17/02/2026: Extremely charming hotel, the staff goes above and beyond and provides incredible service. Everyone is friendly creating a very homey feeling! Reaching the slopes was very easy with their daily shuttle. Highly recommend it, Santa Cristina is also a beautiful and quaint village

25/02/2026: The coffee is decent, but the owner ruins it.
We went in for takeout and sat down outside for a minute at a table to wait for our friend. At that moment, the owner of the establishment ran out and started yelling at us, saying that if we'd sat outside, we should have told her so, and then she would have charged us servizio e coperto (service fee). THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!
We'll never go there again!
By the way, there's no food at all. Just coffee, bread, and croissants.
07/02/2026: Lovely place for a light lunch. My "local" sandwich was delicious, but you can have soup and salads as well. And the sweets and cakes looked amazing. Highly recommended!

30/12/2025: Terrible experience, while we were eating it started to rain and we were kicked out within 15 minutes because they had to close due to the rain.
30/12/2025: It has never happened to me that I was kicked out of a place while I was drinking, just because it started to rain, and that was far from closing time (6.30pm) to the amazement and indignation of the other customers.

27/02/2026: There were 7 of us without a reservation. We wanted to sit outside on the terrace for lunch. We were immediately welcomed and the waiter found a table for us. Even though it was all full, we ordered quickly. Daniel, our waiter, was top-notch. A guy with a level of professionalism and speed I've never seen before. In the end, we ate well, even though the bill was a little above our expectations. Daniel offered grappa. We'll be back in the summer with the whole family.

- Pizza was prima (because Italy)
- Schnitzel was middelmatig op z’n best..
Je mocht blij zijn dat het op een bord geserveerd werd, enkel een lap schnitzel en een beetje friet. Geen groente, garnering of iets van saus maar wel €23,- betalen. Met geluk nog een glaasje met sausjes in zakjes erbij gekregen. Was verder prima te eten.
- Personeel is het meest onvriendelijke naar elkaar wat ik ooit heb gezien. Elkaar overmatig corrigeren in bijzijn van een klant. Bijvoorbeeld als je ergens wil gaan zitten, we werden gevraagd ergens anders te gaan zitten terwijl er nog maar 1 ander tafeltje bezet was. Ober liep de schenen onder z’n lijf vandaan om 4 tafels te bedienen van eten terwijl vrouwelijke collega enkel een wijntje uit serveerde en druk was met haar hard werkende collega te corrigeren.
Laatste hap ging naar binnen terwijl het bord al gepakt werd, dit viel ons bij anderen al op en gebeurde ook bij ons, alsof ze er promotie op krijgen. Afrekenen moesten we blijkbaar voor naar binnen.
Ik laat vrijwel nooit een recensie achter maar dit was er 1 voor in de boeken/verhalen op feestjes. Nog nooit zo opgelaten gegeten
19/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per mangiare la pizza, essendo baresi e napoletani siamo molto esigenti😉Ampia scelta.
Non ci aspettavamo una pizza così buona, ben condita e cotta a puntino. Locale accogliente con un servizio molto accurato Un plauso speciale ad Angela cortese professionale ed empatica. Ci torneremo con piacere e non è una minaccia😉

29/07/2025: Fantastisk udsigt, venligt personale med lynhurtig betjening. Vi fik dejlig apfelstrudel, kaffe og saft. Det hele var lækkert, og kaffe og kage dejlig varm. Rigtig lækker oplevelse 👍

31/07/2025: This was honestly the first rifugio I’ve been to and it was the best. Beautiful location along our hike and the food is outstanding. Adults all loved their meals and our young daughter said the spaghetti was one of her favorites of all time. They had lots of beverages as well, outstanding service, and amazing views of the mountains/trails!

24/12/2024: Succo di mela caldo al banco 6.5 euro, non aggiungerei altro. Bel posto, assenza di servizio in quanto qualsiasi ordine viene fornito al bancone bar e ognuno deve portarsi il bere ed il cibo al tavolo da solo, discreta antipatia con totale assenza di empatia.
