09/01/2025: 5,000sqM of spa and treatment rooms are worth the trip. Relatively near Madonna di Campiglio makes it a great sky destination as well. Finally the new, modern but warm construction makes this a wonderful 5 star destination. Cons: Pinzolo is only about 800m from sea level so snow is less common and the town is not wonderful. The starred restaurant is good but the “normal” is a bit aseptic. Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful although not always 100% professional if you consider the cost (1,000/night during our stay). All and all, one of the most exclusive and relaxing destination in the area.

05/01/2025: Really pleasant stay. The hotel is very nice, warm and comfortable. We ate very well. Rich and abundant breakfast, dinner with choice options and all of excellent quality. The staff were really kind and attentive, always with a smile and really helpful. Very welcome pluses: the snack when returning from the lifts and the super clean spa.

10/01/2025: Restaurant with pretentious cuisine. That day either the kitchen team was lazy or someone takes themselves too seriously. Polenta to forget (how do you do that?! ..a little pride please..). Blueberry risotto... rice cooking perfect, the rest much less... blueberries too sour; roe deer shank... it was dry... without that classic depth of flavor of long cooking... almost boiled in water without a bottom or broth (as soon as it comes out of the oven it should be left in its cooking liquid for a while); the gravy or sauce for the shin... tasteless, artificial, very similar to Knorr demiglace or instant roux. Sautéed mushrooms... Chanterelles, flavorless and thrown away (taste it, right?); grilled carne salada very good but the 4 side beans... were 'tired of living'. Lazy cuisine. The bill was *tasty*. Very friendly and professional customer service. The bathroom lacked soap and drying paper. We had dinner when the restaurant was empty, we were the first... I'll leave it up to you to judge. Paid but we won't return. Taken for a ride.

29/08/2024: I discovered by chance the hotel located in an excellent position in Madonna di Campiglio. A 10-day stay introduced me to the courtesy, discretion and professionalism of all the staff. There was immediately a wonderful empathy with the owners which is certainly worth a new visit as soon as possible. The level of cuisine and breakfast is also excellent...never an exception. The SPA is another strong point, with the hydromassage tub overlooking the Dolomites.

31/08/2024: I came to eat in this port for an appointment. Very quiet place during the week, very capable staff and really good food. They also served dishes not on the menu such as a second appetizer, a pre-dessert and an after-dessert. Really recommended 👍

26/01/2025: A not very big, family-run hotel, quite comfortable, the owners are very caring and responsible. The breakfast was varied and tasty, there were also fruits. The dinner menu can be pre-ordered or requested in the restaurant, the prices are appropriate, for a restaurant, the food is tasty. The SPA area is paid extra but is fantastically beautiful. The view from the sauna, the SPA area and the outdoor pool will remain an unforgettable experience for us. The water temperature in the pool is ok, about 23-25 ​​degrees, our children stayed for about an hour without getting out :). It was about 1-3 degrees outside and going out to the outdoor pool to admire the Dolomites from the pool was something unforgettable. The rooms are a bit small (we had a 16m2 room with a double bed and a bunk bed for children). There are no hangers to dry towels and robes from the Spa. It was cleaned every day and the whole hotel was clean. It is a special room for skis and to dry ski boots. The hotel also has a delivery service to the pier and back, it is very convenient, and the driver Alexander was very kind to us every time we requested him and he came in about 3-5 minutes. Although the Hotel is not located right in Madonna, but about 5-10 minutes from the center, the delivery services to and from the cable cars were much more comfortable than if we had stayed in the town because Alexander brought us or picked us up from different cable cars, for which we thank him very much. So, I can confidently recommend this hotel, we felt comfortable, the spa area and the panoramic view will remain in our memory for a long time. Thank you!

25/01/2025: I stayed in this splendid hotel from 17 to 22 January with friends and as a couple for a holiday in the mountains, and it was a simply perfect experience. The hotel offers many services that make your stay comfortable and pleasant: from the bus that easily connects to the center and the ski facilities, to the ski equipment rental service, with a convenient agreement. We arrived without a car and never missed it, thanks to the excellent organization and impeccable connections. The staff was exceptional: very kind, professional and always attentive to our needs. The spa is a real marvel, perfect for relaxing after a day on the snow, and the view from the property is simply enchanting. An unforgettable stay that I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the mountains with all the comforts!

23/01/2025: Good food but was massively overcharged. About twice the price on the menu. Don't know why, couldn't work it out. Food was good for the advertised price but definitely not what we paid for it. Feel like they just ripped off the tourist.
