05/06/2026: Excellent pizza! We had two gluten-free pizzas, and they even added lactose-free mozzarella upon request :)) Really great, thank you so much for the wonderful offer.
The menu clearly lists the available toppings for a gluten-free pizza right on the first page. There's an extra charge of €2.50 for gluten-free pizza and €1 for lactose-free mozzarella.
The pizzas were very good.
My family also really enjoyed the regular calzone, tagliatelle with salmon, and the Pizza Salomone.

24/06/2026: I've been here several times, especially when I'm returning from vacation or travel. The trattoria is nestled in a picturesque and quite peaceful setting, despite being close to the highway. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the dishes are excellent and tasty. I recommend it for anyone looking for home-style cuisine just minutes from the Affi exit on the A22.

ALWAYS TOP NOTCH. If you want to eat the best pizza in the Verona area, go to LA STRAMBATA. Superb quality. Thank you, we had a great time.
11/04/2026: Dinner with friends, excellent service, helpful staff, disappointed with the food. I remembered the food being much better. The pizzas weren't the best; as far as cuisine goes, you can't write buffalo mozzarella and have regular mozzarella delivered.
Perhaps things have changed a bit since the management I remembered.

Fast service, friendly, and above all, smiling staff! The fish ragu was a delicious first course, and the loin for the second course was cooked to perfection. Congratulations! The Menabrea beer on tap was also excellent. Well done!

18/05/2026: There were 10 of us, and we were treated very quickly. My eggplant sauce was only slightly warm in the middle; it was then quickly reheated in the microwave and brought back, which wasn't well received. The other courses arrived immediately after the tables were cleared, leaving us less than five minutes without food. The food was okay, but nothing special.
The ambiance is very nice.
16/05/2026: Although it wasn't very busy, I felt very rushed... one aisle followed another, and then the bill arrived immediately.

21/06/2026: We spent a special honeymoon meal here and it was phenomenal all around - highly recommend! The meal started with a champagne menu, followed by an amuse bouche of 3 different tastes of the area. We chose the Oselata tasting menu with the wine pairings (from the property vineyard) and all plates were incredible - our favorites were the langoustine and lamb. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they treated us to a dessert trio to celebrate. Perfect place to enjoy a meal with a view of the vineyards!
18/06/2026: A complete disappointment with the restaurant, starting with the hostess who doesn’t speak English and couldn’t find our booking.
Instead of the veal tenderloin listed on the menu, the restaurant serves veal cheeks; the waiter insists that they’re the same thing. The bread isn’t fresh. There were long pauses between courses; it took over two hours for two dishes to be prepared and served.
You don’t feel like a welcome guest in this restaurant, and there is no warm atmosphere or hospitality.

30/05/2026: A very picturesque location in the Veronese hills overlooking Lake Garda. Very friendly and helpful staff, and high-quality ingredients. The view is breathtaking, with a beautiful glimpse of the lake. Highly recommended for banquets and special events. Everything was beautiful, congratulations!

They welcomed us right away with extreme kindness and professionalism, which is why we chose this wonderful location for our wedding on June 21, 2025.
An original location, excellent food, and exceptional service, with great attention to both the guests (even those with allergies) and the newlyweds.
Simone managed every detail perfectly, even managing to handle the approaching bad weather.
If I could do it again, I would 100% choose this wonderful place and all the services it provides.
We felt at home, with all the attention your wedding day deserves! 🤍

Wonderful place, excellent service.
Authentic Italian cuisine, very good Lugana, simply delicious.
