19/09/2025: Great ambiance. Very friendly service. If you forget your reading glasses, they're available on site. Excellent. Very extensive wine selection. Small but fine menu. Very tasty dishes.

05/10/2025: We've been coming here every fall for six years and feel very comfortable here. It's a family-run hotel offering breakfast or half board and an outdoor pool.
It's located directly on Lake Kaltern. Everything has been newly renovated, and a beautiful winter garden for breakfast and dinner was added two years ago.
03/10/2025: A superb base for various excursions between Merano and Lake Garda. The food and drinks—especially Arthur's wine—are delicious. The entire staff is very attentive, and the owners are extremely kind to us guests. We'll definitely be back.

23/09/2025: Wonderful restaurant! This evening we had the pleasant position of sitting right at the bar at one of the small round tables! Such a great service team, led by the friendly older lady manager; everyone was in a great mood and did their job with joy and absolute commitment!
I'm in the restaurant industry myself and can speak for myself! A very tough job in a tourist hotspot! And then to experience something like this! 100 out of 100 points!

28/09/2025: We waited over 30 minutes to get a seat because we didn't have a reservation.
The grilled platter tasted good, but it wasn't nicely presented. The meat was haphazardly placed on the plate without any decoration.
The pizza was well-topped and tasted good. It would be good if the pizza chef checked the pizza crust again. It was flattened and hard. At other restaurants, the crust is crispy and the center is soft.
The service was very friendly and attentive.
The overall noise level is quite high...
09/09/2025: We must have had a bad evening. The waitress was very abrupt, the seat in the back corner wasn't very comfortable, and it was very cold because the door to the outside area was open. The food was quite good, but my plate was taken away from me while my husband was still eating. Unfortunately, that didn't encourage us to eat there again.

11/10/2025: Despite the excellent service and generous portions, the food was just not up to par! Terrible penne alla pastora (tomato sauce with a little cream mixed in),
Tagliatelle with venison, overcooked and salty,
Dry shank!!
It's a shame because the service is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant! Fair prices...

08/05/2025: Der Service war sehr gut kann die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen aber das ist wie meist individuell. Ab 17:00 Uhr gibt es Pizza die sehr zu empfehlen ist. Auch das sonstige Angebot ist sehr gut. Nette freundliche angestellte leckere Pizza Preisleistung ist in Ordnung vor der tollen Kulisse des kalterer Sees sehr zu empfehlen.
