Freshly prepared, high quality dishes with genuine, local ingredients.
Don't stop here If you are in a hurry because the quality of the dishes requires appropriate preparation times and the small kitchen does not allow everyone to be served in a few minutes.
I recommend this farmhouse if you have a nice free evening and a passion for genuine food!
01/04/2024: On the occasion of Easter, with a company of friends, I had lunch at this mountain hut. The new management offers starred restaurant dishes!!! Excellent, delicious, tastefully presented on white plates that enhance the composition! I ate really well and spent the right amount considering the holiday. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

16/03/2024: Ho provato a telefonare almeno 15 volte nell’arco della giornata per prenotare un tavolo e nessuno ha mai risposto. Durante la settimana il telefono è “irraggiungibile o inesistente”, e nel fine settimana, quando il locale dovrebbe essere aperto dalla mattina, nessuno risponde.
Forse sono oberati di lavoro o selezionano la clientela in base alle conoscenze…?

In addition to the wonderful view, the cuisine is refined, you can also perceive that the staff works out of passion... something rare to find lately!

05/04/2024: Well, having lunch on the terrace at Fabietto is always wonderful. Sympathy and simplicity. A cooking style based on perfect and carefully prepared foods, without ever falling into excess of imagination or ingredients.

Nice intimate and characteristic place.

20/01/2024: Very beautiful location surrounded by nature, it's a shame that January is a sad month from the point of view of flora but as soon as you enter you realize that the restaurant has been taken care of down to the smallest details.
We ate really well, homemade bread, excellent quality products.
The owner very friendly and helpful.
A mention for Roberto, sommelier and waiter, good, competent, friendly and attentive

14/05/2024: Nice hotel in an also very nice location, large rooms and good breakfast. We also ate à la carte in the evening and the burgers served were really good.
11/05/2024: Great view, lovely staff and lovely rooms. The restaurant serves very good dishes: local food revisited and the breakfast is delicious. We had a very good one night stay out of season (mid May) here

25/02/2024: You should definitely make an ice cream stop at Antonella and Pier and try the delicious, homemade ice cream!!! The small ice cream parlor is decorated with love and the ice cream is definitely the best ice cream in the area. We were there every day during our vacation and loved it every day!

09/03/2024: Dopo tanti anni ci torno e sono sempre soddisfatto. Piatti tipici con varianti che ne alzano il livello senza stravolge la ricetta originale, come aggiungere un sorbetto di cipolla rossa sopra ad una tartare di cervo assolutamente perfetta.
Personale molto professionale come non spesso trovo in locali blasonati. Bravi.
