21/11/2025: We enjoyed two pizzas on the sun deck with a magnificent view of the glacier. The pizzas themselves were phenomenal: super-thin base, bulgy edges with a leopard-print pattern, almost Neapolitan. On cold days, the hot chocolate is also highly recommended; it was incredibly creamy and almost pudding-like.

20/09/2025: Nice bar/restaurant by the reservoir. Limited parking available. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was only a small selection of food on our visit as it was the last day of opening. Nevertheless, we were satisfied. The prices are a bit high, but not too bad considering the location.

22/02/2026: We've stopped at this cabin several times, and this is our second year back. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and it's the perfect place for a ski break. The strudel is supreme, and we've even enjoyed live music—a wonderful atmosphere.

10/01/2026: Excellent hotel, highly qualified, friendly, helpful staff. Exceptional services, top-notch spa, and the restaurant could be exceptional if there were labels for the products displayed at the buffet. Some flaws, in my opinion: Cell phone reception is poor inside the hotel; the Wi-Fi definitely needs improvement. The bathroom finishes aren't 4-star; I have photos if needed. The pillows could be improved; after a prompt response, they immediately took action to resolve the issue. Without these points, it would be truly TOP.

01/01/2026: Excellent food and service, but it would have been better to offer diners a warmer and more comfortable environment given that we were right next to the STUBE but of course it was turned off and it was certainly not pleasant to eat with the sliding doors practically always open and as mentioned the STUBE turned off.

01/02/2026: A very nice and quiet restaurant. A nice, extensive menu with reasonable prices given the fantastic location beneath the Marmolada and overlooking Lake Fedaia. We ordered a charcuterie board for two, a first course, a second course, two desserts, and two coffees for €62. The service was kind and friendly. I would return.

08/02/2026: Unfortunately, the rudeness of the staff ruined what should have been a wonderful day. The "gentleman" at the cash register was incredibly arrogant: after a simple inquiry about Wi-Fi availability, he began to mock us with extreme sarcasm, replying that "God sends him the signal." Such behavior, besides being rude, is completely out of place in a public establishment. Zero professionalism. Highly discouraged.

21/09/2025: 4 stars for the pizza and prices alone. A nice place in the center of Canazei, but a little cold inside and terrible service. There's not much to say about it; we didn't feel welcome from the moment we walked in until they almost kicked us out.

13/09/2025: Overall, a positive experience! Welcoming atmosphere, super friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. We ate here twice and tried the entire menu (each ordering a different dish). Everything was exceptional, even the pizza! The polenta and the Trentino soup are highly recommended. We'll definitely be back! P.S. The coffee is also good (a rarity in the valley).

06/03/2026: Delicious pizza, attentive and friendly service despite the restaurant being fully booked – a lovely evening in a rustic atmosphere with a diverse international crowd – all fairly priced – what more could you want? Reservations are recommended.

05/02/2026: Me and a large group of friends stayed at the hotel for a week. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was absolutely amazing and to note I want to congratulate the pizza chaf Adriano for his work. Even for Italy his pizzas are on top. Andrea, our waiter in the restaurant, was extremely friendly and if you are wondering what to order ask him, he has the best recommendations. 110% would recommend when you visit Canazei. Now, if you will be staying in the Laurin Hotel you will get to enjoy the restaurant reserved for guests. The food here is splendid. The waiters, specifically Julian, Ibrahim and Marco, are the absolute best - friendly, open to chat with you, very very good wine recommendations. They work very hard and pay attention to the small details - from how they set the table to the small things in conversation and are always friendly. You will enjoy their company and they even approach becoming part of your group. I don’t know how they maintain such a high level of work ethic and still smile every time. If you stay in Laurin give them my best regards and be ready for some great service and chat.

06/03/2026: Beautiful and newly renovated, this chalet offers a panoramic view enhanced by the splendid floor-to-ceiling windows and its extraordinary location. It's also accessible on foot in winter thanks to the nearby free parking. The table service is fast and very organized, serving traditional dishes. The option of billing separately, a practice now widespread in Canazei and the surrounding area, is an excellent commercial choice. Finally, especially in larger groups, but also for the more "smart" ones, guests pay for what they consume, not what others at the same table/group consume. 5☆☆☆☆☆ Must try. I don't know if there are rooms available.
