01/01/2025: Hi, I finally stopped at this place. What can I say, the 3 girls who run the place are good, friendly and well-prepared. There were 4 of us and they offered us some nice tasty cicchetti while we waited for the ordered dishes. A friend of mine and I took the Bavarian Florentine, cooked rare, really well made, hot even in the center and not dripping "blood" or even charred as has happened to me in other places that claim to be the kings of Florentine. Appreciated the fact that it was served scalloped on a hot cast iron plate and that the ceramic plate was also brought hot and not cold as often happens. Well made desserts and coffee. They also open for breakfast, I would say that if they make them the way they served the lattes, it will be a SAFE stop for anyone passing through the area. Beautiful environment in well-kept wood that conveys a warm feeling. Until we meet again

11/01/2025: Delicious cuisine, respect and veiled exaltation of almost all the ingredients. The potato gnocchi with wild boar and parsley are proof of this. I don't eat cooked spinach, when I saw that the gnocchi were green, I hoped they were green from the parsley otherwise I would have been disappointed. I tasted them, at the end of the meal I asked what the green was... I discovered that mountain spinach is good. The unrivaled cut, not so much because of the origin of the meat, but because it is the only place that if I say "rare" they do it rare. Hot flavored carpaccio, with top quality seasoning oil. So bloodless that you don't lose the red protein that we call "blood" (it's a protein, not blood). I give 4 stars only because when looking at the website the word "sommelier" is used a bit inappropriately. And this is also taught to the 2 young girls in the room. In front of the tables there is a support base. If I order a bottle you open it in front of me and then ask who is tasting it. I removed one star because this procedure was taught by the sommelier, who opens the bottle in a different place and tastes it privately. If the art of administration were like this, 2 years later and all the sommeliers would have died of liver cirrhosis. In addition to that, if the cheerful sommelier works an hour or an hour and a half after the two girls who manage the rooms, and you piss me off at the cash register because he isn't quick enough to give me the bill... I get annoyed. . Others in my place would have voted the service differently due to the fault of one person.

08/11/2024: Graduation dinner booked with à la carte menu and cake, it's a shame that they forgot about the latter and didn't take responsibility for it. They claimed that we had contacted one of their namesakes, which was absolutely not true (there is proof).... And then... The icing on the cake (which in fact wasn't there) they charged us 1.50 for the candle on the sweet ordered. I would say a real fall in style....

27/12/2024: This pastry shop is a real gem. All the products are handcrafted and you can really feel the quality! The staff is also always kind and welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Every visit is a pleasure, ideal for a breakfast or for a sweet moment during the day. Highly recommended!!

26/12/2024: We went for a hot chocolate with cream. So, in addition to not having agreed to our request to have a small-sized chocolate for the child, saying that they only serve it in a single-sized cup (leaving us a little stunned). The icing on the cake arrives with the chocolates with cream (served separately) already perceivable from the smell and already confirmed after a light tasting. We call the waitress, she takes it away and offers us to replace it, obviously we refuse, we drink the chocolate then the time comes for the bill and asking us for the receipt they tell us what the total to pay is without knowing if at least they have removed the cream from the bill, so we ask if the cream had been removed and he replies yes without apologizing and/or giving us explanations, which being a pastry shop I think is the minimum.

In my opinion it was no more than 19° and after a few minutes the food was cold! Then there is very little light on the tables. Please provide... I forgot: very good Benediktiner beer.

01/10/2024: in my case I didn't feel good at all it is not possible to have people dine at 10pm even if they arrived on time as per the reservation, perhaps an extra waiter or two was not bad given the very crowded evening, staff/owners who, despite having realized the considerable delay, did not have the slightest done nothing or apologize, on the contrary.... the dishes are worth it but in this case TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, more than anything due to the indifference of the owners, even the nearby tables asked us why they didn't bring us food. then I also understand that, once in a while it can happen, but wow, explain to people. one word doesn't hurt, don't pretend nothing happened
