The prices are a bit higher, but absolutely reasonable. A very nice restaurant frequented by many Italians.
The ambiance is lovely and pleasant, and the service is friendly!

07/06/2026: Excellent food, wine, and service - but really overpriced, especially since it's on the road with virtually no view of the squares, sea, or canals.
26/05/2026: While on a bike ride, my husband noticed this restaurant, so we went. We were greeted with a smile, a rare thing these days, even though we were dressed poorly—but clothes don't make the man. We ate the tasting menu, with fabulous spaghetti with anchovies and lemon, an excellent wine, a wonderful evening, perfect in every way. We'll be back.

24/07/2026: Authentic Italian cuisine. Today we had tagliatelle al prawni al lemon, perfect, followed by mussels in tomato sauce, incredibly delicious. The service is always very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The pizza is also excellent. We've been coming here every year for over 25 years, and we've already been twice this year.

10/05/2026: Superb hotel with a fantastic restaurant. The breakfast is excellent. The location is top-notch, very close to the ferry terminal for Venice. Highly recommended and I would gladly return.
05/05/2026: We had dinner here and it was the best fish platter I've had on the Adriatic coast so far. The prices were fair too. Thank you very much.

22/04/2026: I visited about ten days ago for lunch with my wife, and I must say the location is truly stunning, with a breathtaking view of the lagoon islands. We ate very well; the price is a bit high, but the breathtaking view makes up for it. The service was very attentive and quite meticulous, and the young man with glasses was very friendly... We'll definitely be back.

05/08/2026: We chose Enoteca Bistrot Ostregheta for an aperitivo, and overall, the experience was positive. The venue is modern, pleasant, and perfect for spending a few hours in good company.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. However, considering the venue's reputation as a wine bar, we would have expected more knowledge about the wines available by the glass, with a little more information about labels and pairings.
It's still a good place for an aperitivo, with a refined atmosphere and a pleasant selection. With a little more attention to the wine presentation, the experience could take a further leap forward.

10/08/2026: The gnocchi with tuna were good, but the portions were meant for a baby, not an adult. The dessert, tiramisu, was awful. I spent 40 euros for one person, and I wasn't even full. I wouldn't recommend eating there; you get ripped off terribly for what you get.
06/08/2026: The food was delicious, although we had to wait quite a long time for one dish, a pizza, and the staff was very unfriendly, which ruined the experience a lot.

03/06/2026: We had a pleasant stay on a Type C pitch during the June 2, 2026, long weekend.
The campsite is well-maintained, with shaded pitches, power, water, and drainage. Very clean restrooms. There's a well-stocked on-site market. The campsite also offers entertainment. There's a large playground with a soccer field and tennis court. The barbecue area was much appreciated. There's a free beach with a lifeguard.
03/06/2026: Very helpful reception staff!
I had problems with the charging cable for my electric car, and the staff/owner were very helpful, calling around to the charging station company so we could get the cable back! Thank you!

07/06/2026: How wonderful!!!! THE LEGENDARY CLUB SANDWICHES ARE BACK!!!! And not just one type!!! A new, authentic, simple menu, but with many options for a totally relaxing meal in a very refined, relaxing atmosphere, with extremely kind (and even more cheerful!) staff.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the price, absolutely excellent considering the location and service. (Club fare is around €12, and the same goes for salads and other cold dishes). We'll return every time we pass through Cavallino! Great job, guys ❤️👏🏻👏🏻

I recommend changing glasses!
You can't see a glass (water glass) full of scratches and limescale marks (whitish glass). You might consider changing them every 1-2 months!
