The food has also deteriorated significantly since the change in management—both in terms of quality and portions—compared to what it was in the past. 22/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times, and I have to say the quality is good—in fact, yesterday I had an exceptional risotto. The only dish not worth eating is the raw antipasto: the quality and quantity don't match the price. What a shame!

05/01/2026: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean place. We had lunch and the food was good. Service was quick. It's a shame we were at a table near the door, and I was cold because the door was constantly being opened due to the crowds.

28/09/2025: Although the food was excellent, the treatment by the head waiter was terrible. He was sullen, rude, and lacking in practical experience. I'd suggest a change of duties. As for the rest, someone else has taken over for him. If he's here, we won't be returning. He's a scary guy, and anyone who dines has the right to feel comfortable and not be intimidated.

28/09/2025: Truly an excellent restaurant in Cortellazzo. A very elegant establishment with excellent, friendly, and professional service. Dishes are carefully prepared with the freshest fish and top-quality ingredients.

26/10/2025: We went for lunch today. We ordered pizza, a hamburger, and a steak. The food was delicious, the hamburger meat was very good. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The pizza was really good! The service was very friendly. The place is also nice and well-maintained, and the bathroom is clean. The only downside was that we found a hair in my husband's meal. We reported it to the staff, and the meal was immediately replaced. I thought we'd get something credited to our account, a free dessert, or a free coffee. Unfortunately, no.

26/10/2025: Quiet evening, Saturday in late October, not crowded. The waiter was unsuitable; he forgot the order, and when we called him back after half an hour to at least get a drink, he became threatening, as if he'd received the worst insult imaginable. After an hour of waiting, we reordered because there was no sign of the first order. The waiter was once again rude, with manners unbecoming of his job. I credit my co-workers, who were serving the nearby tables, with better manners, traceable orders, and shorter wait times. Food: Mediocre pizza, terrible fried food, a nightmare. Terrible evening.

14/10/2025: The end of the season was clearly noticeable – the quality of the food was well below average. Pizza with fries: Fries undercooked and soggy. Carbonara: The "bacon" was pure fat and not even a bit crispy. Service seemed strained.

02/10/2025: The food is mediocre to good and of varying quality. The service tries to be friendly, but often seems fake and not heartfelt. A no-go is the €3 per person caperto, which is charged even for small children. Many neighboring restaurants don't charge this. I consider charging caperto to be outdated, even for Italy.

11/03/2026: I don't like to write bad reviews, but unfortunately the rooms in the hotel are not really recommended. It's clean, but you can see that the furniture is old and the rooms are not very large. If it's for a short stay, it's okay. Another problem is the small elevator. The restaurant is ok. The breakfast is decent. The location is excellent.

20/02/2026: School trip Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Simple rooms with brand-new bathrooms, clean and warm. Good food. We were there in February, and unfortunately, the Jesolo Lido was a bit deserted. However, they let us use the large, beautiful lobby so we could stay long after dinner and spend time with friends. Excellent experience. I recommend it, not just for trips.

20/01/2026: Excellent Venetian cuisine with consistently fresh, top-quality ingredients. I love the mashed potatoes with creamed cod, and the trio of raw fish that varies depending on what's available. Their Guazzetto is exquisite... and I must say they make the best fried fish in Jesolo. The price is fair for the ingredients, the service, and the location. The wine list is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. My favorite in Jesolo!

09/09/2025: It was a recommendation from our hotel. The service: more strained than attentive. Even with the older lady. Drinks were simply placed on the table in a completely unwelcoming manner; nothing was poured, not even opened, and the waitress was impatient and taciturn. She didn't answer any questions. She didn't respond to anything. The restaurant was rather empty. The food arrived very quickly, lacked any flair or excitement, and while the quality was acceptable, it was nothing special. Calemara, pizza, and spaghetti carbonara are better at Italian restaurants in Germany. I was disappointed. What a waste of our first evening. I won't be going there again. If you're going to consume calories, at least enjoy them! That combination wasn't possible there. 100 meters to the east: Packed house, only satisfied guests, great atmosphere!

11/08/2025: We are more than pleasantly surprised. Every year we spend a week in Jesolo. This year we changed hotels. And in retrospect, that was the best idea 🥰 Not only is the hotel ideally located, but we were treated very hospitably. The owners of the hotel were especially nice. We would like to highlight the nice lady at the reception who immediately made it possible for us to swap our initially too small room for a larger one. Everything was so uncomplicated, the service in the breakfast room was super friendly, the breakfast – good, of course it could be better, but totally acceptable for a 3-star hotel. It's worth mentioning how cute the breakfast terrace looked. You immediately feel like you're in bella Italy. Extending our stay for two days was also super easy, and we even got a deluxe room for the same price. That completely exceeded our expectations. You don't usually spend much time in your room, at least we didn't :) but having it was great, especially because it was simply above average in size with two balconies. In short, 🤣 a fantastic stay, and we'll definitely be back 😊 Thanks to everyone. The Jestl family
