16/06/2025: Thanks to word of mouth from a friend we had the opportunity to get to know for the first time (and not the last) a reality that was born and continues to live thanks to a unique and rare cooperation with the territory, a cuisine that reflects the hospitality of those who have been able to make the right choices, a trademark to offer competence, excellent food and research of the native good. A fabulous place where time is marked by the passion that the owner puts into introducing you and accompanying you in what food represents for the soul, the love and pleasure in creating and savoring each dish.

10/06/2025: Beautiful experience: the castle was taken over thanks to the initiative of the citizens of Pergine and can now be visited. The bar, restaurant and hotel services have been recovered and continued in this fairy-tale setting. Unlike what you might imagine, the prices are truly 'popular' as there is no luxury and the hotel structure is very simple, within the reach of all those who are not looking for luxury but a truly extraordinary experience in a real and historic manor. The offer of various types of events that can be enjoyed throughout the year is also very interesting. Truly, congratulations and infinite thanks to all those who have been able to make this wonderful recovery possible.
01/06/2025: Today we took a guided tour of the castle, the volunteer who acted as our guide was kind, knowledgeable and available to answer questions and curiosities. The castle is beautiful, with breathtaking views. We will return to try the hotel and restaurant, only one star because it has no TV in the rooms and poor Wi-Fi, it seemed crazy to us, the beauty of the rooms and the hotel does not need either. See you soon!

13/05/2025: Non riesco a concepire le persone che scrivono recensioni negative a questa pasticceria. I proprietari sono super simpatici, efficienti, disponibili e amichevoli. La bravura e la capacità di Linda non è in discussione. Quando dobbiamo ordinare una torta veniamo sempre qua... battesimo, cresima, matrimonio. Andiamo matti per le torte a base pan di Spagna e crema chantilly, ma soprattutto per le millefoglie. Poi non dimentichiamo le paste, i baba, i cantucci, le girelle. Solo a scrivere mi viene la colina. Lo consiglio vivamente e, mentre aspettate, vi suggerisco di fare 2 chiacchiere con i proprietari davanti a un trento doc.

05/05/2025: the food is just like grandma's, good and genuine, with local Trentino products, Trentino draft beers and very good! Fantastic staff, super nice and helpful waitresses. Enchanting place, fresh air and lots of greenery. Prices in hand. The interior is very rustic, woody and welcoming!

20/02/2025: Wide choice of pastries and desserts. I ate a fabulous carrot cake, my husband a fabulous cream Venetian. Top cappuccinos, creamy milk and good coffee. If we return to Pergine, we will definitely return to this pastry shop.
15/01/2025: Very good pastry shop, excellent opportunity to sit at the tables outside in the warmer months. The only flaw is the service linked to this option: several times, in spring, I had to wait 10 minutes just to order, with the place half empty and 2 external tables occupied..

Wide assortment of flavors combined with fresh fruit and liqueurs, to satisfy all customers, even the most demanding. Suitable for everyone, singles, couples, families, groups. 28/05/2025: Finalmente un ristorante dove si mangia bene il pesce, cosa non facile in Trentino.
Pesce fresco, cucinato bene, porzioni abbondanti, servizio attento e cortese. Locale interno molto accogliente.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Da tornarci senza dubbio, consigliato.
07/05/2025: Cucina ottima, abbondante, prodotti freschissimi, grande ospitalità e professionalità. Veramente un punto di riferimento per la Val Sugana. Prezzi calmierati. Ottimo esempio di ristorazione. Un grazie a tutto lo staff di Gigi.

Ristorante Pizzeria Alla Corte

20/01/2025: Buon ristorante con ingredienti di qualità e diverse proposte tra antipasti/ primi/ secondi e pizzeria. Anche il locale ben arredato con mise en place semplice, ma corretta. Il mio giudizio (3) si fonda principalmente su due ragioni:
1. Ho chiesto di cambiare il contorno del mio piatto (patate con verdure, non patate con ostriche) per un mio problema di intolleranze e mi hanno detto che dovevo prenderlo extra;
2. DOLCI: nessuna proposta di frutta e di 6 presenti nel menù due erano terminati (ed erano le 20.13 minuti).
Quindi, tirando le somme, mi sono sfamata, ma non credo che ci tornerò, se non con gruppi di amici dove non decido io.
30/10/2024: Buon locale, pizza buona, prezzi ok...ma se c'è una cena di gruppo (non ci ritrovavamo da 7 anni) non ci mandi via alle 22.40 dicendo " noi tra 10 minuti chiudiamo". E non eravamo nemmeno gli unici in sala, e avremmo certamente ordinato ancora da bere. Da 5 stelle a 2 è un attimo, la differenza la fanno questi particolari.

30/03/2025: Per il nostro primo incontro in visita alla famiglia di mio figlio che vive a Levico, ci fermiamo in questo bel ristorante in riva al lago di Pergine Valsugana. Il locale è molto grande con tavoli all'interno e grandi dehor esterni. Ci accomodiamo all'esterno visto il bel sole che ci riscalda. Ordiniamo fritto di pesce di mare mio figlio, fritto di lago mia moglie, trancio di ombrina mia nuora, pizza il nipotino ed io mi lascio tentare da uno spaghettone ai ricci di mare. Piatti ben presentati, abbondanti e apprezzati; io un pò meno perché pur avendo apprezzato una discreta porzione di uova di ricci sopra, il sugo di fondo un pò liquido ed amarognolo. Buoni i dolci, buono il servizio, prezzi in linea con il locale. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e ci tornerei.
16/03/2025: vicino al lago Caldomazzo ,parcheggio ampio ,ampia terrazza , ambiente moderno , personale prepararato e disponibile. Menu vasto di terra e acqua dolce e salata, ma anche pizzeria di qualità . Andare con gli amici per accontentare tutti . Sono anche di servizio efficiente .
Antipasto di lago ottimo . Prezzi nella norma , credo meglio prenotare periodo estivo
