24/05/2026: Competent, kind and helpful staff like few others... The pizza with Neapolitan dough is highly recommended, but the one with whole wheat dough is also excellent!!

26/06/2026: We arrived at La Vela after driving for an hour on our way to Cortina. We we're greeted cheerfully when we walked in... happy to find a welcoming dining room. Our waitress recommended the specials of the day... calamari, sliced steak, and spaghetti with a tomato and olive ragu. Everything was fresh and delicious! We couldn't believe when we learned that La Vela provides 2000 lunches to the local businesses everyday! Incredible! Molto bene!
