08/03/2026: We had dinner with family and friends... nothing special... but we expected it. The big disappointment was the pasta, overcooked... both courses. And then a second course... a mini porchetta sandwich, an olive oil sandwich... let's just say that overall I wouldn't go back. It was an experience given Mr. Giorgione's popularity, but there are definitely places where the food is much better.
16/02/2026: Very negative experience, waiters lazy and inattentive, having asked several times for bread and water... after we had almost finished the appetizer the bread arrived, the first courses were normal except for the waiter who slammed the tray on the table and to finish the second courses the guinea fowl and the other second course were cold, a shame because I had been there 2 years ago and it was really good.... I do not recommend it.

The food is very good, the selection is excellent, and you can even choose from specialty meat dishes.
Generous portions and great customer service.
The staff is very attentive but not intrusive.
We had a wonderful time.
We've been there twice already, but we'll definitely be back.
Highly recommended.

06/10/2025: Magnificent, a haven of peace in the heart of Puglia. My partner and I stayed for three days for a wedding. The staff and service were excellent; they were attentive to their guests' every need. The only two minor drawbacks: the road was passable with a WRC car, unfortunately there's nothing they can do about it, but it's worth it, and the shower, which was dilapidated.
Thanks again to Marco for his welcome.

26/10/2025: Quiet and private location, rustic but welcoming structure, ideal for a relaxing weekend. The room is very welcoming, the staff are friendly and ready to help you make the most of your stay. From this location, you can easily reach interesting destinations such as Bevagna and Montefalco. The only downside is the shower, which is a bit small and noisy due to a small leak!
08/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant nestled in the Umbrian hills. Stunning scenery. Excellent lunch. I'll definitely be back. Well done!

15/02/2026: 5 stars only because it's the best you can give.
Starting with Alessandro at the front desk, he's experienced, professional, and extremely attentive to both staff and service.
The room was spacious and bright. We tried the massages with Rama, who showed pure empathy and gentleness. The private spa is a gem, especially the relaxation room overlooking the garden. Discretion and professionalism. We'll definitely be back in the spring.

03/05/2025: Da 6 anni che mangio qui, questa è la prima volta che lo recensisco. Ma se lo meritano. Le materie prime sono eccellenti, la cucina è equilibrata, gustosa, ottima. Una cantina ben fornita, prezzi giusti. Ambiente curato e pulito, Elia e Giovanni sono davvero affabili e accoglienti. Ci torno ogni volta che sono in zona. Grazie
28/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante suggerito dall’ospite del B&B in cui alloggiavamo, un consiglio veramente utile, abbiamo mangiato benissimo.
Ho scelto un carciofo doppia cottura veramente sublime, così come tutti i piatti che abbiamo scelto.

14/05/2025: Nos alojamos cerca y probamos aquí debido a las buenas críticas. No es fácil de encontrar, está unido a un museo de algún tipo.
El servicio es agradable y claramente es un lugar local. Pero las pizzas estaban bien, un poco empapadas y las cortezas secas. Pedimos lados y nada era bueno desafortunadamente - la seta estaba nadando en aceite sin sabor. Las bolas de mozzarella estaban frías por dentro (el queso no estaba cocinado) , y la bruschetta pedida en el menú no coincidía con lo que se entregaba (pedido champiñón pero lo que parecía tomate seco enlatado fue entregado).
07/04/2025: Ci trovavamo a passare e abbiamo voluto provare la pizza. Locale rustico senza tante pretese con un menù classico del posto. Pizza buona e sottile con servizio veloce e simpatico.
