Clean rooms, welcoming common areas and excellent and varied food, but above all the kindness and availability of the owners make the difference. Spa large and complete with a beautiful hot tub with a view. What can I say, I hope to return soon!

18/03/2025: Beautiful place a little outside the center but wonderfully served by the shuttle driven by the friendly Andrea. The room, perhaps room 305, was beautiful, the spa managed by a very kind and knowledgeable lady, the wonderful cuisine. Overall, a 10 and praise. Well done! However, never forget the key 😅

09/03/2025: Tarde a buen ritmo con una variedad de deliciosos e imaginativos sabores. El servicio está bien juzgado entre la atención y el espacio para disfrutar de los cursos. Los bonitos, originales y sabrosos gueles de apertura también fueron divertidos y prepararon el escenario para el menú clásico. Los canederli en caldo de capón estaban repletos de sabor y una porción de tamaño perfecto que daba espacio para apreciar los platos restantes, incluido el venado más tierno infundido con ginebra Campiglio y té souchong Lapsang. La explosión final del sabor fue de 3 bombones presentados en una silueta de las montañas Brenta dibujados en caramelo. ¡Delicioso! Un placer maravilloso para las papilas gustativas en un escondite relajado y hermoso.

14/03/2025: It was recommended to us.. The food was quite good and the place was welcoming, including the staff. It was a shame about the service of the manager who, as soon as we arrived, was only 10 minutes late due to bad weather and told us to order immediately because the kitchen was closing. We were also not satisfied with a wine we tasted after opening it... the first sip seemed good but it wasn't, because even after letting it breathe a bit it still retained a sense of acidity. We promptly complained about it and had the bottle taken away and took another one. We found both bottles charged to us on the bill and the manager's response was that we had taken a poorer and more acidic wine. Inappropriate response... we paid anyway and thanked him but it will not be a restaurant to return to at all. Of course, with this behavior of BROTHER there is very little. Never again..!!!! *************************************** In response to the reply: I don't want to be taken for a liar because I'm not and by going back through the negative reviews you can understand who could be. It is normal that the bottle was half full because the waiter poured wine for everyone and then brought the glasses back. 13/03/2025: Too bad for the guy in charge at the cash register, the rest of the staff was very kind. We won't be back. I'm sorry to have to write this review but it wasn't nice to include a bottle of undrunk wine in the bill because we immediately pointed out that it wasn't good in our opinion. The waiter kindly offered to change it and took away the glasses full of undrunk wine. It would have been more correct to warn us that he would have included it in the bill anyway. It's not because of the negligible cost of the wine that I'm writing this review but to point out that sometimes it really doesn't take much to gain or lose customers who come to Campiglio every season.

09/03/2025: Excellent hotel, just one minute from Spinale Gondola and 3 minutes to the city center. The room was very comfortable and service exceeded all the expectations.

Equally impressive are the handmade chocolates, perfect for any occasion, whether it be a celebration, a gift, (even for B’day) or simply a personal indulgence. Each piece is a work of art, not only in taste but also in presentation. What makes this experience even more special is the charming owner Enrico, a true maestro of sweets. The entire family will leave DOLOM’ICE satisfied, as there’s a flavor or sweet for every palate. I highly recommend trying their delicious hot chocolate topped with a zabaglione ice cream ball to go! 04/03/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose kindness shone through every interaction. This family-run business exudes a personal touch that you simply don’t find in larger hotels. We had an issue with the rental car when we arrived and the owner Marco went above and beyond to help. Every detail here reflects the care and dedication of the family behind the business. The rooms are well maintained rooms and extremely clean. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is kept spotlessly clean—a perfect place to unwind and relax. In the evening, dinner was a delightful experience, with a menu that truly impressed and satisfied my taste buds. Every element, from the thoughtful staff and homemade breakfast to the immaculate spa and excellent dinner, tells a story of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, heartwarming experience where comfort, care, and personalized service are always at the forefront. The shuttle service to the slopes is a great addition and the driver Alessandro was so proactive and helpful. Thank you to Marco and the staff for all of us for a great holiday.

14/02/2025: I used the hotel's spa service as a customer external to the hotel. The quality/price ratio is very advantageous. €25 for about two and a half hours. Inside the spa there is a relaxation area which children cannot access. There you will find the sauna, the Turkish bath, comfortable loungers to relax in and herbal tea dispensers. In the other room there is the swimming pool with hydromassage tub and the large internal swimming pool which also has external access. The view inside each room is simply wonderful. The only negative aspects are the floor which is extremely slippery and the fact that there is only one very small changing room with no division between men and women, so you waste a lot of time waiting for your turn to change. The staff is kind. As soon as you arrive you will be given a bag with bathrobe, towel and slippers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in these parts and wants to spend a couple of hours in absolute relaxation and carefree.

21/03/2025: It’s a wonder how this restaurant can have a star and it makes you wonder if the guide is coming to an end. The menu was utterly confusing and unappetizing. The appetizer was something I could serve at a party in the local kindergarten followed by two gnocchi in ragu which is better at 99% of any Italian restaurant. The primi was a simple pasta dish with asparagus and two slices of truffle and the main was an egg with 4 grains of caviar. The price of 130 euro per person is a complete ripoff. We left before the desert could be served.

21/03/2025: Service was passive, a lot of times they didnt hear us (or worse ignored), not kind and they forgot about our drinks. I ordered chanterelle soup - creamy, hot and perfect, about 15 euro. Great atmosphere.

15/03/2025: First of all this place was pricey. Even though the food was ok the service was terrible they moved our stuff to a different table just because there came in some pepole who spent more money wanted our table.
