29/09/2025: We've been to the Turmwirt many times. My in-laws are from the area. We even considered holding our wedding there. The menu was already set. Unfortunately, I came to dinner alone with my wife and child. We were treated rudely, almost hostilely. The food was then served reluctantly. We wanted sour beef for the main course. That was probably too much to ask for. The portion was tiny and ridiculously expensive. We will never visit this restaurant again. I would advise all vacationers to avoid it.

Very good food
Top beer, but it's also pricey.
30/11/2025: I chose the brewery over the other restaurants because I wanted to eat what you'd usually eat at a brewery, but they only offered me two types of sandwiches, which seems a poor choice for a 5:00 PM meal, especially considering the Christmas markets that are open and offer the same thing. I chose the farmer's sandwich, but it was already dripping with the first bite: not the best. It's a shame about the location, which is nice, but the food isn't great. I can't give it more than three stars.

08/11/2025: Hotel Klostersepp is located on the main road near Klausen. It's a 10-minute walk to the center of Klausen. The hotel offers a very good and extensive breakfast. There's a spa area, a bowling alley, a restaurant, and a pizzeria. The small bar is quite popular.
Dinner was very good.
We'll be back.
27/10/2025: Our girls' weekend couldn't have been better! We received such a warm welcome from Klaus and his team. We lacked nothing. The Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancake) made especially for us was our special highlight at the end! Human interaction is very important there! Please keep up the good work – we'd love to come back!

11/10/2025: Location is great, exacyly on the river. You can hear the water run while sitting on the terrace. Really good ice with natural flavors. Good coffee from Julius Meinl. Very good regional pastries, like Buckweat pie. Very friendly staff, ready to explain everything. Moderate prices.
10/10/2025: A beautiful and relaxing café and bar, with delicious coffee. It is located on the Isaac River. The employee, Gerta, has a wonderful personality and serves you with her eyes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

01/11/2025: We ordered risotto and spaghetti vongole, and none of them were tasty! We chose this restaurant because it has a rating above 4 stars, but we found it overrated. We had dinner and were a bit disappointed with our meal. The grilled vegetables, which cost 18 euros, were not fresh. Perhaps lunchtime is better. Prices are very affordable.
31/10/2025: Great restaurant! My family and I have been there three times on vacation. The food was good, and the chef and waiters are very friendly and good-looking. The atmosphere is great, or at least it is sometimes. The owner can get loud. Also, teenagers often yell at you or call you names like Joachim and others. I've never experienced anything like that in South Tyrol. And as a mother, I would never tolerate such behavior. I don't want to experience anything like that in a restaurant again. I won't be coming back.

18/12/2023: Prezzi folli servizio scadente personale fa fatica a sorridere e salutare. Lavorano solamente perché sono in un posto strategico. Mi fermo proprio se devo.
01/10/2023: In occasione del giro d'Italia ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante. Prezzi sicuramente sopra la media, ci aspettavamo molto di più anche dai piatti.

05/11/2024: La località si può Raggiungere a piedi per un sentiero nel bosco parzialmente ripido o in auto per una stradina ripida, la posizione è incantevole e vale la strada, entrando nel locale ci si immerge in una atmosfera d'altri tempi calda ed elegante nel contempo.il menù è vario e appetitoso, la cantina con larga scelta di vini locali e nazionali, dolci squisiti personale professionale e gentile e cani ben accolti. Prezzo nella media dell'alto Adige. Siamo usciti sazi appagati e molto soddisfatti
10/08/2024: poco distante dall’ uscita autostradale di chiusa ( 10 minuti di auto ) con una salita su strada assolutamente percorribile arrivi in questo albergo/ristorante . tutto molto curato , bel panorama , ben frequentato . il bagno pulitissimo e non e’ una banalità , conduzione famigliare . tavoli esterni e interni . servizio rapido ed estremamente cortese. i piatti generosi e di grande qualità con prodotti locali dalle carni alle verdure . dolci fatti in casa così come le tagliatelle all’ uovo . un primo ( tagliatelle con ragù di cacciagione ) un antipasto ( tartare di carne locale con brioche fatta in casa burro e senape strepitosi ) un secondo varietà di agnello con verdure stagionali ( che data la consistenza abbiamo diviso in due ) , due dolci (degno finale della cena ) acqua e tre calici di vino ( locali, ottimi) in tutto 95 euro . io ne ho girati di posti da quelle parti , mangi sempre le stesse cose e spesso hai idea di trovarti in una mensa . qui si mangia davvero molto bene , abbondante e in assoluta tranquillità . 95 euro per quel che abbiamo
mangiato e soprattutto per la qualità del cibo ( e del servizio ) sono un prezzo più che giusto . ci torneremo altre volte , intanto a ferragosto poi si vedrà .

05/08/2024: Ho mangiato al ristorante e soggiornato nel loro Albergo. Sono soddisfattissima! Cibo ottimo, eccellente, gustoso, genuino, sempre diverso e gustosissimo! Bravissimi i cuochi! Albergo accogliente, pulito e familiare. Consigliatissimo!
