29/05/2026: Delicious pizza and very friendly service.
The pizza has a wonderfully thin crust; the edge isn't quite as wide as on a classic Neapolitan pizza, but it's nice and crispy. The toppings are delicious with a good selection. The antipasti (especially the Caprese di Bufala) are also highly recommended. I've been here several times while passing through and have been delighted every time.

02/07/2026: Worth more than 5 stars. Absolutely impeccable service, a great atmosphere, and incredibly delicious food. We were very pleasantly surprised.
100% recommendation. Best restaurant in Neuwerk.

21/04/2026: Great service, no pizza at lunchtime, but a wide selection of dishes. Menu only in Italian, waiter speaks perfect German and is very helpful. Food was good.

19/05/2026: We stayed at this beautiful old house with a cycling group. The reservation was easy, and the Tauber family gave us a warm welcome with a complimentary drink. We enjoyed a delicious four-course dinner, and vegetarian options were readily available.
The hotel, with its various buildings, offers a little adventure. Our rooms were all different, but beautifully renovated and well-equipped. There's also a sauna and an outdoor pool. When it rained quite heavily and got cold, the heating was immediately turned on so we could dry our things. The place, with its charming arbors, exudes a special allure. We will definitely visit again.
05/12/2025: Very nice and well-kept place. Friendly staff. Quick service. Clean and fragrant bathroom. Generous portions and delicious food.

25/06/2026: A beautiful location, good wines, and good food. The owner's wine recommendations were very appealing. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired: throughout the evening, it was noticeable that regular customers were given preferential treatment, while new guests (previously unknown to the owner) were neglected. It took at least 10 minutes for us (a party of two) to receive a menu and about 20 minutes before we were offered our first glass of wine. Our appetizer order was taken incorrectly – not a big deal, as the vitello tonnato was delicious. We had to ask several times to order dessert (first for the menu, then to place the order). At the neighboring tables, which were clearly occupied by regulars, the service seemed much more attentive and efficient. Regarding the prices: they are commensurate with the excellent quality of the food and drinks, but the service (as mentioned above) is noticeably lacking for non-regulars. My conclusion: if you have to "earn" attentive service by being a regular customer, I probably won't go back. I prefer restaurants where you receive attentive service regardless of how often you visit; I don't want to be a second-class guest.

17/08/2024: Unico locale lungo la strada appena usciti dall' autostrada, ci siamo fermati perchè la bimba di 5 mesi piangeva e quella di 3 anni aveva fame....senza (ahimè) leggere le recensioni. Non sono solita fare recensioni negative....ma già dal parcheggio ti senti osservata dal proprietario (che a malapena parla italiano) , non abbiamo fatto in tempo a sederci che già era lì con menù (quasi completamente in tedesco) e di 8 portate al massimo. Provo a chiedere la spiegazione di un piatto e mi risponde a mezza voce e già l'aveva segnato, ordiniamo un piatto tirolese (mix salumi) e un raviolo da condividere con mia figlia, ci porta solo una posata e due tovagliette e due bicchieri, non considerando proprio la bimba (forse perché avevamo preso solo due piatti?!), una birra,.due acque e un caffè..... conto salatissimo 53€...
Per non aggiungere del bagno....se non consumi c'è il cartello che si paga 1€...per entrare serve la chiave, ho aspettato 5 minuti per averla e ovviamente non c'è nemmeno il fasciatoio

19/07/2024: Ci siamo fermati in emergenza nel parcheggio del locale per dare il biberon a nostra figlia di 2 mesi e mezzo. Subito dopo saremmo andati a bere qualcosa di fresco, peccato che siamo stati mandati via in malo modo dal proprietario che offendendomi (mi ha dato della bestia solo perché gli ho fatto presente che avevamo una bambina affalata che piangeva e che si trattava di umanità e gentilezza) ci ha cacciati. Bocciato! Maleducazione, ignoranza! Mancanza di umanità! Nemmeno ammettono i cani, locale retrogrado. Le vere bestie, sono loro.
