07/12/2025: The shrimp risotto was good but not exceptional. I expected it to have a few whole shrimp, but they were chopped and barely felt right in the mouth. Perhaps this expectation stems from the restaurant and the high-level staff. The "ripassato" (ripasso) of the risotto was a pleasant surprise; it needed a portion, not a dinner portion, but a set menu one. A tip: the risotto only comes in two portions, which is typical of a trattoria; restaurants serve single portions and half portions. Excellent value for money. Definitely worth trying.

25/11/2025: The appetizers were good (I sampled 5 entrees), the first course (risotto with gorgonzola, pear, shrimp, and caviar) had too many ingredients and the vortex was overwhelming, and the dessert (pineapple sorbet) was forgettable—it was just frozen pineapple juice. VERY POOR service: in addition to the endless wait for the courses (appetizers, first course, and dessert), we were seated in a room with 5 tables for a total of 21 people, a room that could have accommodated perhaps 15 people at most (to be optimistic). My seat was literally next to the table next to whose diners I had my back turned, and to whom I apologized on the way out for my definitely impolite posture (not my fault). Furthermore, I could hear everything they were saying. The service staff was also having trouble, literally handing people plates without even putting them down because they were in a tight spot. Do you want to talk about safety? Are we sure this place is legal and suitable for all the people it can accommodate? I was invited; I hope no one invites me to this restaurant again!!!

19/11/2025: Beautiful place, you feel like you're lost in a Parisian alleyway rather than in Pontevico. I went here for lunch and had the business lunch menu. Both the food and the ingredients were top-notch. The decor is very unique; I really liked the place with its eclectic style. The lunch price is very affordable, especially considering the high quality of the food.

02/02/2026: We ate well. I would have given the food a higher rating, but the service wasn't very nice. It really left us feeling disappointed. The waiter, tall, dark, rude, didn't want us to order a side dish at 9:45 because the kitchen closed at 10, and he kept asking us...I want to know what time it is! Buy a watch... Then we'll go pay. We'd like to pay. Answer: you have to pay! If he thought he was being nice, we're definitely not there. Another unpleasant note is the strong smell of food in the dining room, which lingers.

22/01/2026: Pizzeria run by a talented young team. Very good, cooked just right, not burned, and packed with fresh ingredients. Excellent. We ordered takeout, but you can eat in if you prefer. They have a few tables and can provide cutlery and drinks.

27/12/2025: After I ordered a very bad-tasting, obviously old, cut of steak, they offered to replace it, charging me for the second course as well. I strongly advise against it, not only for their attitude, but also for the quality.

11/11/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance. I recommend going after 1 pm. Excellent home-cooked food, delicious desserts, very friendly staff, and a well-kept and clean place.

12/10/2025: Sunday lunch with friends. A classic Euganean Hills restaurant, excellent service and food. I recommend the tartare on a bed of gorgonzola and pistachios and the bigoli with duck. Both dishes are delicious! The desserts are also very good and plentiful. The impeccable service helped make the experience a complete success.
