25/04/2025: Beautiful recently renovated and welcoming place. The fried calzone, the Chianina burger and the thin and crunchy pizza are excellent; warm family environment and very friendly staff. The wood-burning oven is of excellent quality, clean and modern bathrooms. Not to be missed. We will return next time.

11/03/2025: In viaggio verso Orvieto ci siamo fermati per pranzo a Fabro viste la buone recensioni del locale- Dotato di un bel parcheggio. Abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi crostine e una buonissima grigliata di carne mista- Da consigliare
02/02/2025: ottima sosta anche se i tempi di attesa sono un po' lunghi
crostini cardi e freddi 7 euro
filetto al pepe verde OTTIMO 22 euro
tagliata ai funghi porcini BUONO 26 euro
conto totale 71 euro... buono per una sosta

23/05/2025: Dirty and smelly bathrooms, also to dry your hands you have to activate the dryer 8 times as it lasts 3 seconds flat. Since an ice cream costs 3.50 and a sandwich 10 euros you expect that at least the toilets are not latrines. Increase the staff.
20/05/2025: Useless and dirty place. Useless and very rude staff. Ask for information and they tell you to read the tag, which does not exist on the product I was about to buy. You have to stop playing with people's intelligence and patience. You need education, kindness and cordiality, especially when you sell junk at crazy prices. I would have you all closed down.

17/04/2025: Pessimo ambiente di sosta per qualsiasi pausa. Ci siamo fermati per una colazione italiana e abbiamo mangiato cibo di scarsa qualità e prezzi esorbitanti. Inammissibile
07/04/2025: Caffè pessimo e caro. Non mi vedranno mai più. I prezzi dovrebbero essere calmierati, invece sono sempre più salati, senza alcun motivo.
