06/02/2025: Very good cuisine, La Posta stands out from other restaurants in St. Christina with its choice of dishes. Friendly, attentive service in a cozy, rustic restaurant.
03/02/2025: For a meat restaurant the meat was prepared really poorly. Charred filet with almost no flavour. Duck was OK but very tough.
Tiramisu was unique, but ends up being more of a drink than a dessert.
Lovely old style of the furniture and interior design is let down by food trying too hard to be something special that it is tasteless

28/08/2024: Anche quest’anno siamo tornati al rifugio Vicenza scendendo dal Toni Demetz, paesaggio mozzafiato avvolto dalle nuvole, una pace indescrivibile.
Abbiamo mangiato al rifugio Vicenza e vorrei sottolineare la gentilezza dei camerieri, la rapidità del servizio, ottimo pranzo con vista unica, seppur a tratti tra le nuvole.
Da provare!

It looks like not a serious place, however the pasta’s taste here was very good (I choose fungi porcini pasta) even though the ends of several macaroni were a bit stiff. But the taste overruled that for me. And Aperol Spritz was very nice. And you can admire the beautiful wall of the church while eating. So we had a teally good time :)
26/12/2024: I was here for breakfast and drank a delicious espresso. The cornettos were absolutely delicious - I have never eaten such stuffed croissants in my life, with the cream almost oozing out of them!

04/02/2025: Awful service and food. Go to Bar Sofie instead (you can see it from this bar).
04/02/2025: We waited for around 20 minutes to be served whilst the waiters either ignored us or kept saying “just one minute”, whilst they seemed to be chatting to their friends. We left and went to the bar just down the slope instead, and were served our drinks in around 60 seconds by table service.

08/01/2025: Gentili da quando arrivi fino al saluto finale. Il calore dei giovani camerieri un valore aggiunto! Si mangia bene il sevizio è veloce ma non pressante, consigli e suggerimenti sempre discreti. Il menù vario dalla pizza alle specialità locali, tutto ottimo. Consigliatissimo

11/01/2025: Nice place to grab a breakfast, a coffee, some bread, or local products. Some people complained about service, but we found it to be very friendly and attentive.
04/01/2025: I ordered a "House" sweet breakfast which included 2 sandwiches, packaged butter, loose but really almost non-existent jam, packaged honey and Nutella and a cappuccino as a drink. All for the "modest" sum of €8.50. Perhaps you need to review the price list or rethink the offer.
Ah, I often come to these parts and I know very well that they are expensive but at least quality usually pays off, not in this case. Too bad because the place is nice.

05/01/2024: Bella baita ma prezzi allucinanti, caffè 3,50 euro, patatine fritte 7,5 euro. La baita è comoda agli impianti e non si giustifica un prezzo così alto, il caffè sulla Marmolada costa 1, 5 euro, per dire...
Ho sentito un cameriere molto scortese dire ad alcuni clienti che si dovevano vergognare perché facevano mangiare un panino al figlio celiaco, pur avendo ordinato qualcosa.... Secondo me si devono vergognare loro ad avere prezzi così assurdi, tiratevela meno!
16/12/2023: Posizione spettacolare, personale gentile. Cucina buona con tutto quello che di tipico ci si aspetta. Prezzi un po’ altini ma a quanto pare in Val Gardena è così.

22/09/2024: Per essere un 4 stelle in val Gardena mi aspettavo molto di più, il servizio al tavolo non era uno dei migliori, per non parlare dei piatti che ahimè buoni, ma impiantati in maniera molto veloce e senza cura del dettaglio, anche la pulizia del locale poteva essere tenuta un po’ più sotto controllo.
02/07/2024: Il posto è tamente bello che non mi ricordo se ho mangiato bene. Comunque sicuramente non era male.
Ci siamo fermati per uno spuntino di pranzo.
Servizio molto cordiale.
