01/02/2025: Great find! We stopped by chance, but very happy that we got it right, so much so that we even went back the next day. Delicious polenta, goulash and spatzle as well as strudel and tiramisu! Pedro and Carolina, the waiters, very kind, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Har besøgt restauranten af to omgange, første gang okay pizza og en god pasta. Efterfølgende gang levede ikke op til forventningerne, hverken carbonara, pizza og slet ikke Polenta'en som var smagsløs og intetsigende.
05/02/2025: Enkelt charmigt med hög feel good. God mat glad och snabb service. Ett bra ställe utan trams helt enkelt. Perfekt efter en lång dag i backen.

10/02/2025: I don't know how pizza can be that bad in an Italian place. I make way better pizza at home.
The pizza was 95% burn crust with some mozzarella and just a few salamis.
We ordered pizza to share and they didn't even bring us small plates until asking.
Also, it took an eternity for someone to bring us the menus, to begin with.

19/09/2024: Pampered! I think this is the word that best describes the feeling you get when staying here.
The service is fast and courteous, the rooms are not only beautiful but also truly comfortable and equipped with much more than is necessary.
The relaxation area with swimming pool and various saunas (plus other services which I unfortunately did not have time to try) is pleasant.

18/12/2024: It rarely happens but sometimes it happens: you have a desire for a specific dish and you find the chef who in all sincerity tells you: "it's a dish we used to make, but now we don't make it anymore" but if you want I'll make it for you. And so it was that we suddenly felt the need for 6 stars, a need that was further confirmed by the traditional Trentino passito wine (which enjoys the longest drying period in the world) and by the best strudel in the world
18/09/2024: We ate a pretzel with speck and hot cheese! It was SO GOOD 🤤
If you are in Canazei or even just passing through I absolutely recommend it!

Ristorante Pizzeria El Ciasel Sas

12/09/2024: I had the pleasure of being a guest, with my family, of this structure during the August holiday period.
The hotel is in a strategic position, close to bus stops and ski lifts and not too far from the centre.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The cuisine is excellent and plentiful.
Last, but not least, the friendliness of the staff and owners of the facility.
Highly recommended.
11/09/2024: We stayed a week at El Ciasel and it was a truly pleasant experience. The structure is located near the center of Canazei and a stone's throw from the ski lifts. We were particularly impressed by the welcome and correctness of Mrs Jenny and the whole family. The waitresses Lucia and Azzurra were very kind and a particular appreciation for the chef who surprised us every evening with tasty and refined dishes. The room was very nice and clean. Congratulations to all the staff!
