27/12/2024: At Villa Liviangior in a dream setting, of superb refinement, surrounded by flowering gardens, in the most absolute quiet and with the view of the Euganean Hills, I enjoyed a Sicilian tuna tartare as an appetizer, then dip and accompanying sauce, a dish based on grilled octopus, lemon potatoes and salmoriglio sauce, tasting of own-produced chocolates and finally for dessert a gianduia chocolate mousse, everything was excellent, staff and service were impeccable and exquisite, total cost €66.50, fabulous, a must try!
22/12/2024: I had lunch yesterday in this beautiful restaurant and I must say that the food is truly excellent. The quality of the products and the passion of the chefs in this work are immediately noticeable. Being a vegetarian I asked for a menu that could suit me and they managed to satisfy me as best as possible.
Very well prepared dishes and well balanced flavours.
The precision of the girls (waitresses) in the room is meticulous.
The welcome aperitif (flûte) offered by them is very nice... it's not obvious.
CONGRATULATIONS indeed!!! I ate very well, thank you very much
When I'm passing through I will return with great pleasure.

06/01/2025: We had lunch in this tavern and were struck by the unique place and the slogan: I bring happiness to the table! Well, yes, it's true, the boy with the logo t-shirt brings smiles, friendliness and good food to the table, thanks to a cuisine that pays attention to the product and the result. Well done everyone! and thank you for making our day. If we happen to pass through Montegrotto again we will stop again!!!!
04/01/2025: It's my favorite host!!!! People, environment, food...a perfect combination 🤩not to mention the background music which I adore! I recommend a spritz as an aperitif because it's worth it! Then you're spoiled for choice between starters, first courses, second courses (fish and meat) and desserts... all exceptional!

01/01/2025: Siamo andati in questo ristorante per la cena dell'ultimo dell'anno.quando ho prenotato mi hanno detto che non ci sarebbe stato il cenone ma il normale menu è così é stato.abbiamo mangiato bene, con un ottimo servizio al giusto prezzo. Tornerò sicuramente
24/12/2024: After a day spent at the spa we went to the Cencio restaurant for dinner: pleasantly surprised by the excellent service combined with kindness and education on the part of the staff (rather rare these days). Excellent dishes presented with great care. Comfortable and welcoming environment. very quiet. Our compliments to all the staff

09/01/2025: Tartar made freshly by expert hands, excellent quality. Friendly and knowledgeable service and staff, excellent price. I expected higher costs given the quality. Absolutely worth trying. The pizza is also remarkable.
22/12/2024: After going there several times and tasting several dishes, I can confirm that I ate one of the best pizzas ever. Even when it cools down it is still soft which in other places would quickly become rubbery. The menu is refined with authentic flavours. They also make their own gin... lots of stuff!! The refined and not obvious desserts. Congratulations, keep going! 👏👏👏

30/12/2024: I dined for the company dinner. I hadn't been back for years and I must say that this new management is also valid. I really enjoyed the bigoli. Very generous portion and really good!!!
26/12/2024: Discovered by chance after being "pampered" at the Christmas dinner, Andrea welcomed us with simplicity making us feel like friends. The environment is rustic and finally after days of stay we tasted the true Venetian cuisine. Highly recommended for the bigoli (both with meat and vegetables), as well as for the finger-licking stew!! A special mention for the kindness of the grandfather-chef. The price of a real trattoria.

22/12/2024: I had the pleasure of staying in this place for a pre-Christmas lunch with friends. Nice, comfortable restaurant with a truly enviable view. As appetizers we had fried gnocco with mixed cured meats, pumpkin flan and carpaccio, and so far nothing special but I didn't have any expectations. For the first course I ordered gnocchi with court ragù which is an evergreen on the Euganean hills... to say terrifying is an understatement, completely overcooked, bland and with ragù that tasted fresh, something truly abominable. The only consolation (maybe, I'm still thinking about it) was the dessert, chocolate salami with coffee, the only things I really liked.
What can I say, I will never go back because unfortunately I didn't eat well.
Ps: thank you for making me nauseated for the rest of the afternoon.
23/11/2024: I honestly expected a lot more! The location is fantastic, even if the road to get there is really rough, very narrow and in some places with a steep slope.
We ate a pumpkin pie, a duck carpaccio, the cockerel with potatoes and some ravioli but nothing special, with a bill that was too salty in my opinion. Too bad...
