23/04/2025: Questa per me è la prima recensione, premesso che non ho problemi nè di celiachia nè di intolleranze alimentari, mi ha attratto il posto molto pulito e curato. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente, la proprietaria ci ha aiutato nella scelta del menù , servizio e cortesia da gambero rosso. Torneremo sicuramente

22/04/2025: Mi hanno proposto di andarci una sera in settimana, ero quasi titubante…poi…ho cambiato TOTALMENTE parere!!!! Tutto viene prodotto e seguito con la massima attenzione da i proprietari, i quali sono molto accoglienti e alla mano!!! Il cibo ottimo, c’erano veramente tante offerte…avevamo l’imbarazzo della scelta, lo consiglio vivamente e anche noi torneremo ASSOLUTAMENTE per assaggiare gli altri piatti che non siamo riusciti ad assaggiare, porzioni veramente abbondanti…indicato per qualsiasi occasione….grazie

25/04/2025: I have to change my mind: gourmet scares me because of the portions, but the dishes are truly spectacular: tagliolini with lobster and the mega mixed fried fish, a real delight.

07/04/2025: Excellent restaurant with refined meat and fish dishes, prepared with care and quality ingredients. The service is impeccable, with very kind and helpful waitresses. An excellent culinary experience, highly recommended!!

30/03/2025: I go there often and willingly, even if it's a bit far from my home (Prato ---Agliana). If you love pizza by the slice, it's definitely worth a try. The focaccias and squash are also good 😉

13/04/2025: Farmhouse in the greenery of Pistoia's nurseries. The complete menu pappardelle with ragù, steak, starter, dessert if I remember correctly €25! Excellent quality/price. A little out of the way for those arriving from outside the area...narrow country road and little light in the evening hours

21/11/2024: Very clean, the baker Luigi is precise and very attentive and gives his employees (commercial) education about food. There is nothing to say about top quality, excellent quality raw materials.

31/03/2025: Discovered recently, even though I live a few km away. The best ice cream I have ever eaten. Personally, tasting the traditional flavors confirmed the goodness and quality! But, do not underestimate some special flavors such as Black Sesame, "a gem". Congratulations.

22/02/2025: You can see that the ice cream is made by competent people.... friendly, I would also recommend paying more attention in general to keeping the counters tidy and clean 😉

17/04/2025: Excellent restaurant with a high quality selection of products. Located in the area bordering Agliana, it offers a wide range of tastings of the territory and beyond. Their dishes are excellent, all freshly made. We start with appetizers that range from fish to meat with passages for sweetbreads or livers revised and personalized. The first courses are both local and national such as gricia or plin. The second courses are always generous, ranging from roasts to fried foods and then moving on to fish cooked in the oven in salt. The side dishes are varied and intriguing. The desserts are unmissable, all of which are home-made. A note of merit also goes to the wine and sparkling wine list. It certainly deserves one or more stops!

19/04/2025: Sono stata con amici a mangiare paella e devo ammettere di essere stata davvero tanto piacevolmente colpita. Una delle migliori paelle di pesce che abbia mai mangiato ovunque, Spagna inclusa. Ottima anche la sangria di accompagnamento. Consiglio di prenotare in anticipo se volete provare entrambe, soprattutto se andate in grandi gruppi. Ho visto passare anche delle pizze che sembravano ottime quindi sicuramente tornerò per provarle e per provare il resto del menù.

18/04/2025: Siamo stati attratti dalla fama del locale per la sua paella, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente. Il piatto era decisamente fuori standard: la consistenza era cremosa, quasi da risotto, con un uso eccessivo di zafferano, che copriva totalmente il sapore del pesce. Il riso non era adatto a questo tipo di preparazione, sicuramente e mancava completamente della classica crosticina sul fondo – segno che probabilmente non è stato cotto nella stessa padella in cui è stato servito, ma solo assemblato all’ultimo. Essere serviti in appena 15 minuti per un piatto che richiede tempo e tecnica lascia più di un dubbio sulla preparazione. Se la specialità della casa è davvero la paella, allora c’è qualcosa che non torna. Un ristorante specializzato dovrebbe offrire una preparazione diversa. Anche perché solo per la paella e la birra il conto è stato di 28 euro cadauno. Avrei speso volentieri qualcosa in più per un risultato diverso.

23/03/2025: Cena con amici a 20 anni di distanza dall'ultima volta, se possibile la qualità della pizza è addirittura migliorata, la location e la mise en place decisamente rustica anni 70 ma si fanno perdonare al momento del conto.. Tempistiche lunghe, che si possono dimenticare grazie ad una buona compagnia. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerò a breve!
