11/11/2025: Average place, very slow service, waiters who didn't know what was for the first or second course. You'd order water and it would arrive after ten minutes.
An ideal place for those who want to stuff themselves.
The appetizers are good, it must be said, and there's a certain amount of attention to detail, especially with the cheeses. The first and second courses are completely average.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, the hype isn't justified.
The place is completely average, nothing special, but nothing good either. Definitely not worth traveling the miles from Rome or other cities.
09/11/2025: An unforgettable experience, a beautiful, well-kept, clean place where good food, friendliness, and kindness reign supreme. Excellent products, more than fair prices. Must try.

06/10/2025: Magnificent, a haven of peace in the heart of Puglia. My partner and I stayed for three days for a wedding. The staff and service were excellent; they were attentive to their guests' every need. The only two minor drawbacks: the road was passable with a WRC car, unfortunately there's nothing they can do about it, but it's worth it, and the shower, which was dilapidated.
Thanks again to Marco for his welcome.

17/10/2025: As soon as we entered this place, we immediately knew we were in the right place.
A cute and welcoming place, with a friendly and approachable owner and staff.
You can also try meats that are hard to find elsewhere.
When it came to dessert, we absolutely swooned over the ricotta cake, "similar to a cheesecake" baked in the oven.
The modest price makes it a pleasure to tip the staff ♥️

26/10/2025: Quiet and private location, rustic but welcoming structure, ideal for a relaxing weekend. The room is very welcoming, the staff are friendly and ready to help you make the most of your stay. From this location, you can easily reach interesting destinations such as Bevagna and Montefalco. The only downside is the shower, which is a bit small and noisy due to a small leak!

23/09/2025: A stunning relais, with a warm welcome, extremely friendly staff, and well-maintained facilities. The private spa is a truly relaxing place. We had a wonderful time, highly recommended.
05/08/2025: Reading some reviews, I'm sad to note some criticism of the location, but I'd argue the opposite... the property overlooks the Umbrian hills, within easy reach of the region's most characteristic places, such as Perugia (45 minutes), Spoleto (30 minutes), etc., given that the Umbrian landscape brings with it both remoteness and the view of the countryside, all to be enjoyed. As for the property, nothing to complain about... very beautiful.
OH... JUST FOR... the "disastrous" road is the ROAD OF SAGRANTINO... so it would be like criticizing the cobblestones of the Appian Way!!!

03/05/2025: Da 6 anni che mangio qui, questa è la prima volta che lo recensisco. Ma se lo meritano. Le materie prime sono eccellenti, la cucina è equilibrata, gustosa, ottima. Una cantina ben fornita, prezzi giusti. Ambiente curato e pulito, Elia e Giovanni sono davvero affabili e accoglienti. Ci torno ogni volta che sono in zona. Grazie
28/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante suggerito dall’ospite del B&B in cui alloggiavamo, un consiglio veramente utile, abbiamo mangiato benissimo.
Ho scelto un carciofo doppia cottura veramente sublime, così come tutti i piatti che abbiamo scelto.

14/05/2025: Nos alojamos cerca y probamos aquí debido a las buenas críticas. No es fácil de encontrar, está unido a un museo de algún tipo.
El servicio es agradable y claramente es un lugar local. Pero las pizzas estaban bien, un poco empapadas y las cortezas secas. Pedimos lados y nada era bueno desafortunadamente - la seta estaba nadando en aceite sin sabor. Las bolas de mozzarella estaban frías por dentro (el queso no estaba cocinado) , y la bruschetta pedida en el menú no coincidía con lo que se entregaba (pedido champiñón pero lo que parecía tomate seco enlatado fue entregado).
07/04/2025: Ci trovavamo a passare e abbiamo voluto provare la pizza. Locale rustico senza tante pretese con un menù classico del posto. Pizza buona e sottile con servizio veloce e simpatico.
