09/08/2025: A mountain hut-style restaurant and pizzeria in Piani di Pezzè, at the foot of Mount Civetta (below Cima Coldai).
We stopped by during a family hike and, struck by the beautiful location and, above all, the courtesy of the staff, we decided to return for dinner with other families with children.
Everything was delicious, from the pizzas to the traditional dishes and the amazing desserts.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
The restaurant is beautiful and in a unique location.
07/08/2025: The staff were very friendly and the food was very good and varied, in a very beautiful setting. You can eat both inside and out, and it is open all year round.

25/08/2025: I wasn't thrilled at all, perhaps because when I read "stube," I expect something much more traditional, especially on the menu, which is decidedly touristy and poorly curated (photo provided). I would have preferred fewer dishes, but more typical/local. The shank they served me wasn't anything special; in fact, it was probably undercooked. The place is decent enough, but nothing more.
23/08/2025: A casual, local atmosphere, good-quality traditional dishes, and a pleasant surprise: the low bill. Try the craft beers.

13/08/2025: A pleasant surprise. A welcoming atmosphere, furnished entirely in rustic wood with great attention to detail and lighting. The menu is homemade and tasty. I had the fettuccine with venison sauce: the sauce was generous and delicious. The quality/price ratio was also good.
11/08/2025: We had dinner with friends. A unique place, with beautiful renovated wood interiors, spacious tables, and nooks and crannies here and there, allowing for conversation without the annoying din of some restaurants. And that's already a plus. Very good food, excellent venison lasagna, excellent Angus skewers. Excellent value. The only drawback is that it's not in a busy location...but perhaps that's also a plus! Recommended.

21/03/2025: Beautiful chalet on the slopes. We had lunch today and yesterday we enjoyed a delicious cake. The dishes served today were excellent and characteristic of the area. Kind people, wood-heated interior and large outdoor spaces.

19/02/2025: We had lunch in this cabin surrounded by nature and we were really satisfied. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a perfect mix between tradition and comfort. The staff is very kind and attentive, making us feel at home.
The food? Exceptional! Typical mountain dishes prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients. We tasted first and second courses, and every bite tasted of tradition and quality. The generous portions and authentic flavor won us over.
After the meal, we enjoyed the breathtaking view while sipping a good amaro. A perfect place for those who love the mountains and good food. We will definitely be back!

Mr. Bepi manages what is a true attraction of excellence in the Valley
The choice of wines and grappas is valid. The cuisine is limited to some accompanying foods but you don't come here to eat
Hats off, instead, for maintaining such a characteristic and important place for the area: to be rewarded!

07/07/2025: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, the staff is not very well trained.
06/07/2025: We stayed here as part of our mountain bike tour across the Alps and were very satisfied. We had two double rooms. One was newly renovated, which was fantastic. The second room wasn't renovated yet, but was very spacious with two rooms. It worked perfectly for us. The service was very attentive and helpful, even though we had to overcome our language barriers.
Dinner and the following breakfast were extensive and delicious.
I'll be going back!

08/08/2025: We were absolutely thrilled! The food – especially the pizza – was simply outstanding. Each of us tried a different version, and everyone agreed: great flavor, great crust, high-quality ingredients. The drinks were also delicious, and the wine was also impressive.
We'd especially like to highlight the service: very attentive, friendly, and even multilingual – that made the evening even more enjoyable.
A real highlight: There was a small concert taking place right next door, which perfectly rounded off the already great atmosphere.
If you're looking for good pizza in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back! 🍕🍷🎶

11/08/2024: Nei 10 giorni del mio soggiorno a Malga Ciapela, tutte le volte che mi è stato possibile, ho approfittato per prendere o un caffè o un gelato o della pasticceria nel bar dell’hotel alla posta poiché il ricordo che avevo della mia vacanza trascorsa qui con i miei genitori nel 1990 è molto positivo. I prodotti sono molto buoni ma sinceramente ho trovato ogni volta il personale non solo poco cordiale ma quasi scocciato nonostante mi fossi SEMPRE rivolta con garbo ed educazione cosa quando invece ho notato tutt’altro atteggiamento quando il cliente era del posto. Faccio fatica a comprendere questo atteggiamento. Che i miei soldi con cui ho pagato ogni volta siano diversi da quelli dei caprilesi?!
08/03/2024: Ristorante apparentemente elegante, pretenzioso nei prezzi e nel coperto (4€) ma quando ci hanno portato l’olio, su nostra richiesta, siamo rimasti stupiti dal fatto che ci presentassero una bottiglia da supermercato di olio di marca comune. Una caduta di stile piuttosto rilevante
Cibo nella media
Ci andavamo spesso prima del covid e ci siamo tornati con entusiasmo. Purtroppo siamo rimasti delusi, anche dai prezzi delle portate non proporzionato al contenuto del piatto ( ad esempio formaggio a pezzi, con 3 pezzettini di polenta alla griglia e funghi a 18€)
