30/12/2025: Did I have to wear a shirt and tie to get into my reserved room? The gentleman at the front desk who worked the night shift needs a lesson in good manners!! Terrible customer service.

26/12/2025: Christmas Lunch: I'm giving it one star because, unfortunately, zero doesn't exist... otherwise, we'd be out of luck. It's inconceivable, first of all, that to get cheese to add to tortellini in broth, you have to ask the waiters. The same goes for water, wine, and toothpaste... and I almost forgot about the glasses, because in this place, it's assumed that if someone comes to drink the sorbet, they don't need extra glasses to take a sip of water. Then we get to the dishes which... beyond the presentation, tasteless and with unproposable combinations... it must be said, however, that the tortellini in broth were delicious... that's for sure... the only positive note, while a braised cheek that was braised only in name... then the poor quality desserts... (much better than the discount ones...) among other things presented on a single plate combined with mascarpone cream with only one teaspoon and without dessert plates, considering that there were 6 of us, speaking of wine... a bottle of prosecco worth around 8 euros... put at the "modest" price of 25 euros... We deeply regret the old management which was impeccable in everything, in fact after many years we still relied on the restaurant, but evidently several things have changed... in fact too many... A negative experience at best, not recommended. Don't be offended but this was our experience unfortunately.
