12/03/2025: Nice hotel, friendly staff, great food and a nice spa although in basement. Appreciated the closeness to main lift for getting to the ski area in the morning. Could improve reception area design, else a very good hotel.

26/04/2025: Ho cenato in questo ristorante questa sera. Avevo voglia di una pizza. Ho preso una bufala nel vero senso della parola. La pizza era durissima e si faceva fatica a tagliare. La bufala avendo io rinunciato alla mozzarella normale consisteva in una mozzarella piazzata al centro. Questa semplice pizza a 13 euro e l’acqua 0,75 a 3,50 perché il mezzo litro non lo vendono. Più il coperto. In inglese overoriced!!!!! 18 euro per una bottiglia d’acqua e una pizza semplicissima!!!!! Non sono una turista e mi dispiace non poter uscire per mangiare una pizza ad un prezzo onesto.

20/04/2025: Pranzato per Pasqua con la famiglia. Piatti ottimi. Dalle tagliatelle al ragù di cervo al gulash per non parlare della salsiccia con i funghi. Servizio rapido e cortese. Una garanzia. Vivamente consigliato!

22/03/2025: I've been coming for years but last time we were treated vomitingly. I order 2 seconds for myself, where obviously I ask for one first and then the other. They are brought to me together and I ask that the second one be brought to me later. They take it to the kitchen and after 2 minutes they bring it back to the table saying that there is no room in the kitchen and that they couldn't do it again otherwise they'd miss the turn. We were at a table with strangers and I didn't even have room to put the plate, and the phenomenon dropped it in my hand!!! my complaints were dismissed with a "then I'll offer you a grappa", which they always do anyway. Dude, you made so much noise about this antics that you lost all the customers at that table.
