12/07/2025: Breathtaking view, beautiful wellness & spa, helpful staff, good place to relax. There is a free hotel shuttle down to the town several times a day, you have to book in advance, but it wasn't a problem.

11/07/2025: Hello Unfortunately, I'm sorry to complain about the lack of availability because we had to postpone our trip, and despite having a direct booking, they took one night off our list, which is no small feat considering the price of a single night! It all seemed very expensive, but it didn't really match the 5-star L hotel standards. I only stayed there out of obligation, after rebooking flights three times, but in the end we paid double for just two nights. I wouldn't go back! We didn't see any availability.

06/04/2025: Great location behind the cable car for the spinal cableway.. renovated hotel with a modern taste in warm tones and attention to detail. Helpful and kind staff.. excellent cleanliness of the rooms with a nice, very comfortable closed garage. Super breakfast to start a beautiful day on the right foot! One flaw in my opinion is the spa... small like the gym! Modern room even if with limited space especially the bathroom!

17/03/2025: Hotel in the center of Campiglio with a view of the famous 3/tre slope. Clean rooms, welcoming common areas and excellent and varied food, but above all the kindness and availability of the owners make the difference. Spa large and complete with a beautiful hot tub with a view. What can I say, I hope to return soon!

10/06/2025: We stayed in March 2025 in this beautiful family-run hotel and we were thrilled in every aspect. The services are impeccable, the room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the Dolomites, completely immersed in nature. The cuisine is truly special, with carefully prepared and genuine dishes, and the shuttle service is always available and very convenient for every need. We went with our 15-month-old baby and he also had a great time: all the staff was welcoming and attentive, and there was a playroom perfect for the little ones. The SPA is another strong point of the hotel, with a spectacular view of the mountains that makes every moment of relaxation even more magical. A stay that we will carry in our hearts and that we truly recommend to those looking for a holiday dedicated to comfort, nature and genuine hospitality.

18/03/2025: Beautiful place a little outside the center but wonderfully served by the shuttle driven by the friendly Andrea. The room, perhaps room 305, was beautiful, the spa managed by a very kind and knowledgeable lady, the wonderful cuisine. Overall, a 10 and praise. Well done! However, never forget the key 😅

15/06/2025: Classic mountain refuge at 2120 m. Very nice, all in wood with large windows. Beautiful view from the tables outside. Normal prices. Friendly staff. The road that reaches it from the underlying Nambrone refuge, to be traveled by car, is very narrow. Difficulty parking on arrival, moments of crowds. From the refuge, possibility of various walks.

The texture is smooth and velvety, making each bite a heavenly treat that you won’t want to end. Equally impressive are the handmade chocolates, perfect for any occasion, whether it be a celebration, a gift, (even for B’day) or simply a personal indulgence. Each piece is a work of art, not only in taste but also in presentation. What makes this experience even more special is the charming owner Enrico, a true maestro of sweets. The entire family will leave DOLOM’ICE satisfied, as there’s a flavor or sweet for every palate. I highly recommend trying their delicious hot chocolate topped with a zabaglione ice cream ball to go! It's truly fantastic and adds a unique twist to the classic treat. Just a word of caution: once you indulge in these heavenly delights, you may find yourself craving them again and again—consider yourself warned, it’s addictive!

12/04/2025: Mai vista tanta gentilezza! Panorama bellissimo, cibo squisito con porzioni abbondanti e personale davvero empatico! Perfetti! Sì sono preoccupati della celiachia di mia figlia, ci hanno preparato la pasta gluten free, avvisato su tutte le specifiche di cottura come non ha mai fatto nessuno finora! Lo consigliò vivamente! Soprattutto la griglia sul tavolo, pazzesca, carne fresca da cuocere in autonomia insieme alle verdure! Fantastico!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose kindness shone through every interaction. This family-run business exudes a personal touch that you simply don’t find in larger hotels. We had an issue with the rental car when we arrived and the owner Marco went above and beyond to help. Every detail here reflects the care and dedication of the family behind the business. The rooms are well maintained rooms and extremely clean. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is kept spotlessly clean—a perfect place to unwind and relax. In the evening, dinner was a delightful experience, with a menu that truly impressed and satisfied my taste buds. Every element, from the thoughtful staff and homemade breakfast to the immaculate spa and excellent dinner, tells a story of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, heartwarming experience where comfort, care, and personalized service are always at the forefront. The shuttle service to the slopes is a great addition and the driver Alessandro was so proactive and helpful. Thank you to Marco and the staff for all of us for a great holiday.
