We were sitting comfortably on the terrace of the village inn one summer evening and had dinner there. A cheerful group of locals sat at the entrance, chatting, drinking, and laughing in a good mood – that's exactly what drew us to the village in the first place. If locals sit there and feel comfortable, then the place can't be bad, we thought.
But suddenly, a woman came around the corner and, in an extremely rude tone, told the locals to be quiet – and at 9 p.m., no less! It was neither loud nor inappropriate, but simply a sociable village gathering. When we asked who this woman was, she said she must be the owner's wife. We really wondered what the woman was thinking: That's the charm of a village inn! If you're looking for absolute peace and quiet, go to a fine restaurant with that kind of atmosphere – but not to a place that thrives on village life.
It's a shame, because it's precisely this lively atmosphere that defines a village inn. Such guests not only bring in the atmosphere, but also the money. The woman's reaction really spoiled a lovely evening for us.

24/07/2025: Die Hütte ist toll , Preisilch sehr gehoben aber dafür sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.die einen tollen Job machen .
Was gar nicht geht ist das Tartar. Das war wirklich das schlimmste was ich jemals serviert bekommen habe . Leider , da ich weis das man in Südtirol echt leckeres bekommen kann.
Serviert wurde, in eine Form gequetschtes Hackfleisch, ohne Salz,Pfeffer,Eigelb Senf . Dafür mit ausgetrocknetem Salat der nicht abgemacht war und eine Scheibe Brot . Sehr schade !!
Der Rest war sehr lecker , der Kaiserschmarren, das Gulasch und die Ravioli waren vorzüglich .
18/07/2025: Questo luogo è davvero speciale, non solo per gli scenari circostanti ma anche per l'impostazione culinaria. Il percorso a piedi per arrivarci è molto bello, tra ruscelletti ed abeti ed il cibo fantastico ed esteticamente bello. Un piacere per gli occhi ed il palato assieme.
Luca lo chef ci ha accolto con calore familiare ed anche il nostro cagnolino Artù ha fatto salti di gioia per gli ottimi canederli che ha potuto gustare!
Il posto è molto curato, con amache e chaises longues ed angoli gioco per bambini, ragazzi ed adulti che sembrano sculture artistiche.
Location assolutamente consigliata!

01/06/2025: Gustl ist ein muss, wenn man in der Nähe wandert. Daumen hoch für die köstlichen Speisen. Gastfreundlich und immer gut gelaunt:)

04/08/2024: Meiner Meinung nach: die Stafellalm hat ihren Namen nicht gestohlen, das Essen kam schön gestaffelt. Aber das Essen war sehr fein und die Bedienung war freundlich, ein Minuspunkt war das andere Gäste laut einen Schnaps angeboten bekommen haben, aber uns wurde nichts angeboten

03/11/2023: Wir hatten wie alle 6-8 Wochen wieder einen Besuch bei Karolina am Hasshof. Wie immer wurden wir herzlichst empfangen und bewirtet. Wir durften wieder Ihre selbstgemachten Schmankerl probieren! Wie alles was Karolina zubereitet oder selbst herstellt ein absoluter Genuss. Herzlichen Dank und wieder ein großes Lob von uns Allen!

03/10/2023: Fantastische Küche, sehr kreativ und sehr lecker. Wir hatten die Spezialitäten - Knödel mit Brennessel und Löwenzahn, Bergkäse und dazu ein Wildkräuter Salat. Eine Augenweide und kulinarisch eine Entdeckung. Auch der Apfelstrudel war ein großer Genuss. Der Service war top, und der Senior hatte immer einen netten Schnack. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Nicht entgehen lassen
