Super welcoming restaurant, the staff were really friendly, helpful and very nice, they were able to immediately put us at ease and there was no shortage of laughter between one course and another
The food is really excellent, quality raw materials, from the meat sauce to the ragù and the Chianina rib, I think one of the best places to eat meat
Personally I recommend it and I will definitely come back!

18/01/2025: Beautiful place, surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking view. Excellent quality food, home-produced raw materials and refined combinations. Attentive and punctual service, great availability on the part of the structure in modifying some dishes to make them vegetarian. A beautiful surprise

03/07/2025: Closed for holidays from June 30th to July 11th. We arrived here and found it closed. This information is not written anywhere, not even on their website.
Too bad.
22/05/2025: Good Italian food. Lunch time is from a menu, with no possibility for pizza, but that is ok! Pizza is only for the evening.
I would return for both :)

Steak was underwhelming and overcooked, fries were harder than chips with no soft center, no wine served with the meal, and the wine offered after was clearly mismatched. Sides arrived late, and presentation was sloppy. Far better meals elsewhere in Città della Pieve at a third of the price.
09/06/2025: Ein schöner Abend auf der Terrasse mit sonniger Aussicht. Sehr guter Service, ausgezeichnetes Essen und außergewöhnlicher Wein. Ein sehr gelungener Abend! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

20/02/2025: Semplicemente buono. Ecco cosa secondo me c'è da dire sul Quo Vadis. Buono perché si mangia bene, si spende il giusto ed il personale è molto simpatico e disponibile. Serve altro ?

19/06/2025: Compliments to the bar manager, even though it was closing time, he had no problem serving a table of 8 people. 🙃
20/04/2025: I had the pleasure of having an aperitif in your bar and what can I say... I've never had a better aperitif than this! Space food, especially the tomato meatballs, not to mention the cold cuts; equally welcoming staff, the girls are fantastic, they welcomed us with open arms, I really felt at home. Fantastic value for money, I will definitely return. Super recommended

Prices are more than honest and staff are courteous and attentive. Fast service, even though there were 15 of us and the place was full. Easy to find outdoor parking

20/06/2025: Best experience in Città della Pieve – the hospitality was truly exceptional. Amazing food and wine, perfectly cooked meat, and a unique view of the indoor grill. The cozy location in the narrow streets made it all the more memorable.
14/06/2025: This is a real gem! Limited menu but everything on it is prepared with the same taste. Been there several times now and ordered a different dish each time. Service is great and the atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed. Highly recommended

26/10/2023: Posto perfetto per passare una serata con amici e gustare un ottimo cibo, antipasto ottimo i primi altrettanto ,i secondi ,grigliata e frittura devo dire sublime. Ritorneremo anche perché il prezzo è ottimo .Orietta group

Pici fatti a mano in casa, ragù di chianina eccezionale. Buonissime le carni. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Inoltre Città della Pieve merita un viaggio.

04/05/2025: Ancora una volta abbiamo voluto avvicinare la cucina di mare a Città della Pieve.
Ogni volta che pranziamo " Da Laura " assaporiamo la freschezza e i sapori che Gianluca è il suo staff propongono ai propri ospiti. Se questo meraviglioso paese è tra le prossime vostre mete da visitare , non vi fatevi sfuggire la possibilità di una sosta presso questo ristorante. Lo consigliamo anche a chi non ama il pesce, nel menù troverete anche i migliori piatti del territorio.

28/12/2024: Servizio e ambiente super, prezzo onesto e cibo buonissimo. Birra, tagliatelle con i porcini, gnocchetti con tartufo e salsicce, poco con ragù di chianina, polenta con salsicce e porcini, tartare di chianina: Tutto top!
23/09/2024: Familiengeführtes, unerwartet großes Restaurant an der SR 142 zwischen Po‘Bandino und Città della Pieve mit großem Parkplatz direkt gegenüber.
Wir waren begeistert von der hervorragenden Qualität der Pizzen, von Caprese, unserer Vorspeisenwahl, und von der selbstgemachten Panna Cotta, und das bei unschlagbarem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Speisekarte ist riesig und bietet sowohl klassische als auch weiße Pizzen und viele Pasta-, Fleisch- und Fischgerichte. Sehr nette Bedienung (Sarah).
Keine haute cuisine, aber ehrliches und leckeres Essen. Wer das schätzt, dem sei Il Capriccio uneingeschränkt empfohlen!
