09/11/2025: On our way back from a weekend in Alto Adige, we stopped at this restaurant. We had three excellent dishes. The chestnut tiramisu was fabulous! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.
05/11/2025: We eat here every time we pass through and even plan our trips specifically to eat here. Local products, classic dishes, and always new, innovative creations on a well-organized menu. Top quality served by attentive staff/hosts who know their craft. We'll be back again and again!

22/10/2025: We visited the Ostaria at Castel Ringberg. Beautiful setting among the vineyards overlooking Lake Caldaro. The tasting at the wine shop left much to be desired - the young man serving didn’t seem to be particularly engaged or enthusiastic, given how amazing the wines are was a shame. Still the wines are all quite unique and elegant and definitely worth exploring.
13/10/2025: Luisa, the wine tour guide, was without question the most knowledgeable, engaging and full of personality hostess you would ever wish for! Loved every minute being with her.

09/11/2025: One of the best wineries in Alto Adige. One of the best Gewurtztraminers I've ever tasted, but especially their Pinot Noirs.
Courteous and hospitable.
03/10/2025: In the center of Termeno/Tramin, a renowned winery produces high-quality wines, primarily based on Traminer and Pinot Noir.
The production of dealcoholized wines from Riesling grapes is interesting; we particularly liked the new Dr. Fischer, made from grapes that provide a low-alcohol base.
The woman who welcomed us was very knowledgeable and helpful, allowing us to fully understand and appreciate Hofstätter wines.

20/10/2025: The dumplings (mushrooms, cheese, spinach, so vegetarian?) were served on a coleslaw. Unfortunately, it was a bacon coleslaw, which wasn't clear on the menu. It should have been described better.
The Schlutzkrapfen were unfortunately not as tasty as they were a year ago...

Beautiful place with great wine and friendly service! 🍷
The Kastelaz cellar is beautifully situated among the vineyards – the view is simply fantastic! 🌿
The staff is super friendly and the wine is truly excellent.
The only small drawback: parking is a bit difficult, so you might have to park a bit further away and walk a bit. But the trip is worth it – if only for the view and the atmosphere. 🌞

24/04/2024: Super leckere Pizza, 1a Service, Reservierung telefonisch auch für 2 Personen (mit geossem Hund) möglich. Nettes Lokal in dem auch viele Einheimische waren - das ist meistens ein sehr gutes Zeichen. Es war so gut dass wir noch mal hingehen werden.
