02/04/2024: Not knowing the area and having to have lunch we came across this place which delighted us with a menu of the day, not sophisticated, but prepared with care and dedication. The cleanliness of the place and the professionalism of the staff make the customer feel at the center of attention and deserves it. Thank you.

03/03/2024: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ half past. A place with simple and essential lines, it might seem a bit spartan at first, but the protagonists are actually the people and the pizzas. The management aims for quality products and you can feel it, the flours used are all semi-wholemeal while the dough can leaven for up to 70 hours. This makes the pizza light and digestible, I can confirm that. I took one with vegetables, particular because you use pumpkin, leek, potatoes and radicchio, instead of the usual courgettes, aubergines and peppers. My husband took one of the pizzas of the month of March, in his case the n.5 with Treviso porchetta, onion, scamorza and fried sage. The service is kind and helpful, the guys are fast and prepared. We arrived 10 minutes before the peak time and were served quickly, then the tables filled up and there was a bit more waiting but the staff really tried to please everyone as soon as possible...taking into account that there were several large tables, a wood-fired oven and two pizza chefs, I would say they did very well. We followed the pizzas with desserts. Point in favor, I appreciated that they were made by them, unfortunately, in my opinion, they needed a little more care. The pistachio semifreddo was a little too cold, it was difficult to break the part with the fork, while the pear cheesecake, although good, had a slightly moist bottom and did not mix well with the rest of the filling, continuing to crumble. I appreciated that there was some background music and not too loud. Sometimes in some places you can't talk due to too much volume. The small pre-dinner brought to the table together with the drinks was also appreciated, overall a good evening. Fair prices for what you eat.

30/03/2024: The permanent position is a guarantee, Stefano the owner is a meat lover and it is not surprising that the quality and cooking are excellent. My partner had Ligurian castraure which were also really good. Impeccable service. To try and try again and try again... I went back on Easter Eve and tried the black angus fiorentina steak in Scotland with my partner. I confirm that everything is exceptional!!!

02/04/2024: It's impossible to call it a restaurant, not even a trattoria...just one of the worst taverns. In many years I had never seen something like this. Very long waits for food and poor wine purchased at the dirty, neglected, macabre local INS, the bathroom full of piss on the floor and everywhere. Never again. Horror

04/02/2024: Abbiamo provato questa trattoria di campagna attratti da recensioni interessanti, arrivati al locale nella speranza di essere trattati bene ci siamo rimessi nelle mani del titolare lasciandoci consigliare da lui . L'impressione ricevuta è che se non sei conosciuto la fregatura sia dietro l'angolo , sia per qualità che prezzi , il servizio era palesemente riservato verso a clienti abituali . Poca trasparenza anche nei prezzi. Non merita assolutamente , la professionalità è un'altra cosa . Non torneremo mai più !

29/03/2024: I brought back to Marano Venice the remains of the two pizzas I had ordered for my parents. My parents got one out of two pizzas. I exposed everything to the managers and placed the remains (an entire pizza) on the counter. The pizza chef, manager and baker, addressing me with "master" several times and then "boss" told me that it can happen, but it has now happened too many times and too many times, my 81 and 88 year olds were left empty-handed . He made my pizza again and we said goodbye
