21/02/2026: A long-established restaurant that has changed hands several times. The current management, led by Nicola and chef Fabio, is very good. The atmosphere is rustic and well-maintained, with several cozy dining rooms. The menu is good and quite varied, featuring traditional Trentino dishes made with fresh local ingredients, along with a few new twists. The homemade bread is excellent, and the barley soup is a popular choice. Service is fast and friendly, with detailed explanations of the dishes and ingredients. Prices are reasonable.
18/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant twice and have always had a great experience.
The added value is definitely the dining room partner: he has a great ability to explain the dishes, highlighting the work and research behind each creation. He doesn't just describe, but truly conveys what you're about to taste.
Quality ingredients, carefully crafted dishes, and attentive, professional service.
A coherent and well-crafted experience, which I highly recommend, especially to those seeking authentic cuisine!

26/10/2025: We stayed one night in conjunction with a theater event and were pleasantly surprised. We slept in an ancient castle with modern touches, very clean and comfortable. The dinner was excellent, featuring fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. Eating by candlelight with a stunning view is truly captivating. The show was out of the ordinary, very special, and I'd call it magical. The price was fair. Finally, Sofia and the staff's hospitality made you feel right at home. I highly recommend it.

05/02/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant for a long time, having been there many times as a local. I decided to write this review to thank you because every time we've had a great time, both for lunch and dinner. So, anyone planning to visit this place can be sure they'll have a great time (reservations are recommended). Unfortunately, I/we were totally disappointed with the pizza(s):
The dough was completely dry and hard, as well as black and burnt around the edges (see photo). The only edible part was where the toppings were, although we had to remove some of it because it was burned.
I don't know what the food was like because we didn't try it, but the dishes we were served looked promising.
The desserts were industrial-style, not "homemade."
What a shame, a huge disappointment, an experience we won't repeat.

The food is simple, without too much fuss. The cutlet is worth it!
One of the few places with a family atmosphere, and the staff is genuinely friendly.
Really fair prices!

23/02/2026: When I pass through Pergine, the first place I go is to the yogurt shop for a delicious crepe. It's a small but welcoming place. The owner is super kind and friendly. 10/10 just for her kindness.
They have a wide selection of products.
Highly recommended.
07/09/2025: There was a dead bug in the yogurt, they didn't give me what I wanted. Terrible experience, but the yogurt was good.

11/09/2025: Delicious ice cream!!!! Friendly staff and fast service! They also have vegan and lactose-free ice cream with many flavors! It seems like a great place to hang out with friends, and it's obviously very close to the lake! What more could you want? 100% recommended! Well done ❤️

07/10/2025: Fantastic hospitality, thanks to the manager, who was helpful, cooperative, and did his job very well. I was with friends, and we ate (even too much), and all the dishes were very tasty, from the appetizer, salami, porcini mushrooms, first course, second course, and dessert.

06/07/2025: Grigliata pugliese IMMAGIABILE salsiccia cruda era tutta rosa e si vedeva che era riscaldata dal grasso bianco che non si era ancora sciolto perché scaldata velocemente, tralasciando che i piatti serviti erano diversi... carne piena di nervi sembrava un pezzo di scarto. La persona che è stata lì con me è stata male subito dopo aver mangiato. NON CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO.
