09/01/2025: Family-run hotel with exceptionally warm service and outstanding value for money. Rooms absolutely clean and comfortably furnished. Restaurant with an attractive menu and an extraordinary pizza menu. Always friendly, helpful and professional. We'd love to come back.

03/01/2025: A very nice hotel. Located in an excellent area to reach the Merano 2000 ski resort in a few minutes. In a few minutes you can also reach the center of Merano (wonderful during the Christmas period). Friendly staff. Excellent and plentiful breakfast, clean rooms. The only flaw: the rooms lack a small refrigerator). I definitely recommend it

30/10/2024: Pleasant atmosphere and very good advice. At times the “Lord of the Wine” is a bit annoyed but otherwise very friendly. We enjoyed being there and had two nice evenings.

19/10/2024: When we made the request, we stated 2 dogs (collies) in the comment. When we arrived they were surprised that we came with 2 dogs because they only allow 1 dog per room and our request could no longer be found in the system. The room assigned to us was not equipped for dogs and we were given another one. On the first day it rained heavily and there was a strong wind. When we came back from our trip we had water in the bathroom. There was heavy dripping from the ventilation above the toilet. By the time someone dealt with the problem, the afternoon we actually wanted to spend in the SPA had passed. The hotel owner took it to the extreme by going into our room during dinner and allowing one of our dogs to escape. He was lucky that my dogs are so peaceful. After a day without rain, the whole thing started again the next morning and we had water in the bathroom again. There was no offer for the remaining days, so we decided to cancel the vacation. It was just disappointing. The good cuisine and the service staff were positive.
