12/02/2025: Hi, there were two of us for lunch, a rustic place, kind and knowledgeable staff. I felt obliged to make this review not in a destructive but constructive way as it could also be useful to the managers of this place to improve the quality of the product offered to the customer. We had an appetizer with white polenta and porcini mushrooms, served on an earthenware terrine which we shared. Two first courses, one fusilli with farmyard ragout, very good but the dish was ruined because the pasta was too dente. Another first course cappelletti in broth with white truffle, if I hadn't seen the truffle I would have sworn that they had forgotten to put it in as there wasn't the faintest smell of truffle. I highly recommend that if it's not truffle season or you don't have fresh truffle, avoid offering this dish on the menu and charging €20. A good second grilled cockerel. Besides, a side dish of potatoes, wine, good service, high price compared to the quality offered. For fusilloni I confirm an excellent ragù but I think you should point out that they should be cooked very al dente, thus giving the possibility of changing the course, because you know well that they don't like pasta that is too firm.
