The children's play area isn't bad, but the kids seem to be out of control; it's unclear whether anyone is keeping an eye on them or their parents have to make do.

24/07/2025: Ambiente suggestivo, coniuga tradizione e lusso, unica pecca a mio avviso la troppa vicinanza tra i tavoli. Servizio di sala eccellente. Cibo di altissima qualità, veramente ottimo, bagnato da un vino del territorio favoloso, scelto non dalla "carta" dei vini ma dall'enciclopedia dei vini!!! Mai visto un documento tanto fornito. Un plauso all'amore e alla dedizione per il prodotto!

23/07/2025: I took my partner to celebrate his 32nd birthday, and what can I say? Wonderful location, excellent food, and impeccable service from the waiter. I can't say the same about the girl who didn't understand the only request we made at the end of the meal: to bring just one dessert different from the tasting menu and candles for the birthday boy to blow out. She did neither. Aside from the waitress's oversight and the practically empty place (a shame because it's worth a visit if you're in the area), everything else was magnificent. Recommended.

12/10/2025: I wasn't familiar with this place, but discovered it at a friend's wedding. Enchanting location, excellent food, impeccable service. A wonderful experience!

03/08/2025: Excellent Trattoria, a lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, exquisite first and second courses, homemade pasta, grilled meat and mixed side dishes, I recommend it.

06/09/2025: An absolutely fantastic bar, very relaxing, with a positive attitude. All the staff are friendly and open to a joke and a chat. Allesia, all the Alexs are fantastic. The owners, Stefano and Massimo, are also great guys. I'm Scottish and visited Colleferro briefly, the Garden Bar was my favorite place. If you're in Rome, ignore the Colosseum; the Garden Bar is the place to be.
