When she came in to pick it up, she asked the cashier if she could pay while she waited, but she received a somewhat brusque response: "No, that's what you do." It was a bit awkward, and my mom felt a bit uncomfortable. Then, when she saw the cecina on the counter and asked for two slices, the cashier replied that they were for the dining room. The same thing happened when she asked for cenci: "They're for the dining room." I hope you can improve your customer service and improve the atmosphere at your restaurant. It would be a shame if other customers had the same experience as my mom.

Large, with a soft base, fairly high, leavened (for days: rest assured, you won't be thirsty or have an upset stomach at night!), with a choice of doughs (usually served as focaccia slices) in delicious and creative combinations, and you can ask for advice on how to best pair them with your favorite toppings, but none are made with 00-based flour. The toppings, then, reflect the passion, creativity (the menu is truly extensive, yet Monica and Alessandro are constantly experimenting and adding or modifying new, increasingly refined and balanced combinations), and the deliciousness you also find in the kitchen, in the dishes, and in the desserts. In a familiar and informal atmosphere, easy to reach from anywhere (with easy parking and without having to enter complicated city centers: it's no coincidence that I see a clientele ranging from Livorno to Florence, from Pisa to the entire province), very welcoming thanks to the kindness of the owners, with an unbeatable quantity + quality / price ratio, you can enjoy a combination of excellent pizza, or sublime cuisine, and homemade desserts, in rare quantities, of high-end patisserie quality and for all tastes: from those who appreciate spoon desserts to those aficionados of shortcrust pastry, from the traditional to the experimental, with respect for those intolerant to gluten and lactose but without this frankly forcing you to settle or making it seem like you're eating a dessert lacking something. It's best not to show up with absurd expectations of wanting to outdo someone who's so passionately studying how to make you feel good. Modifications to pizzas are fine, and sometimes you might have specific issues with certain ingredients or special requests. However, I see so many people going to a pizzeria with the attitude of a chef or someone who demands that the staff cater to their whims. It's a shame. And a waste.

The place presents itself very well: a refined, pleasant atmosphere, with an open-view oven that contributes to a welcoming and modern atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you enter with a certain curiosity and anticipation, perhaps for an evening with friends and family, as in our case. The start was promising: we tried the so-called "pizza sushi," a creative and successful idea. Fragrant, delicate, and balanced in flavor—a dish definitely worth trying. The less convincing part, however, came with the pizzas. We chose a multigrain dough, expecting something unique and worthy of the place's reputation. Unfortunately, the pizzas arrived lukewarm, verging on cold, and this significantly impacted the experience: the result was a product that lacked expression, with flavors that struggled to emerge. More than bad, the pizza seemed dull, lacking the character one expects from a gourmet restaurant. Another aspect that matters a lot to us is digestibility: the next day, the feeling was a bit heavy, despite the relatively simple pizzas we chose. This suggests that the dough, at least on this occasion, wasn't perfectly balanced. Overall, it was a mixed experience: a pleasant atmosphere and some interesting ideas, but a pizza that didn't live up to expectations. With more attention to serving temperature and dough balance, the experience could certainly improve. It's still a place with potential, and it probably deserves another chance to show off its potential.

15/04/2026: Mine was a delightful evening. The atmosphere was beautiful, refined, and well-maintained, with a relaxing play of light. The staff is very kind, always smiling and helpful. Then comes the star of the evening: PIZZA!! It surprises you with its colors and aromas, and then comes the explosion of flavors combined with great skill! The dough is spectacular because it's light, very digestible, and cooked to perfection! I highly recommend it, and if you pay a little more, it's truly worth it!

The pizza chef is the same; you can tell they're not the owners, but they really care about their work. Then there's the price, which, considering everything we ordered, was almost as expensive as a fast food joint. If I were nearby, I'd go there every day!

11/08/2026: I had a mandarin aperitif, I ordered a cocktail, but I found an ant inside (it could have been an accident, no doubt), so I asked the staff if they could make me a new one. Shortly after, they brought me a "new" drink, but I still found the ant, so they probably pretended to remake it. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the place is aesthetically pleasing inside.

07/08/2026: A place I'll never go to again. Tonight at a very important charity event, the "older" waitress treated several people badly, even going outside to look for them. I found myself in the middle of the conversation, where I tried to explain that despite the large number of people and the small staff, it wasn't right to treat customers that way, but she continued to yell in our faces without even letting us speak. A nice place, with an important theme, where everything was ruined by her. I will never go back to that place again; I only feel sorry for the young man who was super polite and friendly. I recommend you find someone more suitable so as not to create these misunderstandings, especially because many people will never return because of her. Since I can't respond to your comment, I hope and wish everyone never encounters a waitress as rude and arrogant (not to mention swearing) as your older waitress.

07/08/2026: Terrible experience. I came to a charity dinner. A friend of mine asked for an extra pizza, since there were about 20 people at our table, and we were only served two pizzas, and we each got one slice of Margherita pizza. The "older" waitress rudely replied that this is how the pizza rounds work and that it doesn't cost us anything to reach out for a slice. I also asked for wine several times, and it was brought after an hour. Bread was never brought, and let's not even talk about the appetizer, because we each got one slice of prosciutto, and in fact, some people didn't even get one. Furthermore, after my friend wrote a negative review, the waitress came out of my group of friends and ranted like a madwoman, accusing my companion of writing the review (when he didn't), without even letting us explain. My only regret is that it was a charity dinner and this so-called waitress, who claims to have been doing this job for 16 years, brought nothing but hate. I'll never return, and the pizza was pretty bad. The only positive thing was the young waiter, who was very friendly.
