10/08/2025: Food was average at best. We each had the papa Al pomodoro for primo piatto which was good and then I got the steak and my husband got the duck. It was fine but not high quality. Both courses served room temp which I found odd. The best part of meal was the chocolate cake. Fair service. Beautiful atmosphere.

19/07/2025: From the moment we arrived at Walter’s restaurant, we felt like welcomed guests rather than just customers — Walter and his team bring an incredible warmth and care to everything they do. The setting is rustic and relaxed in the best possible way — peaceful, authentic, and surrounded by the charm of the Tuscan countryside. The food was exactly what we were hoping for: local, honest, and absolutely delicious. Every dish felt like it had a story behind it, crafted with intention and pride. There’s no pretension here — just great food, genuine hospitality, and a deep sense of place. It’s the kind of restaurant that makes you slow down, savor, and smile. A heartfelt thank you to Walter and the whole team for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to return.

05/09/2025: A confirmation! The pici with amazing sauce and the tender tagliata. The fig cake was very good. I brought a Florentine friend here, and he thanked me for the excellent choice. There are also private rooms.

03/09/2025: We ate: ribollita, pici all'aglione, a 1.2kg Florentine steak, cantucci with vinsanto, and a bottle of their excellent Chianti. It couldn't be more Tuscan... Everything was delicious, in fact excellent! Very fair prices. Highly recommended.

01/09/2025: A regular stop for years during the counter-exodus, always top-notch when it comes to meat, both in quality and strictly grilled cooking, good first courses and pizzas too, attentive and professional service, ample parking outside and close to the Valdichiana outlet, absolutely recommended!!!

07/07/2025: We ate tartare and donzelle with cold cuts as an appetizer (the raw meat was excellent), as a first course the pici with white Chianina ragù and those creamed in pecorino. What can I say... excellent! Excellent value for money. Generous portions, kind and friendly staff. Informal and quiet atmosphere. To return!

Excellent cuisine 👍🏻🤗 The rooms were spotless, tidy, and comfortable, as was the entire property, which was meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. The pool is immaculately maintained, clean, pleasant, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. You can clearly feel the care and love that goes into running the hotel!

23/07/2025: Perfect stay for Rimini Comix! We stayed at Hotel Apogeo from July 19th to 21st for Rimini Comix, staying in a room for five, and we can only rave about the entire experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and a rare level of helpfulness: the entire staff was impeccable, always kind, attentive, smiling, and ready to help us at any time. Special thanks go to Tony, the receptionist, who stood out for his courtesy, professionalism, and dedication: he handled every request promptly and made us feel at home, always with a smile and a kind word. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and comfortable, as was the entire property, which was meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail. The pool is immaculately maintained, clean, pleasant, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The care and love with which the hotel is managed is clearly evident. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful, pleasant, and quality stay, especially during events like Rimini Comix. We will definitely be back!

20/06/2025: I go to pay Pasta and cappuccino: 2.90!!! I look at the receipt and it says "Special pasta" 1.40 Basically the special pasta is a frozen baguette. One of the most expensive bars in the area, unjustifiably, by the way...

29/08/2025: A truly great restaurant! 🍕 The pinsa selection is extensive and incredibly delicious—fresh, crispy, and made with high-quality ingredients. I particularly want to highlight the beer selection: many varieties from a microbrewery that pair perfectly with the pinsa. 🍺 The service was very friendly and quick, which made the visit a truly pleasant one.
